“Will is a great sitter! Our pup is scared of people and Will is very accommodating to that by giving him a gentle presence without any pressure. Giving him the time he needs to warm up To new people. He is very respectful of our home and a great communicator, always responding to us in a timely fashion. Two thumbs up. Would definitely recommend.”

“Chad makes each stay with Gracie an enriching and fun experience for her while incorporating positive reinforcement training into every interaction. I've had multiple canine companions for many years but I always learn something new just by watching Chad interact with her. It's a pleasure and relief to leave home knowing everything is in Chad's capable hands. Chad is punctual, attentive, knowledgeable, and responsible, and he speaks dog (even husky). He provides informative and entertaining updates and we come home to a relaxed and content dog who is happy to see us but disappointed when Chad leaves.”

“Bev is an awesome in home dog sitter. The dogs get their food, meds, daily walk and she cleans up the yard from their daily's as well. When we return she has stripped her bed and the house is in order. Our pups are calm and happy with no signs of being stressed while we are away.”

“Clara saved me in an extremely stressful situation. She provided pictures and updates periodically, cleaned up after my pup, and made sure to take care of maples medicines, feedings, and health conditions. Clara was perfect and has helped ease my mind about being away from my puppy.”

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life! I currently have 2 cat of my own. I’m the go-to dog sitter for my entire family. Between my siblings and I, we have 7 cats and 2 dogs! I’m a local teacher with a lot of free time in the summer. I’ll take your dog on long walks or cuddle with your cats if needed! I am a local teacher and have the summers off. I’m out of school most days around 3pm. Perfect for an afternoon walk! My availability is flexible! My cats enjoy a quiet and cozy living space. My services include drop-ins or dog walking. The more I see your pet, the better chance we have at building a trusting relationship!

“Anna was AMAZING! First time we’ve met her or worked with her, but we would now HIGHLY recommend her! She is a great communicator. She took our 1.5 year old pup on many adventures (walks around pond, in the woods, etc.)—even more than we usually can! She pilled and cared for our elderly cat like a pro. Both our boys were happy and healthy after her 8 days with them. But the cherry on top was how clean and tidy and well cared for she left our home! Floors vacuumed, sink scrubbed, towels and sheets (and even bathmats) washed/changed. We look forward to having Anna housesit for us again!!!”

“Georgia was superb. She not only took excellent care of our dog and cat, but also of our home. Both of our pets seemed very relaxed upon of our return, and showed no signs of stress at all. This means something, as our dog is getting older and is generally a pretty anxious dog. Georgia seems to have a special touch with animals, and we would love to use her as a sitter again in the future.”

“Zander was amazing with our two pugs. He was kind, positive, and flexible with our schedule. Daily pictures were reassuring that everything was going well. The pugs loved their daily walks and snuggles. I could tell they were very happy with Zander.”

“Abigail was a awesome house/pet sitter looking after my two older rescue pets. I would highly recommend her for entrusting her with your house and pets and will definitely be using her services in the future. Regards- Jarett Tighe”

“Jordin is who you want watching your pets. I am a nervous nelly about leaving my pets and having Jordin be our sitter put my mind at ease. First of all, she followed the instructions to a tee, secondly, she went above and beyond to keep our house in exactly the state we left it. I am so impressed with Jordin and the way she cared for our pets. In the photos she sent I could tell that my dogs and cats really love her! I will be using Jordin again every time we go out of town.”

“This was our first time leaving Max with a sitter. She was wonderful and Max loved her. We will definitely use the service again and Sukhpran she was great with Max. I would definitely recommend Sukhpran for a dog sitter.”

We found her to be reliable and trustworthy, and it was great to know our dog was in such good hands. Highly recommend!”

“We wish there was a 10 star ⭐️ option here! We never used Rover before and were hesitant to try it. We had a wedding to attend, but no one to watch our fur baby. We got our 3 year old shih tzu, Hermie, 10 months ago. We were nervous to leave him in an out of state, unfamiliar hotel room with a total stranger. Kim, surpassed our expectations, squashing our anxiety of leaving Hermie in our hotel room with her while keeping Hermie safe, busy, calm and happy till mommy and daddy got back. We became fast friends and felt like Kim was part of our family. It was a wonderful first experience with Rover and Kim did NOT disappoint us. We are blessed to have met such a caring, kind, responsible human being to care for our beloved Hermie.”

“Janhavi did a fantastic job with Taz and Penny! She was polite, professional and courteous throughout; we arrived home from holiday to find happy dogs and a well-kept house, will certainly look to work with her again!”

About: I’ve had family dogs since I was young, mainly rowdy pitties. Before coming to Camp Lejune, I lived in Durham working at an Animal Hospital. At the animal hospital I was the primary caretaker of boarding pets. Walking them, feeding them, taking them for potty breaks, giving them baths, administering medication, observing and correcting their behavior while they played together, and giving them a million cuddles before bed. My experience and love for hanging out with furry friends made me the designated babysitter for family and friends so I’ve cared for every dog of every breed, size, and temperament. I’m not currently working so I have all day to dedicate to taking care of your pets. In August, when school starts, I’ll do online college but because it’s remote I’ll still have an open schedule. I’m a homebody but love to be active. I spend most of my time outside, in the sun, in the yard, reading or birdwatching with my family dog. The times I do leave the house are to find a nice trail or park to go for a long walk. When in my own home dogs are free to roam and welcome on furniture and will have constant supervision. When staying in a clients home I expect to follow all of their house rules they’ve established and stick the routine their dog is comfortable with to keep being around someone new as stress free as possible.
