“Words will never be able to express how grateful I was for Lori. This was the first time I had to hire someone to watch my cats and I was so nervous mostly because of how particular they are. 12. Kyndall S.

“Kyndall was incredible. She cared for Owen, played, sat, and gave him love. I have photos to prove this. She was prompt with her visits and truly seemed to "get him". Since he is aging she was loving and thoughtful and he adores Kyndall. The experience was completely stress-free. We feel so fortunate to have found Kyndall and feel so relieved knowing that when travel comes up we have her in our corner. If 1000 stars were an option, that's the score she would receive!”

13. Summer T.

“Summer was amazing! She was very communicative and took great care of our kitty who doesn’t usually come out to say hello. Summer had her playing and eating treats 💕”

14. Elizabeth V.
About: I have had a passion for animals for as long as I can remember. Since high school, I have volunteered at the humane society, providing care for shelter animals by walking dogs, spending quality time with them to ensure proper socialization, and administering medications when needed. I have experience caring for a variety of dog breeds and ages, from puppies to elderly dogs, and I am skilled in administering medication, whether in pill or liquid form. As a college student, I continued my involvement with the humane society by fostering dogs. This allowed me to provide a nurturing environment where they could receive individual attention and healing before adoption. Additionally, I’ve cared for dogs with health conditions and those recovering from surgeries, ensuring they receive the care and support they need. I am a firm believer in the power of the bond between dogs and humans. To further support this mission, I helped raise service dogs through the Southeast Guide Dog Organization, which provides quality service dogs at no cost to veterans with disabilities. After being involved in these opportunities, I recently adopted a dog from the humane society, and I absolutely adore him. I am excited to spread the love to your furry friend! I recently graduated from the University of Florida and I am applying to medical school. As I am in my gap year I have more time on my hands. I can help to care for your furry friends early mornings (yes early) or afternoons. As a dog walker and caregiver, I aim to provide a safe and exciting environment for your pup. I live in a house with a fenced in yard. In my own home, I ensure a comfortable environment for dogs, allowing them access to designated areas for play and relaxation. I will take them on regular walks around my neighborhood. Since I have a dog of my own, our dogs can play. My dog, Gryphon, is a old German Shorthaired Pointer who is friendly with all dogs and people. During our free time, Gryphon volunteers through the Tampa Humane Society as a Therapy Dog. He visits hospitals, nursing homes, and schools to provide companionship. I believe in providing quality exercise and playtime to your furry friend since it is necessary for their overall health. I will ensure a smooth transition when they are under my care by recreating their familiar routines, adhering to feeding and exercise schedules, and offering plenty of affection and attention.

15. Kelli G.

“Kelli is an amazing sitter for our 3 cats! She follows all of our detailed instructions well, is very communicative and quick to let us know of any issues or concerns, very thoughtful if any problem solving is needed, and sends us great thorough updates and lots of pictures so we can see how our babies are doing while we are away! We will continue to work with Kelli as long as she will have us during any of our pet care needs! We would highly recommend Kelli to anyone, especially those looking for folks who are caring and considerate of cats needs, which can be quite different than those of other furry friends.”

16. Nadia S.

“Nadia was incredible with our 6-month old golden doodle puppy. She treated her like one of her own and wore her out (with walks and playing) each visit. She sent tons of pictures and it was clear both our pets were spoiled in our absence. There’s nothing better than peace of mind with the furr babies when we are out of town. Highly recommend Nadia!!!”

17. Christy C.

“We have never left our cats alone before to go on a trip, so leaving them was a bit anxiety inducting at first. We found Christy on Rover and she came over to meet us and the cats. Our skiddish cat who is afraid of anyone who isn’t us immediately warmed up to Christy and let her pet him. While we were away, Christy checked in regularly, communicated with us, sent pictures, and spent a good amount of time just playing with them and petting them which really went above and beyond. She is incredibly trustworthy and great to work with (and my cats love her!). I wouldn’t use anyone else but Christy when we go away now. Thank you so much, Christy for all you did for them!!! HIGHLY recommended!!”

18. Rosemarie K.

The dogs absolutely love her because she spoils them with love, attention and long walks. She has stayed in my home with the dogs and leaves it absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend anyone use her as their Rover!”

20. Mikayla S.
“This young lady has been caring for my 17 pound dog Niko for several years. She is reliable and dependable and I know my dog is in great hands with her. She has a huge fenced in backyard for my dog gets to play which is something he does not get at home. I’m grateful for her services.”
