He really took the time to make her feel comfortable and at ease. Throughout the day, he kept us updated with several videos and sweet messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. Sofia is absolutely amazing! She treated my dog like her own baby—so loving, attentive, warm, and so welcoming! She goes above and beyond to make sure every dog feels comfortable and special. I’ve never seen my dog so calm and content after being away from home! I received adorable updates throughout the stay, and my dog was happy, relaxed, and clearly loved.
