About: I've lived with dogs almost my entire life, and adopted my first dog 15 years ago. I've since owned two Border Collies, who both participated in advanced agility and obedience work. I'm comfortable with high-drive, working breeds as well as your typical pet dogs. I have also trained and lived with Golden Retrievers, Labs, Pitties, Havanese and Shih Tzus, so I'm familiar with a wide range of breeds, and I've cared for dogs in all stages of life -- from puppies to seniors. Whether your pup is a cuddle-loving couch potato or a ride-or-die adventure pal, they'll fit in great here! I currently work from home most days, and homeschool my two kids (ages 10 and 12). I have a very flexible schedule and am always up to go for a hike or play fetch between various family activities, or to snuggle up on the couch with a good book and a pup to cuddle. Your pet will be surrounded by a friendly family environment, and included in the daily routine I follow with my own dogs! I have a fenced in yard and am located near many lovely nature trails as well as a fully walk-able neighborhood including access to the McHenry Riverwalk only a block away! Daily walks never get boring with so many options available. Whether I'm strolling down the block to watch the geese on the river, or hitting up a local trail, every day is fun and interesting. If our dogs get along these can be joint adventures, but if your dog is more of a solo adventurer I am happy to walk and play separately!

About: I am the definition of an animal lover, which I attribute to having had animals around my entire life. I grew up with Australian shepherds, German shepherds, cats, hamsters, and even tarantulas! I am extremely comfortable walking dogs, giving them medication via food, and managing when to let them out to go to the bathroom. I’m also willing to give a big furry dog a good brush if they need it! I have lived primarily with big dogs, but have had close relationships with small dogs through friends and my husband’s family whom I have dog sat for in the past. In addition, I am a massive cat lover. I was given a kitten when I was 8 years old and had her for 19 years until she just recently passed. In her senior years, she had both hypothyroidism and asthma so I am well-versed in giving cats inhalers and medication in various forms (via dropper, ear application, in treats, and in food). I am a dependable dog and cat sitter/caretaker because I know how much your animal means to you. I’m an extremely organized person so you can count on me to be reliable with pick-up, drop-off, and everything in between. Taking care of your animal would not be a job to me because I am so happy to do it! I work twice a week so I could watch an animal full time during three weekdays in addition to weekends. I am still more than willing to watch animal for an entire week and either modify my work schedule to be with them more, or just make sure they are set up for the days I am in office. I have a non-smoking home with one cat and two people including myself. My home would be an extremely relaxing environment for a pet and due to my flexible schedule, I can dedicate nearly full-time care to an animal. Since I have a cat, I would only really be able to have dogs stay overnight for a couple-day stint since I'd prefer to keep them separate. In my client's home I would offer the same care in addition to respecting the environment. I'm naturally a very clean person and always pick up after myself.

About: I've grown up with animals my whole life- cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles, etc. I've taken care of pets of all ages, from young to senior. I am available all days of the week, including the weekends. My time schedule is flexible and I would also be able to do drop in visits or stay overnight as well. By following owner specific instructions when given, I strive to make both the pet(s), and thus the owner, feel safe while under my current care.

About: I've been around dogs since I've had a working memory. From friend's, family's, neighbor's to my own I've watched and cared for many different dogs of many different sizes and needs. About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and caring for pets comes naturally to me. I know how much trust it takes to leave your four‑legged family member in someone else’s care, and I don’t take that lightly. I’m extremely responsible and always make sure pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for, just like they would at home. I am currently between jobs spending my full time working remotely giving me a very flexible schedule to provide the best posible pet care required. Providing the highest level of attentiveness and care is my number one priority when caring for a pet. I am very detailed oriented and can garuntee outlined instructions will be followed diligently to ensure the pets safety and ease owner's anxiety's.

About: Hi, I have had and taken care of dogs all of my life. I currently have a Rottweiler and a beagle mix and they are best friends! I also have experience dog sitting for multiple family members who have all different types of breeds and sizes of dogs. I am currently in college so I am away from home, and I miss my pets so much. But when I am home I am always playing with my pets and giving them attention. I am very caring towards my pets as well as other peoples. I consider animals to be part of your family and not just pets. I always make sure my pets have what they need and give them attention whenever I’m home.

About: I grew up with a sweet smooth collie and helped take care of her throughout my childhood. These days I take care of friends and families dogs while they go on vacation or just need a quick sitter for the day/night. I also have a pet chinchilla, Cheaches, that I take care of everyday :) I'm a elementary teacher, so my availability during the summer is very open. I plan to be home full time most days but things do come up. If I need to be away I will always prioritize coming back to care for the pets. I'm very comfortable with all dogs no matter the size or breed. I have handled a variety of dogs from timid to major explorers. Any instructions given to me I will happily follow. I have always had a easy time connecting with dogs! They are truly mans best friend and I understand just how much they mean to their families :)

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is I have 6 of my own dogs and I love taking care of all of them ! I take care of pets all day long on an off and I have 6 of my own dogs to take care of myself on a daily basis I feed my dogs all day on an off , I take them outside , clean up their poop , clean up their cat boxes

I work with dogs of all ages and focus on creating a stress-free, fun, and comforting experience through play, cuddles, walks, and attentive care. I am home from work for the summer. I am a full-time elementary school teacher during the school year, so I am very flexible and can make my own schedule. I will work with you to ensure your dog's needs are met and his/ her schedule remains the same as in their permanent home.

About: I took care of my senior dog until he passed and I also have cared for many happy cats. I can do care from simple companionship and exercise to medication, special needs. I have a flexible schedule for this summer.I work part time at another job but that’s a very flexible schedule as well. I’m open to opportunities. I always try to maintain a safe and fun vibe during my time with pets. My priority at all times is making sure their needs are met.

About: Love to have a furry companion on my walks and give them some time outside, I’ve had dogs my whole life big and small and always enjoy walking them. Me and my husband are working part time, and we love dogs, so we have plenty of free days to spend and take nice walks with your pup! Our house has a fenced in yard and we also have a few gates so the dogs can’t get to any places they shouldn’t be.

About: I've grown up around animals of all kinds and have also provided care for many of them along the way. I take pride in ensuring any animal in my care is safe, happy and healthy from the day they arrive to the day they leave! (We have a female dog who we'd love to let meet more friends, if possible!)
