Mia sent Beibei’s pictures every day to let me know he is alright. Even thought Beibei did not behave well on the first 2 days due to environment change, Mia embraced with patience and comforted me everything is ok and she would take time to let him relax and feel safe. I cannot express more appreciation!”

“My dog Duke is a 90lb American Bulldog and isn't aggressive by nature - my biggest concern was that he wouldn't hurt any kids or other dogs given his size, strength, excitability and typical bully knuckle-headedness. Nathalie and Stuart spent time getting to know Duke before the stay - asking all the right questions - getting to know Duke's likes, dislikes, phobias - as well has how to play, how to correct, and how to reduce his level of excitement and energy. Stuart amazed me by teaching Duke to play fetch within a few minutes - while at the same time testing Duke's boundaries like bite control and behavior around strangers including young kids. Nathalie also impressed me with her organization and disciple - handling the feeding schedule, segregation, meds as well as regular updates during the vacation. With Nathalie and Stuart, you are not getting a pet sitter. You are getting a loving family - 24x7 - that provide the right balance of care, supervision, exercise, play and leadership for your companion. Bottom line. Nathalie and Stuart know how to read, understand and care for dogs. And they have the idea environment including a huge enclosed yard. Highly recommended. No more boarding kennels for Duke - he's found his second home.”

“Manuel was very responsive and genuinely cared about our dog Anubis. We were even able to schedule a meet-and-greet the night before the stay. He asked us all the pertinent questions that made us feel comfortable leaving Anubis in his care. Manuel was attentive and wanted to make sure he understood Anubis' likes and dislikes to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Will definitely book again!”

She still handled these guys like a champ, despite her own pup having an accident while I was out of town. She even washed their beds prior to pick-up.
