About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, and have cared for both large and small dogs, cats of many shapes and sizes, and even horses and birds. I have experience with senior dogs, high-energy breeds, lap cats, anxious pets— I think all of them deserve love and quality care equally. I’m also a very active person and will make sure dogs get regular walks— I believe a well-exercised dog makes everyone happier! I work full-time Sun-Thurs, and unfortunately I’m not able to have any pets of my own (yet) due to house rules. Because of this I’m always grateful for the opportunity to get some quality time with pets. Earning an animal’s trust and learning about what makes them unique is a beautiful feeling, and the knowledge that I’m helping someone out at the same time makes it even better. I’m currently taking classes, so my main focus on weekends is schoolwork, which means I have plenty of reason to stay in and hang out with the pets. I think this works great for house-sitting since I am staying in to study for the most part, aka lots of quality time spent with your loved ones! I am very conscientious about what I’m doing in someone else’s home and make a point to leave it how I found it, if not better. When it comes to house sitting, I am able to spend much of the day at the house and stay overnight with them, which provides a sense of security and companionship for your babies. I believe pets are most comfortable in their home environment so my goal is to keep their stress as low as possible, caring for them the same way they are used to- ie. timed feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks; whatever I can do to keep everyone happy and healthy. I know how hard being away from your fur babies can be, so I make sure to take lots of photos to send!
“Adeline is officially my puppy’s favorite sitter, and we look forward to continuing to rebook her exceptional services! 10/10 recommend her to take care of your pets!”

“J Does a great job with my pup and yesterday was super helpful because she drilled him on his commands and helped get some kongs prepped. J is reliable and communicates well.”

“ChristyLynn was able to accommodate a last minute drop in request. She was great with the dogs, they sense right away if someone is a dog person and she definitely is. She asked if it was ok for her girls to come for an evening visit and the dogs loved that. Great communication and appreciated the pics. Will definitely use her again.”

About: I have trained my dog as a service animal from ages 14-16. He is able to do tasks such as harm prevention, getting an adult, and deep pressure therapy. He also knows basic commands such as sit, down, shake, roll over, wait, stay, and "all done" I have experience rescuing and fostering a puppy, potty training him and teaching him basic commands. I have a cat and have cat sitted for many years for neighbors. I also took care of my teachers baby bunny in 2018, as she entrusted me out of every student to take care of the bunny, Saturn. As a student currently in community college at PCC, and a future RN, I am busy with school. Thanks to PCC and modern technology however, I am able to do most of my classes online through individual learning. I am only doing one class in person (ASL), twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30-12:30. Other then that, I have no weekly commitments I have to attend, leaving me open to do anything you require me to for your fur babies! Starting in September, I am starting my CNA program which will be full-time but we can discuss the Fall term in depth once I finish my Summer schooling. If I am allowed to bring your pets to my home, I have a lovely sprawling 1,000 SQFT backyard with lots of grass and area to run in. I also have my own dog (professionally trained and not a barker) who loves other animals (including cats!) so your baby can play with him if you request it. If not, I can put him in an entirely different area so they won't interact. My neighborhood, Robinwood, is absolutely beautiful to walk around, with a public playground, trails, and a river a block away I can take your dog to if you wish! In your home, I will do what you ask me to, whether its just hanging with your dog outside, feeding them, cleaning up a bit around the house, or just dropping in to say "hi" and get some playtime in. Just let me know!
“We were so nervous about leaving our brand new puppy home for the first time while we went back to work. Megan came twice to feed and play with our two pups and was amazing and very communicative. Definitely recommend!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Summer checking in and visiting my young and shy kitty Casper! She was always on time or early, and her communication was and is excellent. She sent updates with pictures and videos, and I had total peace of mind knowing Casper was in good hands while I was away. She is so wonderful, she brought little gifts and treats for Casper! I trust and recommend Summer, and I would definitely book her again in the future! 🫶🏼”

“Camille and Shayla were amazing with my cat, and are very lovely people. My cat is very shy towards new people, and they respected his boundaries. He came out of his shell after a few days of them stopping by. I appreciated their detailed reports.”

About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life! I have a medically complex cat, so I’m very experienced with giving pills and administering medications. As a pet owner myself, I understand how stressful it can feel to be away from your pet. My goal is to care for your animal with the same attention and genuine care I give my own, so you can feel confident they’re in good hands. I’m currently a medical student at Oregon Health & Science University completing a dedicated research year, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout much of the week. Taking dogs on walks or spending time with animals has become one of my favorite ways to step away from studying, get outside, and recharge, so I’d love for your pet to join me! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special instructions before every visit. Whether I'm walking your dog or caring for your pet in your home, I make sure they have fresh water, plenty of attention, playtime, and a positive experience. I always keep cats indoors and dogs leashed unless instructed otherwise in a secure, designated area. I also provide owners with regular updates with photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.
“Shianne was great! Our cat hid most of the time, but we still felt at ease knowing he was being checked on and cared for. Communication was smooth, and we really appreciated her help!”

“Consistent communication, mishap on my part and she worked around it to make sure my boy was taken care of. Always cheerful and happy to come out check up on chief. 10/10 will request again.”

“Kathy went above and beyond to care for Saydee. We’re so grateful and 100% would recommend Kathy to anyone looking for attentive care for their pet. Saydee enjoyed a very comfortable stay at her house and we were worry-free knowing that she was really well looked after.”

“Kaylee was amazing! She spent time with our kitties, played with them, fed them, and even gave them treats that her cat didn’t love. She was a clear communicator and reliable! We’d have her watch our cats any time!”

“Allison was absolutely FANTASTIC with Ollie. I love the communication and actually working with Ollie on his walks and manners. Would 10/10 recommend and will be booking with her again!”

“Thank you so much Katie for caring for my fur babies in short notice and during a holiday season!! Thank you again for being there for them! I look forward to having your assistance again in the future!”

About: Hi! My name is Melissa, and I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I currently have three cats of my own who are a big part of our family, and I previously cared for two beloved dogs for many years before I lost them to old age. Through my own pets, I've gained hands on experience with feeding, administering medications when needed, daily walks, playtime, grooming, and recognizing when something isn't quite right. In addition to cats and dogs, I also have experience caring for hamsters and reptiles, so I'm comfortable looking after a variety of pets and following detailed care instructions. As a stay at home mom, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable, attentive care. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets because I feel the same way about my own. I'll treat your pets with patience, kindness, and the same love and attention I give my own animals. Whether your pet needs drop in visits, playtime, feeding, walks, or just some extra companionship while you're away, I'd love the opportunity to help and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m a full time stay at home parent so my availability is pretty open to check up on your fur babies. I am available anytime after 8am Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I know every pet has their own routine, so I take the time to follow your instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, litter box cleaning, and any special care they may need. When caring for pets in a client's home, I treat both your home and your pets with the utmost respect. I'll make sure your pet has fresh food and water, plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship, and I'll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I'm attentive to changes in behavior and will contact you immediately if I notice anything concerning. I believe in creating a calm, low stress environment where pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for just as they would with their own family.

About: Since I’ve been old enough to remember, I’ve been around animals. I have cared for dogs and cats of all kinds for years. Friends and family have trusted me to care for their pets while they were out of town or busy. I can do a multitude of tasks from bathing to walking! I work 7-3 daily, which leaves me plenty of time each day to play with your pets! I love walking- I even walk my dog two miles every morning! There is always time in my schedule to play with pups! I live in Milwaukie so I can easily access most of the Portland area! While caring for your pet, I will ensure I keep a close eye on them while they are outside. I love going on walks and being outside. So, most likely we will catch me and your fur baby anywhere but under a roof!
“Suzie did great with Karma. Karma has past trauma that causes her to be reactive with new people and Suzie's calm demeanor was just what Karma needed to feel safe.”

Hannah was able to help me out with a last minute request to feed and care for my two cats. She collected my mail and packages while I was gone, and took great care of my kitties. Her check-in photos were great, and I was able to relax during my trip knowing that she was minding the kitties while I was traveling. Thanks so much!

My dog loves Taylor time! After I come back from a trip, he continues looking for her, which is the best compliment he can give. Taylor has gently worked to figure out the tricks for getting ear and eye medicine delivered to a dog who would prefer we not, while still being a fun playmate, walker, and nap companion. She communicates often and well with me so I know my guy is in good hands when I'm away.

Chanda, I feel so lucky to have found you for Otto and I’m truly sad to see you go. You are one of the best and kindest dog walkers I’ve had for my boy and I appreciate all of the hard work and love you showed Otto. I hope someday we cross paths again, as I know he will miss you. The very best of luck with your new adventures!! ❤️

Kristen is a wonderful cat sitter!! We have an outgoing cat and a shy cat, and she quickly earned both their trust! It always nerve-wracking having to find new trustworthy pet sitters when you move somewhere new…. But, Kristen is so capable, professional, communicative, and kind - we knew our kitties were in great hands! So so so glad we’ve found her :)

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Atlas took incredible care of our three cats this past weekend, providing wonderful updates and giving our fur babies so much genuine love and attention. We had complete peace of mind while away and will definitely be booking them again!
