High winds caused a power outage and she was calm and communicative as things kicked back on, and she made sure our chickens were safe, warm, and had access to warm water during the Christmas ice storm. She even brought warm sugar water out to the hummingbirds who frequent our yard! We were so thankful and appreciative that Emily could stay an extra night while we dealt with flight cancellations. I cannot speak highly enough of Emily and her professionalism and superb care of our pets and home.”
