We did a meet-n-greet first, for them to meet my dog and to make sure that there were no issues with their two dogs and mine. Jayne and Rowan were very accommodating regarding the drop off and pick up times- which was so helpful to me. They sent a video and photos during my dog's stay, and it was clear that she was well taken care of and that she was having a lot of fun. My dog got walked , taken to a park and lots of hugs. After playing so well with one of their dogs, she came home happy. What more could I ask for? I highly recommend Jayne and Rowan to take care of your dog.”
