About: I've grown up around animals of all kinds and have also provided care for many of them along the way. I take pride in ensuring any animal in my care is safe, happy and healthy from the day they arrive to the day they leave! (We have a female dog who we'd love to let meet more friends, if possible!) I am currently working a "choose your own shift" schedule, so I can dedicate as little or as much time as possible, to your beloved animal(s)! Schedule open to discussion, dependent on the individuals wants and needs. I have a fenced in dog park and a few walking trails where I reside. I am happy to provide walks and playtime to those in my care!

About: I've grown up with animals my whole life- cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles, etc. I've taken care of pets of all ages, from young to senior. I am available all days of the week, including the weekends. My time schedule is flexible and I would also be able to do drop in visits or stay overnight as well. By following owner specific instructions when given, I strive to make both the pet(s), and thus the owner, feel safe while under my current care.

About: I grew up with a sweet smooth collie and helped take care of her throughout my childhood. These days I take care of friends and families dogs while they go on vacation or just need a quick sitter for the day/night. I also have a pet chinchilla, Cheaches, that I take care of everyday :) I'm a elementary teacher, so my availability during the summer is very open. I plan to be home full time most days but things do come up. If I need to be away I will always prioritize coming back to care for the pets. I'm very comfortable with all dogs no matter the size or breed. I have handled a variety of dogs from timid to major explorers. Any instructions given to me I will happily follow. I have always had a easy time connecting with dogs! They are truly mans best friend and I understand just how much they mean to their families :)

About: Love to have a furry companion on my walks and give them some time outside, I’ve had dogs my whole life big and small and always enjoy walking them. Me and my husband are working part time, and we love dogs, so we have plenty of free days to spend and take nice walks with your pup! Our house has a fenced in yard and we also have a few gates so the dogs can’t get to any places they shouldn’t be.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is I have 6 of my own dogs and I love taking care of all of them ! I take care of pets all day long on an off and I have 6 of my own dogs to take care of myself on a daily basis I feed my dogs all day on an off , I take them outside , clean up their poop , clean up their cat boxes

About: I have had dogs since I was 10 , and I've always had a passion for them. When I was younger, I would read books about every type of dog I could get my hands on. I'll be good for your pets because I'm able to adjust to every individual need for your animals. I've watched dogs for friends and family for many years while they were on vacation. I have spent the last few years working in commercial pet care at various daycare and boarding facilities. This includes dogs, cats, birds and various small rodents. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make your dogs, and yourself as comfortable as possible. I'm happy to go on frequent walks of any duration or difficulty. I used to take one of my own dogs hiking so I'm willing and able to do whatever they are used to. I'm also happy to be at your home as frequently as you'd prefer, and I'd love to maintain open communication with you while you are away. I have also recently acquired a PACCC certification. I’m freelancing at the moment so I have an open schedule at the moment. I am available Mondays, and Wednesday - Saturday. Sundays are also available upon request. I always prefer to meet with pet parents so I can be aware of any potential safety problems in the home and when walking dogs I like to bring a secondary slip leash to use so that in case anything happens to the first leash/collar, your pet is unable to slip away from me.

About: I have years of experience with dogs. I know most breeds and how to train them. I worked with lots of dogs as a camp counselor at camp bow wow. I love dogs and playing with them, they are my entire life. I am available full time when ever needed. I have 3 dogs with my family in Illinois. We have a Australian Shepherd and Australian Shepherd Border Collie mix and a German Shepherd mix. I have trained them myself and I absolutely love them with all my heart. I currently have a Shollie named Puddles. He is a rescue and when I got him he couldn't even meet anyone without trying to bite them now he loves everyone. Dogs are family and you don't want someone who won't treat your dogs like they weren't a member of your family. Dogs and cats are absolutely amazing along with all animals on the planet, I love them all. I am always free at the moment because I am looking for a job. I can come by at anytime and take care of whatever your dog or pet needs! I make sure that all objects that could be a hazard to the dog are cleaned up. Follow all instructions to the tee and always have fun with the dogs!

About: Hi, I have a 10 year old Puggelpoo named Chevis who is my little angel, a 2 year old King Charles Spaniel named Ripley who is as brave as she is kind, and a 3 year old poodle/Shepard mix who is the silliest little girl. I have been dog-sitting for almost 5 years now. I have taken care of two little wiener dogs named Penny and Olli for weeks at a time, a 17 year old poodle named Jojo, a beautiful spaniel named Hannah, and many others too. I love all animals, but dogs are my favorite companion because of their intelligence and kind nature. I will make sure your dog is safe, happy, and getting all the belly scratches it needs. About: I have experience caring for dogs through helping friends and neighbors with dog sitting and dog walking whenever they need me. I also have a 9 year old dog of my own, so I understand the daily responsibilities of caring for a pet. I love being around dogs and giving them lots of attention! I am currently home for the summer from college and will be working part time as a waitress, so I will have plenty of time for dog walking! About: Hello! I graduated from the University of Michigan with my BA degree in Psychology and have my MS in Psychology from Illinois State University. I am currently finalizing my PhD in School Psychology at ISU. I have had dogs my entire life and my family currently has 2 dogs: a boxer (male) and a pit/plott-hound mix (male). I absolutely love dogs and have all the skills necessary to be a great dog caretaker. My family also has 3 cats. I love dogs, but my cats are my life! If you book with me, you are guaranteed to receive updates with photos, and are welcome to call or check in at any time to see how your fur babies are doing. I will ensure your pets are properly fed and relieved (potty breaks!) to ensure their basic needs are met. When I am not working I would be more than happy to take your pets on a walk or give them extra time to exercise. I currently work Mon-Fri 8-4, so I am only available for nighttime breaks and weekends. I am available anytime Dec 23-Dec 31 due to holiday break. Currently I work a full time job. About: I’ve taken care of many different types of dogs, different ages, and weights! I love making sure the pets receive their best care possible! I love being able to take dogs on walks and make sure all there needs are met! I oftentimes am babysitting but love doing dog watching/sitting OR just taking your dog for a walk whenever I am free! I have quite a bit of free time to help you out with your pets needs! I will make sure that your dog is safe wherever he/she goes! When walking dogs I usually will walk them close to me with the leash being pulled up to my hip (unless requested otherwise). That way I can make sure I have your dog secure and safe!

About: I'm Nickie, and on top of being an overall animal lover, I've had a number of pets in my life, and worked in the vetmed world for more 10 yrs. I know messes happen, and don't shy away from cleaning them up. Should I be invited into your home, I am respectful and courteous. I do everything I can to work with you and your animals' schedules. Overall, my schedule is quite flexible. As for my own little zoo, I have a female pit bull named Annie B. Nannie, two female kitties named Freddie Spaghetti and Penny Parmesan, and chonky male cat name Kevin Pickles. I have a part time personal asst role about ~10hrs per week in Lake Forest (days vary from week to week), but primarily work for myself from home the rest of the week. These positions allow for a pretty flexible schedule to work within your animal care needs. Should you want something outside what Rover allows you to choose (sometimes odd requests/needs happen), just select what is closest and send me a message to explain. More often than not, we can make it work with a bit of explaination/clarification. I care for your animal family members in your own home and work with them on their terms, and at a pace that feels comfortable to them. I understand messes can happen and nerves can get the better of some, while others instantly want to be my new best friend. I work with patience, kindness, understanding, and respect. I am unable to care for your furlings within my own home at this time, but am happy to go to you.
