One of the dogs got a painful hotspot on his cheek right before the trip and was feeling very uncomfortable but Marcia went about and beyond to give him great care and to make sure he feels comfortable (even with few restless nights)! She gave him his medicine, helped him eat and even applied the ointment on the sore every day. She is extremely compassionate and loving with animals. Marcia is very communicative and I felt at ease having my dogs with her. She sent daily photos and wrote detailed daily reports. I cannot recommend her enough! About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was old enough to know what a pet was, whether it’s my own, a neighbor’s, or a friend/family member’s. I love animals, and am considering going into vet work! I have experience with both puppies/kittens and seniors as well :). I can walk, feed, give meds, and do anything you need! I’m a full-time student during the week, but I will always have time to drop-in, or stay overnight. I’m very flexible with my scheduling, so I will happily do whatever you and your pet need! While I can’t offer boarding at my home because I have four roommates, I will care for pets in every way possible no matter what! About: I’ve worked with dogs professionally for 3 years in the Kennel/Boarding industry. I’ve worked with all kind of breeds, small and big, and I’ve even worked with K9s. My favorite breed of dog is Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, but I love them all. I have an obsession with seniors and staffy/pit mixes that look like hippos. I work full time as a barber but have lots of free time in my schedule. Most days I get off of work at 5 and some days I have my mornings free.
