About: I'm a pet-loving mother of four with three children in college—and enjoying the wonderful pets I have met through this site. I have lived in Scotch Plains for almost 15 years. I watch several dogs regularly on a private basis and am excited to be part of the Rover community. I grew up with a beloved menagerie that included three cats, two beloved dachshunds and a poodle and have enjoyed watching a variety of dogs, including a bulldog, a French bulldog, a Bernese, a labradoodle, and, of course, mixed breeds. I love walking and daily yoga and look forward to helping your pets get the fresh air, activity and affection they need when you are working or otherwise busy. I am a freelance writer with a flexible schedule and have time for walks and visits before or after work and at lunchtime. Having raised a family, I know how important it is to have a pet sitter who is mature and reliable and understands how deeply you love your pets--and am honored to assist you in keeping them happy and healthy. While I would love to help every pet, I am petite, so my ideal sized pets are under 50 pounds. I am a freelance writer with a flexible schedule and my own car. I rise early every day, and I am often available on weekends. I am often available at lunch time to clients who need their dogs walked mid day. I am a mature, reliable and organized mother of four and will treat your beloved and adorable pet like a member of my own family.

About: I've had pets all my life ranging from fish, hamsters, frogs, cats and dogs. They have all taught me appreciation towards companionship and the joys of being a pet owner. I have around 5 years of experience pet sitting for family and friends. I am also an Eagle Scout who loves the outdoors, so taking your dog(s) for a walk or to the park would be my pleasure. Over the years, I’ve helped friends, family, and neighbors with their pets—whether it’s feeding, bathing, walking, cleaning up, or just spending time playing and giving them attention. I’m comfortable with all aspects of pet care and always treat every animal like they’re my own. I’m currently a commuter student, and i only have class 3 days a week. So I’m able to fit pet care very flexibly into my schedule! I will always make sure to make time your your animals. I follow each pet’s routine to keep them comfortable, making sure they’re fed, walked, cleaned up after, and given plenty of play and attention. My priority is keeping them safe, happy, and loved in your home.

Over the years, I’ve helped friends and family care for their pets, including dogsitting for my uncle’s dog, who experiences seizures. About: My experience with pets stems from growing around them. It was my responsibility to make sure they were upkept. This is why it feels natural for me to include them in my life. I'm currently working from home and would like some pets in the house while I work for emotional support. I treat animals very well and they naturally love my energy. I have a senior dog friendly cat that minds her business and stays out of everyone’s way. She has been chased by small and big dogs and never became scared or aggressive as they were simply overstimulated and were not allowed to even reach her. So besides a cat thats nowhere to be seen and is unbothered by other cats and dogs, your pet would be spoiled rotten here.

About: I regularly volunteer at Sammy’s Hope rescue in Sayreville. These dogs need extra care, attention, and patience. I learned to personalize my care with specific feeding, walking, and handling methods for especially shy, anxious, rough, or special needs dogs. Also the importance of enrichment and mental stimulation beyond physical care. I am a student so my schedule is flexible. I am available most days after 5 pm and all day on most weekends for dog sitting. I also have plenty of time in between for dogs that are looking for walks and enrichment.
