“Brent is a good person and a great dog sitter. Maple and Mozzie's (Brent's dog) first meeting went great. They played very well together. The day we dropped off Maple at Brent's home, he and his wife were very friendly and inviting with us and our dog Maple. They explained everything involved with Maple's stay and activities in their home. He kept us updated with pictures and texts. I would definitely recommend Brent and Rover to other pet owners.”

“Erin and her family are phenomenal! They sent pics and updates everyday. My dog, Tilly, really took to them and if she feels at ease, I feel at ease. I would 100% use them again to care for my sweet pup.”

“Ann was great with my little dog. She was easy to communicate with and answered my questions quickly. I was surprised to see Ann had 2 large dogs of her own. That’s on me, I should have asked if she had large dogs. I got really nervous about leaving Scruffy because his back has been injured a couple of times by larger dogs. Ann was very reassuring and took good care of Scruffy. She also sent lots of photos to help easy my mind. I will be using Ann again.”

“We went out of town for a week leaving our one year old Bulldog with Nef. He came to meet our dog and even accommodated transportation. Thanks Nef for the outstanding service!”

I highly recommend Kelso—my cat will definitely be back during my next trip!”

About: Hi! I’m Evelyn, a veterinary technician with 8 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Caring for animals isn’t just my career—it’s something I truly love. Working in veterinary medicine has taught me how to recognize when pets are stressed, uncomfortable, or not feeling their best. Whether your pet needs medication, a fun walk, overnight companionship, or just a little extra patience, I’ll care for them like they’re my own. Every pet has a unique personality and routine, and I enjoy taking the time to get to know what makes them happiest. I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, comfortable, and in caring, experienced hands. My schedule works well for pet care because I have a consistent full-time routine and a one-hour lunch break that often allows me to check in on pets or provide midday visits when needed. Outside of work, I love staying active through running and daily walks, so I enjoy keeping dogs happy and engaged while always matching the pace to each pet’s age, energy level, and needs. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, house sitting, and pet care throughout the week and on weekends. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate care while keeping your pet’s routine as consistent as possible. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. As a veterinary technician, I’m trained to recognize signs of stress, illness, anxiety, and changes in behavior, but I also know that the best care often means helping pets feel relaxed, secure, and loved. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with my friendly dog and make sure every pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, potty breaks, and supervision. I’ll follow your pet’s routine closely, whether that includes feeding schedules, medications, or crate training, and I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages so you know how they’re doing.

About: I’ve owned multiple disabled dogs and can care for them. I’m also experienced in giving medicine to animals that may need it. grew up around a lot of different animals and I love spending time with new animals and seeing all the different dog and cat breeds. 😁 I stay at home and my schedule is very flexible, so the fur babies will get plenty of attention and love! They will always have me with them for some company and play time. For my personal comfort and safety, I currently book pet care with female clients only. Thank you for understanding! I can take care of pets in any way that their pet owner would like. I don’t have many rules and would just like for the fur babies to be comfortable in the new environment!
About: As a dog owner and foster, I have experience caring for senior dogs, nervous rescues, and multiple dogs at once. I prioritize individualized care, patience, and creating a stress-free environment. I work from home full-time, giving me the flexibility to provide attentive care, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of companionship so pets feel safe and comfortable. I believe consistency is important for pets, so I follow their established routine for meals, walks, exercise, and rest. I provide attentive care, patience, and an stress-free environment while making sure owners stay updated. I have a fenced-in yard for safe outdoor time and two senior dogs who are calm and friendly companions.
About: When I was around four, I started to go across the street and cat-sit for this empty-nest couple. They were older, and so they wanted to travel more. The lady owned two cats, a Birman and an Oriental Shorthair. The lady used to take them to cat shows, and they were her most prized possession. They had grandkids to see and wanted to explore as many different countries as they could. They used to say, "Maggie, you are so convenient, and I am glad that you are here so we can leave and do things that we love more often." My mom never once told me to go and do my job. I woke up and was ready to go see Bootsy and Bella. They moved when I was 16, and I was their sitter until the day they left. I realized that for people to do the things they loved, they needed an easy, stress-free, and affordable sitter for their animals. Anyway, I started a show kennel for my Italian Greyhounds because of her, and now this is my full-time gig. I run a full-time boarding and daycare facility at my house. I am open for boarding and daycare 7 days a week. I own show dogs, and so I am home training and working on my websites while the dogs have multiple areas and an outdoor fenced area to play. I work on my computer for 3-5 hours a day and play with and walk the dogs while I rotate in between that. I take lots of pictures during the day and have an instagram that I post them on. The dogs rotate among the kitchen, the basement, and the outdoor enclosure. All dogs have access to water 24/7. The outdoor enclosure has a roof, and I run a fan when it is hot, in accordance with USDA guidelines. If the weather is bad, I walk the dogs or just let them play together in the basement or kitchen.

“Andrew and his family were amazing sitters. The responsiveness and communication was off the charts. My dog is typically afraid but with Andrew, she quickly became acclimated and comfortable. About: We came across the Cavapoo breed as our loving Rottweiler was on his journey to his “better place”. We chose the Cavapoo breed as our furry rainbow puppy to help us all with the tough loss. About: After experiencing the tragic loss of my own cats due to a negligent pet sitter, I became deeply committed to providing the highest level of care for all animals. I also have experience training puppies, helping them develop good behaviors early on and ensuring they have the structure they need to thrive. I understand that every dog is unique, and I'll treat your pet like they're part of my own family. My goal is to make sure they're happy, safe, and well cared for while you're away, so you can have peace of mind knowing they're in good hands. As a college student, I have a very flexible schedule and don't have any other jobs, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for your pets. I live in a spacious townhome with a fenced-in courtyard, giving dogs a safe outdoor space for potty breaks and fresh air. I want every dog in my care to feel as comfortable and at home as possible. They're welcome on the furniture, on the couch, and even in bed if that's what they're used to at home. I believe keeping your dog's routine as consistent as possible helps them feel relaxed while you're away. I'm also an extremely clean and organized person, both in my own home and when caring for someone else's. Whether I'm watching your dog in my home or yours, I'll treat your space with the same respect and care that I would my own. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where your pet feels happy, comfortable, and well cared for.

“Exceptional Dog Walker Mary has been walking my two dogs (a chocolate lab and a bloodhound) every day and has been an absolute lifesaver. Here’s why she’s great: · Dependable: She is on time and reliable. · Caring & Attentive: She genuinely loves my dogs and pays close attention to their needs and behavior. · Excellent Communication: After every walk, she takes the time to tell me how they did and shares any details. · Handles Large Breeds: She is confident and wonderful with my big, sometimes stubborn, bloodhound and energetic lab. I highly recommend Mary to anyone looking for a first-rate dog walker!”

Eli (10) and Luna (6) are rescue dogs who have taught me the importance of patience and understanding every dog’s unique personality. Nimbus (2) has been with me since he was a puppy, so I’m experienced with both energetic young dogs and older companions. After nearly 10 years as a USPS mail carrier, I’ve also learned a lot about dog behavior and body language from meeting dogs of all personalities every day. I know how important it is to approach each dog calmly and respectfully. I understand the trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I’ll care for them like they’re part of my own family while keeping you updated along the way. I work full-time as a USPS mail carrier and typically finish my route between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m., giving me plenty of availability most afternoons, evenings, weekends, and many holidays. Rover is a great fit because it allows me to spend even more time with animals while providing dependable, personalized care for pets in my local community. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or some extra attention while you’re away, I’ll treat them like one of my own. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I’ll follow your care instructions closely, whether that’s feeding, medications, walks, playtime, or simply providing companionship. I’ll always treat your home with the same respect I’d expect for my own, making sure doors and gates are secure and leaving everything just as I found it. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I have raised and been around pets since my childhood. I can care for pups all Breeds, all sizes, and ages. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs, aggressive breeds and dogs recovering from surgery. Also have good skills with cage training and pad training puppies. In my home I have two fur babies of my own that get along well with others of all breeds and 3 large crates and dog beds if needed for your fur child. I live less than 2 minutes away from Jacobson park where I normally take my pup for walks and runs. I’m currently working part time, so I’ll have plenty of playtime for your pups. I won’t be away from home no longer than 4 hours at a time. I work for myself doing cleaning and instacart orders so my schedule is pretty flexible I live in a 3 bedroom home with a fenced in yard with plenty of room to play. I also have a spare room for any pups that may be recovering from surgery or don’t do well with others. My mother periodically visits my home and enjoys playing and spending time with the dogs as well
About: I grew up with dogs. As an adult rescued a dog, worked w rescues for over 10 yrs. Fostered rescues, worked at animal shelter. My own dogs I show and personal service train for me. I work full time at night and have time days and evenings for your fur babies. Work anytime around both yours and my schedule too. Because I live in apartment, I have fenced park to play. Play with my dogs too. Can be crated for safety too while I work. I have cameras on my dogs at all times for safety.
About: I've had both dogs and cats. My dog was an 80 pound malamute (the runt of her litter) that I used to walk around my neighborhood--though most of the dogs I have cared for have been much smaller. In the past, I have adopted cats from my friends and taken in a neighbor's cat. I have cared for the pets of my friends and neighbors for work, travel, and illness. I'm retired. I enjoy reading and gardening. I occasionally go out some evenings but otherwise I have plenty of time flexibility for pet sitting. To care for pets in a client's home, I would want to meet with the client and their pet before an assignment. This would be helpful to know the client's expectations and to get acquainted with and build trust with the pet(s). I own a home where I have cared for my friend's pets during emergencies.
“Haley really did me a solid when she let me know that Ryleigh wasn't feeling good. She took the time to find her meds and give them to her. Truly appreciated that.”

About: I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and about 9 years of experience with cats. I currently have three dogs of my own, so I understand daily routines, different personalities, and the importance of safe, attentive care. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, basic training reinforcement, and recognizing pet behavior and needs. I treat every pet like my own and focus on making them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away. I’m a stay-at-home dog mom, so pet care is already a big part of my daily life. My schedule is flexible, and I’m able to give pets consistent attention, walks, playtime, and care throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible so the pet feels comfortable and secure. I make sure they are fed on schedule, get fresh water, regular potty breaks or litter box cleaning, exercise, and attention. I also keep the home clean and respect the client’s space.

My dog is very picky on who she likes however it was love from first sight. This was the first time we had to board our dog and now we have our go to person for life. Thanks Nef for the outstanding service!”

“Kelso was absolutely phenomenal!! She is truly an expert on all things related to cats, so my cat was in the best hands and I learned lots of new information on best practices to be a better cat mom :) Kelso gave comprehensive updates on a daily basis and really went above and beyond to make sure my little boy was comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend Kelso—my cat will definitely be back during my next trip!”

“Jayde was amazing watching my dogs. She’s very caring for the pets and actually cares for them. She even watched them an extra night for me when an unexpected event happened. She’s great!!”

“Winnie was great watching my dog while I was out of town. He came home happy and relaxed. She sent pictures and was very communicative and flexible with pick up and drop off. The whole process was really easy and stress-free. Thank you so much.”

“Jennifer is so thorough, and she and her dog have provided a delightful environment for Lulu to play, rest and enjoy herself! Lulu highly recommends her! (Told me so herself!)”

“Accommodated me on short notice. Nathan has strong attentiveness. Inquired about my preferences and if I had specific requests like wanting photos / my pups schedule in order to provide optimal care to him during their time together.”

“Brian clearly treated our beagle very well! He gave her plenty of exercise (which she needs), and kept us appraised on how she was doing. A very good caregiver, all in all!”

“First time leaving our dogs with anyone outside of the family and Kristen was great. Frequent communication, attention to detail and lots of playtime. We were very impressed.”

“Went well, my pup seems happy and well taken care of. A little hard to communicate, but they were flexible with my pickup and drop off times. They took him to the dog park and on multiple walks.”

“Laura was a great communicator and made our pup feel at home! She took great photos and also accommodated last minute requests graciously. Highly recommend!”

“Kathryn is a great sitter! Our pup gets lots of personal attention as she will only accept one family at a time and works from home. He loves having kids around during the day and playing ball in her fenced yard. Kathryn is easy to communicate with and we feel much better about leaving our pup in her care than boarding, especially when she sends pictures and updates, which we love. She is always out top choice when when our pup cannot travel with us!”

About: I've had one or more dogs my entire life, so caring for them has always been second nature to me. I genuinely love dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities, and I enjoy spending my days playing, going on walks, and giving them the attention they deserve. I'm responsible, dependable, and home for most of the day, so your pet will receive plenty of supervision, playtime, and companionship. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, relaxing on the couch, or curling up in bed for cuddles, I'm happy to make them feel comfortable, loved, and right at home. While I have classes throughout the day, they're spread out, so I'm able to come home between classes to let dogs out, take them for walks, play with them, and give them lots of attention. I spend most of my time at home, which means your pet won't be left alone for long periods. My schedule allows me to provide frequent potty breaks, exercise, companionship, and plenty of love throughout the day. I live in a spacious townhome with a fenced-in courtyard, giving dogs a safe outdoor space for potty breaks and fresh air. I also have a friendly 1½-year-old Australian Shepherd mix who absolutely loves other dogs. He primarily stays in my roommate's room, so if your dog prefers their own space or isn't interested in interacting with other dogs, it's easy to accommodate.
