She was very receptive and professional when it came to the whole process. We didn't do a meet and greet due to time constraint but she trusted the info given was enough to follow through anyways and didn't steer her away from taking care of my dogs needs. Julie went above and beyond by sending pictures and keeping the status of all requests updated right on time. I've never left my animals with someone i did not know which has put a hindrance in any vacations, but she did a great job. My cat is diabetic and she gave him his shot twice a day w/o any issues. We have 2 Pomeranians, Teddy and Luke who absolutely adore her. She is great with them. Luke is a little skittish and she handles him with no problems at all. She is active with them, walking and hitting the dog park. I never have to worry about them when they are in her care. It's a really nice feeling to know that my little guys are in good hands.”
