About: Animals are a joy to me and always have been. It would be an honor if I were able to tend to them. Thank you for your time and looking at my profile! I look forward to speaking with you! I have prior experience in the veterinary field, so I believe that I have a better understanding and knowledge of the health and well being of an animal. I have had experience with multiple doctors in the preparation of animals before surgery that include: shaving the designated area of surgery, cleaning the surgical area, hooking vitals and oxygen tubes for the animal, carrying the animal to and from the surgical table to rehabilitation zones, etc. I also Interacted with the patients owner to receive information regarding their animal and was in charge of filling prescriptions and properly checking them out. I am currently working part time in the mornings so I have all day and all night to take care of your precious fur baby! I live on a private property with roughly 17 acres. The backside is fenced in however the front side is not but it is an open yard for plenty of fetch and playtime with your for babies. It is roughly 200 yards away from the main road, so no wondering into traffic around here! :)

About: Not only did I grow up with 2-3 dogs in the house, but my mom has worked for a dog rescue the last 10 years. My family has fostered more than 100 dogs ranging from newborn puppies to end of life care for senior dogs. I have helped with everything from feeding, cleaning, creating enrichment, and exercising dogs of all sizes and ages. I am currently taking time off of work before I move abroad for graduate school in September so am completely flexible! I will have plenty of time to dedicate to your pets health and happiness! I have a fenced in yard and two super docile and friendly spayed female dogs who have also spent extensive time with other dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I also have spent a lot of time caring for other people’s pets in their homes without issue.

I closely supervise interactions between guest and resident dogs, and I take time to understand each dog's temperament and needs before allowing unsupervised play. Meals are served separately to maintain a calm environment and avoid food-related tension. I'm happy to follow your dog's established feeding schedule, medication routine, or any additional care instructions you provide. At bedtime, I do my best to replicate your dog's normal setup, whether that's a crate, a dog bed, or another familiar arrangement, so they feel settled and secure throughout their stay.

In addition help dissipate your pets energy to mitigate any destructive behavior your pet may have. Most dogs love me within seconds to a few minutes. Have worked with atypical pets as well. Can handle care of small animals in addition. Happy to handle needed pet meds and frequent potty breaks. Owners will like that Im a responsible adult and can be relied on to be consistent and treat your property with care and respect. If you want to find the right person to start an ongoing relationship for covering your house and pet sitting needs for years to come. I'm currently retired so have an open schedule most days and weeks. Giving the greatest opportunity to flexibility and can adjust to the needs of the day. About: I’ve taken care of many animals in my life and I will continue to take care of animals for as long as I live. Getting to see dogs and cats every day has always been a joy but it’s been even better knowing I take care of people’s pets, knowing that people trust me with their furry friends is an honor. I’ve been in many different kinds of environments with dogs and cats outside of dog sitting. I have worked as a kennel assistant in two different vets, and realized that the veterinary field wasn’t the field I wanted to go down, I’ve worked in a doggy daycare where I go to play with dogs and see the looks on dogs faces when their owner picked up, I now work as a dog bather and have goals to become a dog groomer in the future. I will always have dog sitting open and available for years to come. Working with animals is so rewarding and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else. I currently am not working any jobs at the moment but I am a college student. My hours are much more flexible than they were in high school. I have class on Mondays and Wednesdays, and I also have band practice every day from 6-7:30. My weekends are free unless I have a game on Saturday or if I plan to go home on a weekend. We have a double harness leash for both of our dogs and we take them on daily walks. We do live in a townhome so we don’t have a fence but we do take them out and if you have a fence I will definitely be sure to give your furry friend the exercise they need!
