We were away for three weeks and couldn't have found another sitter more perfect for him. Maggie is very responsible and has clear communication. She sent us photos of our pup regularly also. “Shizuko was wonderful with our senior yorkie-poodle, Titan! He has to take a lot of medication, and Shizuko was able to administer the medicine and follow his schedule. She was also able to watch him for an extra day when my flight got cancelled. Very consistent communication and we appreciated getting all of the photos and updates of Titan’s time there. Titan enjoyed being with her and was sad to leave when I picked him up. Kayla was absolutely wonderful with my two dogs during their two-week stay! From the moment I met her, I felt confident that my girls were in great hands. She was wonderful with both of them, even though they have different personalities and needs - one is a large breed Bernese Mountain Dog, and the other is a high-energy Australian Shepherd. Kayla was knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly caring. She stayed consistent with their daily brushing, supplements, and feeding routine, and she clearly understood how to handle both their individual needs. She even provided transportation for us, which was an incredible added convenience! One of the things that impressed me most was how frequently Kayla checked in with updates and photos. It was so reassuring to see my girls happily playing and exploring her large fenced-in property. They clearly had a wonderful time and received plenty of attention and exercise. Most importantly, when they came home they were happy, content, and relaxed. They have experienced separation anxiety after previous stays with other sitters, so seeing them come home so comfortable and settled was a huge relief to me and really says a lot about the care they received from Kayla. I would absolutely book with Kayla again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring to look after their pets. I’m so grateful I found her and would feel completely comfortable leaving my girls with her again!
