Kayla was absolutely wonderful with my two dogs during their two-week stay! From the moment I met her, I felt confident that my girls were in great hands. She was wonderful with both of them, even though they have different personalities and needs - one is a large breed Bernese Mountain Dog, and the other is a high-energy Australian Shepherd. Kayla was knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly caring. She stayed consistent with their daily brushing, supplements, and feeding routine, and she clearly understood how to handle both their individual needs. She even provided transportation for us, which was an incredible added convenience! One of the things that impressed me most was how frequently Kayla checked in with updates and photos. It was so reassuring to see my girls happily playing and exploring her large fenced-in property. They clearly had a wonderful time and received plenty of attention and exercise. Most importantly, when they came home they were happy, content, and relaxed. They have experienced separation anxiety after previous stays with other sitters, so seeing them come home so comfortable and settled was a huge relief to me and really says a lot about the care they received from Kayla. I would absolutely book with Kayla again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring to look after their pets. I’m so grateful I found her and would feel completely comfortable leaving my girls with her again!
Highly recommend Suzanne and Karen! I had so much anxiety about leaving Enzo and Bru with someone but they eased my nerves and I was able to relax and enjoy my trip. They kept me updated and sent me pictures. Bru certainly misses all the cuddles he got on his stay! I will absolutely rebook again next time I go out of town. 10/10 experience!
