Kimberley was absolutely amazing with Bishop! From the start, she was very communicative, flexible, and accommodating — especially when I needed to adjust my drop-off timing last minute. She kept me updated throughout the stay and made sure Bishop was comfortable, well cared for, and getting plenty of attention, walks, and interaction with other dogs. I really appreciated how attentive she was, even keeping an eye on his stomach when he had a little issue and checking in with me.
