When I met her in person she was very kind and professional, and my dogs liked her right away. She sent multiple picture updates of my dogs outside playing or on walks which helped put me at ease. She is clearly very experienced with dogs and had no trouble handling my powerful Cane Corso or keeping my sneaky French Bulldog in line.
