About: I love dogs because I grew up in a farm, I have lots of experience in how to take care of dogs. I love playing with them and taking them on walks' and park. Just have some fun with them. About: I'm a certified veterinary assistant. I've spent the past 6 years working in daycare boarding and rescue facilities. I have experience walking, feeding, bathing, medicating and microchipping. I am a stay at home mom, so I have plenty of time to spend with all types of animals. Doing a job like this allows me to spend more time with my family. I care for every animal differently depending on their needs/ their owners needs. I also use a slip lead while using a regular leash just in case one fails.

I have 2 children, a 10 year old boy, named Orion, and my daughter Kaylee, who would have been 22 years old, unfortunately she passed away from a car accident in 2020. A majority of the pets we have cared for have been rescue pets. The the transition for them is hard enough as it is being left at a stranger's house, and we don't want to make that transition any more difficult for them. We ask that you bring an item with them, something that they associate with you and home. Also we ask for these items as well: food, food bowl, and water bowl, bed or bedding, toys they may want to play with, treats, and of course a daily interaction log ( we want to keep them on the same routine that they are use to, or as close to it as we can) I also try and send pictures daily, but in the off chance I miss a day, I send extra shots the next day. If we sound like a good fit for you, we are always happy to set up a meet and greet at our place for introductions. (We have also taken in fur-kids without meet and greets.) Drop off and pick up are as followed: Drop Offs: before 6:30am are an additional $10.00 Pick ups: after 8pm will be an additional $1.00 per minute unless prior arrangements have been made with Shawn or myself. And Shawn works from home as an independent contractor, so your Fur-baby would always have someone with them. We live in quiet housing complex right off of Smokey Point Blvd. that gives you quick and easy access to I5. We have a 6'' fenced back yard, live at the end of a dead end street, very little traffic.

“Sheri was great. She made sure to send us pictures daily while also making sure our dog got a ton of exercise and attention. Our chocolate lab Daisy and her chocolate lab Sam got along great. She also made sure to clean our dog's ears every day for us since she was having issues with a yeast infection from playing in the ocean. I would recommend her for everybody. ”
