About: I have 3 cats and 2 dogs of my own right now and have always had fur families - small to medium dogs, cats, and hamsters, young and old and anywhere in between. I train my puppies/dogs and kittens/cats for basic safety and helping them get used to being handled for grooming. I also do pee pad and/or outside potty training and crate training for puppies/dogs. I’m experienced with giving medicine to both dogs and cats as well as using diapers on senior dogs. I’m able to check on or walk your fur family typically after 5:30 p.m. during the weekdays. I’m available for boarding after 5:30 p.m. on Friday and through the weekends. One of my dogs particularly loves playing with other dogs to keep your dog company! We have a long leash that can be used for the dogs to run around in our big backyard. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet overall. I can also crate your dog as needed or to provide a quiet environment inside the house. I will do my utmost best to respect your wishes and prioritize the safety and comfort of your fur family. I own a pet-sitting business serving Central Kentucky. I have extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and horses of different ages, sizes, personalities, and needs. I’m also a lifelong animal owner myself, so I understand how important it is to find someone you genuinely trust with your pets. I pay attention to the little things—changes in appetite, behavior, bathroom habits, mobility, or anything else that seems unusual—and I believe in keeping owners updated so they can relax while they’re away. What You Can Expect I’m comfortable following detailed feeding and care instructions, maintaining your pet’s normal routine, walking dogs, cleaning litter boxes, providing playtime and companionship, and giving each pet the individual attention they need. I especially enjoy working with animals who may be shy, particular, anxious, or simply need time to decide that a new person is trustworthy. I don’t expect every pet to immediately love me—I’m happy to earn their trust at their pace. Safety & Communication Your pet’s safety comes first. You’ll also receive updates so you know how your pets are doing while you’re away. I know how difficult it can be to leave your pets in someone else’s hands. Whether you have one spoiled house cat, an energetic dog, a senior who likes to take things slowly, or a whole household of four-legged family members, I’d be happy to care for them. Although I work as a substitute teacher, there are many days I am home part or all of the day. While I have a generic routine, I like to know the pets usual routine so I can cater to that as much as is possible. I have a small fenced yard, but most importantly, my apartment is set up with pet safety in mind. I have gates and latches to prevent accidental runners, my cat has her own space to keep away from other animals, I have the space and ability to separate dogs if needed. Ultimately I treat them like my own. They are welcome in my bed, have free run of the common areas, have lots of toys... I am always up for snuggles and fun!

About: I grew up with dogs and raised them responsibly throughout my childhood. As a young adult, I adopted an older cat and had a loving five years together before my baby passed. I love animals of all kinds and would welcome taking care of your pets with gusto and compassion. I’m currently a full time college student with a part time job, but I can fit your needs into my schedule! I am available for early morning and afternoon dog walks, overnight weekday cat stays, and mid-day check-ins on your beloved animals. Message me if my times work for you. I live in a non smoking apartment that is very pet friendly, with plenty of room for a cat. When it comes to dog walking, I take the utmost safety precautions and would love to walk them within your own neighborhood, as my downtown neighborhood is not very amenable to dog walks.
