Sheri was dependable and trustworthy. Our first experience with Sheri. She has a calm a soothing voice. She came over to my house 5 days in a row and walked my 11 month old golden retriever sisters. She sent me pictures every day and little reports. I was quite comfortable with Sheri and I know my dogs appreciated her as well. Thank you Sheri!!!

I have a completely open schedule so your pet will get all of the care and attention they deserve! I have a fenced, grassy acre yard to play in. You can drop off your pet or I can pick them up. I will treat your pet just like my own with all the love and attention they need. Ali did a great job walking and taking care of my dogs. Even my shy Aussie "Scout" warmed up to her immediately, which was surprising, but very good. She has excellent communication skills and responds quickly and positively to requests or concerns. I would definitely recommend Ali!

About: Hi, I'm Trisha! I have been married for a little over 5 years to my husband Shawn. I have 2 children, a 10 year old boy, named Orion, and my daughter Kaylee, who would have been 22 years old, unfortunately she passed away from a car accident in 2020. I grew up in a little country town in CA. And was raised with animals. My grandpa was a big animal lover, and we had everything from a baby bear cub to kittens. I was in FFA for 4 years and raised a pig all 4 years to sell at the fair. Shawn is from the Arlington area and was also raised with animals. He has raised everything from goats to kittens. We feel that your pets aren't just pets, but more like a child, and we know the importance of finding the right care for your Fur-Babies. A majority of the pets we have cared for have been rescue pets. The the transition for them is hard enough as it is being left at a stranger's house, and we don't want to make that transition any more difficult for them. We ask that you bring an item with them, something that they associate with you and home. Also we ask for these items as well: food, food bowl, and water bowl, bed or bedding, toys they may want to play with, treats, and of course a daily interaction log ( we want to keep them on the same routine that they are use to, or as close to it as we can) I also try and send pictures daily, but in the off chance I miss a day, I send extra shots the next day. If we sound like a good fit for you, we are always happy to set up a meet and greet at our place for introductions. (We have also taken in fur-kids without meet and greets.) Drop off and pick up are as followed: Drop Offs: before 6:30am are an additional $10.00 Pick ups: after 8pm will be an additional $1.00 per minute unless prior arrangements have been made with Shawn or myself. Also we have a $20.00 off your first booking with us, for you! (Can only be used for our services) please ask for coupon code! Have a great day. And we look forward to caring for your Fur-Babies🐱🐕🐶🐩🐺🐈 I currently work 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday. And Shawn works from home as an independent contractor, so your Fur-baby would always have someone with them. We live in quiet housing complex right off of Smokey Point Blvd. that gives you quick and easy access to I5. We have a 6'' fenced back yard, live at the end of a dead end street, very little traffic.

About: As an animal lover myself, I understand how stressful busy schedules can be for our fur babies (and their parents)! I have a flexible schedule and lots of belly scratches to give, so let me help you! Dogs have always been an integral part of my life and I currently have two of my own, Enzo and Bru. I have experience with puppies, seniors, handicapped dogs and have owned a variety of them all at one time or another. I have fostered shelter babies, cared for malnourished babies until they were healthy again, and cared for dogs after major surgeries as well. No dog is too small or too big. If I can help, please let me know! I currently have an open and flexible schedule with no unavailable days or times. I recently moved to Washington from Louisiana and am doing side work until school starts later this year. The safety of your pet is my highest priority (even above giving belly rubs), and I believe good communication is key for successful care. Whatever needs your pet has, I will do my absolute best to fulfill those needs while keeping them safe and happy.

Kristina was so loving and attentive with our mini Goldendoodle, while focusing on every detail of my instructions. She sent detailed descriptions of her time with my dog along with pictures. I came home to a very happy dog and house exactly as I left it. Kristina went above and beyond expectations. So glad to have found the right fit for my dog when she can’t travel with me.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10! Growing up I owned multiple small and big dogs, helped breed golden retrievers, and I currently work as a kennel technician at The Puppy Store in Vineyard! I love taking care of dogs, I am experienced in medicine handling and administering, and grooming. I can’t wait to meet your furry family members! I am working part-time and go to school full-time, so I can work with you and we can make figure out our schedules! I’d be more than willing to drop by and take care of your dog, watch them, walk them, and love them! I’ll be flexible with you as long as you’re patient with me! I respect the dog’s boundaries and I try my best to gain their trust before I fully interact with them. If I go to your house I become fully aware of the space the dog has. I will never put your dog in a dangerous position. I am experienced in administering medication to your dog if necessary.

I want to thank Jordan for looking after my two dogs. She was so sweet and helpful. I loved that she was constantly updating about the dogs, and sending pictures and she took the time to play with them, fed them and took them for a walk. She was very patient with the dogs. Sanji and Robin are very playful since they’re about a year old. Honestly, after an unexpected long day at work it was great to know my dogs were im good hands. Thank you for asking about taking your shoes off inside the apartment it was very thoughtful and thank you for following all the instructions for the dogs

FAQs for Dog Walking - Jordan

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of July 2026, there are 3,502 sitters on Rover offering Dog Walking across Jordan. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Jordan. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Jordan.

Got specific details you'd like the dog walker to include? Message them in the app before your dog’s walk begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Jordan. On Rover:

  • 94% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
