“My dog, Roxie, loves “vacationing” with Katie and her family and pets. Rox is treated like one of the family and has a very good time being around other pets. Roxie and I both highly recommend vacationing with Katie and her crew.”

“We were evacuated from hurricane Mathew from the Melbourne area. I took my dogs with me. Well, after Mathew passed I had a wedding to go to that I could not bring the dogs too on the west oast of Florida. I found Nola on this sight, Rover.com. With out knowing her at all, she responded and took in my dogs within two hours. I was in a slight state of panic. After meeting her and her husband, I was so happy and relieved. SHe sent me pictures of the dogs having fun throughout their stay. Nola and her husband are Godsends and anytime I go to the west coast with the dogs, my dogs are staying with her. Nice fenced in yard, other dogs to play with......My dogs were relaxed and happy when I picked them up. I was very, very pleased and I absolutely recommend Nola if you need a dog sitter.”

“Linda took great care of my Rottie. Kept me updated on how she was doing and sent pics daily. I was nervous at first since I’ve never been separated from my Rottie before, but seeing her happy and smiling in her pics put me right at ease. I’m so happy I can plan my future trips knowing my baby will be in the best hands.”

“Thank you Leneta & Don for taking such good care of Dolly. She was obviously very happy staying with you which is comforting to know. Looking forward to future bookings with you.”

“I can’t thank Stephanie & Jean enough for taking such wonderful care of my two sweet fur baby boys over the Thanksgiving break. It’s always hard to leave them, but I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. They provided updates and made sure they were happy and well cared for. I came home to two relaxed and content pets, which says it all! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter. We will be calling on them again in the future for our pet sitting needs. Thank you, Michel H.”

“Erica was great with my girls. She stopped by the house a few days before our scheduled pickup. I appreciated that. She took from her time to come and spend some time with my dogs to get to know them before bringing them into her home. She provided good communication with pictures of my girls well-being. I recommend Rover.com and if you’re in the central Florida area I recommend looking at Erica.”

“I would highly recommend Tina & Bill. They are true dog lovers and they pampered my Morkie. They even let my dog sleep in bed with them. I received daily updates with 3-5 pictures.”

“It was my first experience with a boarder and it was amazing! Judge got to play with other dogs and was very comfortable with Chris! Chris even sent me photos of all the fun and relaxation Judge enjoyed!! I will definitely ask for Chris again.♥️”

“Stephanie and her whole family are the sweetest! They all pitch in to make sure your pet gets the absolute best care. I highly recommend her services. Due to unforseen circumstances my dog has had to be in their care for the past month. It's hard but I know he's in the best of hands and we get to visit often! We are super grateful to have found Stephanie.”

“This is our first time with Sandra. We are extremely happy with her level of care and affection for Coco. She sent great pictures and admitted that Coco slept with Sandra…which we know Coco relished. We definitely recommend Sandra and we will have other opportunities for Coco to enjoy Sandra and her two dogs.”

“Kelly made Zeus very comfortable and got plenty of exercise. We will definitely book with Kelly in future. I have a neighbor that will be reaching out as soon as I give her the information. Thank you Kelly.”

“Hugh watched my little lotus for two nights and made me feel completely at ease about leaving him for the first time. Very thankful for Hughs love of dogs and opening his home. I will definitely be bringing Lotus back!”

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I was raised with pets and have hands-on experience caring for dogs ranging from Boxers and German Shepherds to Terrier mixes. I understand that every pet has unique needs, energy levels, and routines, and I strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I have also completed a Leash Reactive Dog Course Certification, which has given me valuable training in understanding and safely handling dogs that may be reactive, anxious, or overstimulated on walks. This helps me provide calm, confident care while prioritizing your dog's safety and comfort. In addition, I have experience caring for cats of many breeds, including Siamese, Himalayan, Maine Coon, and both long-haired and short-haired domestic cats. I've cared for cats from playful kittens to senior companions, giving me experience with age specific needs and senior care. Whether your pet is young, energetic, shy, reactive, or in their golden years, I provide dependable, attentive care and treat every pet as if they were my own family. I currently work from home while my husband grows our family inspection business, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time for walks, playtime, enrichment activities, and lots of belly rubs. Animals have always been a big part of my life. Recently, I lost my beloved cat after 17 wonderful years. While we're not quite ready to welcome another permanent pet into our family, the universe seemed to have other plans. A wounded stray cat found her way into our driveway and into our hearts. We took her in, got her the care she needed, and are now helping her heal and thrive. Caring for animals brings me so much joy, and I'd love the opportunity to provide the same love, attention, and dependable care to your pets while you're away. I provide a calm, low-stress home environment where pets receive plenty of individualized attention. Because I work from home, I'm able to give pets lots of supervision, companionship, and engagement throughout the day. Whether your pet prefers relaxing in a quiet setting or needs extra playtime and exercise, I tailor my care to their unique personality and routine to help them feel safe, comfortable, and right at home.

“This is the 2nd time Sophia has watched my cat while I was away on a trip and she is phenomenal. She sends lots of pictures and specific updates. When I come home I can always tell my cat has been well cared for! I highly recommend booking her for your pet care needs 😊”

“Katie was definitely the best sitter I've ever had on rover. She was so attentive to my cat needs and her medication schedule and made sure follow it to a tee. She sent me multiple updates throughout the day, which is so kind. Then at the end was so accommodating for a change in schedule for pick up. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and will definitely be requesting her again!”

“Corey was phenomenal with our cats! Provided excellent pictures and care and even went above and beyond when we were concerned for one of our cats who tends to hide all the time. Cannot recommend him enough and now we feel comfortable being able to leave our animals knowing that he’s caring for them. We will definitely be rebooking in the future!”

“Madi is amazing! She is friendly and reliable. She took care of our senior cat and gave her meds while we were out of town for a few days. Came back to a happy kitty and clean house. Madi even brought in our mail and trash bin! Thanks Madi! We’ll be in touch again, soon.”

“Samantha was incredible with taking care of our new kitten while we were on vacation. Our flight was delayed twice and she was very flexible with adjusting the pick up times. “Having Kathleen as my pet sitter has given me such peace of mind while I am away . Her communication skills are excellent: quick replies and good pet photos. I know my cat is well taken care of . Thanks Kathleen!”

“We had a great experience with Andrea. She was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly took the time to make sure everything was handled exactly how we like it. Most importantly, Suma really enjoyed her and had a great time playing. She was always prompt and communicative, sending lots of updates, photos, and messages during her visits—which I know many pet owners will really appreciate. You can tell she genuinely cares and puts in the extra effort. She’s newer to Rover, but you wouldn’t know it from the level of care and professionalism she brings. We’d absolutely book her again!”

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I work at a dog boarding kennel currently and have worked at the animal shelter where I cared for all of the strays and helped them try to find new homes and reunited lost pets with their families! I don’t feel a family is complete without a pet as I have always had one (or more)! They are family 💖 I work at a boarding kennel part time and am able to care for pets mornings before work for potty break and evenings after work for potty breaks and play time. Morning potty breaks and evening potty breaks and play time on my days off I ask for owners to have written instructions for the specific care for each pet so that I may make sure their pet/pets are taken care of as if their owners had never left! Routine is a big deal for pets and owners!
“Jamie agreed to watch our babies after the previous sitter could not accommodate us for our short trip to see our sailor come back into port. She arrived on time, changed her drop-in time on the second day when our plans changed and provided excellent pictures and communication, to include an issue unknown to us, which we’ve been dealing with since returning. She followed our detailed instructions, to the letter and gave medication to our twenty year old princess. We highly recommend her services. Thank you Jamie!”

About: I've been friends with cats all my life. I even once rescued a pregnant momma cat when I was a child. afaid the shelters would terminate all of them I hide her and her babies in my closet for three months. Because of this, even the shyest of cats seek out my affection.
“I have 2 cats name Ella and Kate Spade. Taylor was wonderful. She sent me pictures everyday and reported their activities. She dropped in everyday for 2 1/2 weeks without a single problem. Definitely will use her again on my next trip.”

“Ashley took care of my two cats and did a fantastic job. I will use her again. We had to leave the state on short notice due to family health issues and she stepped up and took care of my cats. She even sent me pictures and updates every day. Thanks Ashley.”

“I hesitate to leave a great review for Sarah, because she may not be able to take care of my Lexi dog, from being too busy, but to be honest I couldn't be more happy with the way she takes care of her, very happy with the service.”

“Rox said to tell everyone that she had a very nice time at Katie’s. She loved playing with Katie’s pets and boarders. Rox also liked buddying up to Katie. She looks forward to another “play date” soon.”

About: I’ve been living with dogs my whole life and I love all kinds of pets! I have experience with all ages and sizes of dogs and cats except bottle-babies. I am a certified dog trainer and formerly worked at an animal rescue as the behavior manager. This has provided me with experience with dogs and cats of various temperaments from a variety of situations. I also offer private dog training and other pet services through my private business. My work schedule is pretty flexible so I can make time any day of the week to work with you and your pets. For dogs in boarding, I always make time throughout the day for plenty of playing, physical exercise, mental enrichment, and relaxation. I have experience with a variety of care requirements including special handling for animals of different temperaments, walking and exercising dogs with behavioral issues, preparing specialized diets, and administering medications that I am confident in applying to your pet’s needs. While boarded, each dog has their own space to sleep, eat, and otherwise relax without being bothered by other dogs in the home. This can be a crate or puppy pen depending on what is the best fit for the dog. This is also where the dogs stay while I am out of the house to prevent any incidents between dogs. During the day, the dogs have the opportunity to spend their time inside or outside. There are plenty of toys and beds inside for some playing or relaxing. Outside, they have a fenced-in acre to run, explore, and roughhouse. The dog-friendly pool will be ready for use in April 2026. It has a 8x16ft sun shelf to allow for lounging in shallow water and a ramp for easy access in and out of the deep end. It is screened in to prevent anyone from slipping in unnoticed. For days that don’t allow for much exercise outside, I have treadmills to burn energy for dogs that are comfortable with them and plenty of puzzle feeders to keep their minds busy.
“I love Nola's day care because it is all little dogs. My pugs love all dogs of all sizes but they seem to really like being amongst a house full of little dogs. Nola & Rick take great care of the doggies. My pups come home exhausted from all the fun they had and they are excited for their next visit. It's a win all around!”

About: Hi, I’m Taylor, a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and needs! I offer boarding, walking, and house-sitting, and specialize in everything from puppy energy to senior snuggles. I’ve worked with repeat clients over the years and am comfortable handling structured routines, medication schedules, and special dietary needs. My late senior dog Jake, who passed in July 2021, taught me just how rewarding it is to give older pets the comfort and compassion they deserve. On the flip side, I’ve also fostered plenty of puppies, and currently have a 5 month old pup of my own named Spur! I know how important it is to keep them active, consistent, and safe as they grow. Cats are a big part of my care experience too – I’ve bottle-fed kittens and cared for elderly cats needing daily medications, ear drops, special foods, and that gentle, patient touch only a true cat person can give. Whether it’s a game of fetch, a long walk, a quiet cuddle session, or just keeping things calm and consistent while you’re away, I’m here to help. I treat every pet like my own, with love, attention, and respect for their unique personality and needs. I'm working from home with pet-sitting, photography, and marketing jobs! I am very flexible in terms of travel and overall availability. Early mornings, afternoons, nights - I'm your gal! I have a big yard with many in-ground leads for the dogs to play safely without escape! My other two (very kind) fur babies will keep them company while they're away from home. While we do have cats, they are very independent creatures and usually reside in one room of our home. Easy to shut off for those who don't love felines!

Self employed, so I have a free schedule. Only times unavailable are Sunday mornings. Any days I'll be unavailable will be known months in advance. I have a private fenced in yard with a security system. Also full access between the house and sunroom. Segregation tools like crates are available if needed.
About: I have been working with dogs for about 9 years. I have experience from working at kennels and a veterinary office. Dogs are truly my passion and I love each and every one like they are my own. I have a very open and flexible schedule to watch your dogs! I am available weekdays, weekends and holidays. I do live on 3 acres of land with a smaller fenced in dog area off of the back pool patio. There is plenty of space for your dog to run and have fun but also can accommodate a slower lifestyle for the old timers. I have 2 dogs of my own that have been with me in many dog social situations and are accustomed to all types of friendly behavior from other pets and enjoy the company. My two year old basset is very very friendly and loves to play, the 5 year old beagle loves to run and be close to dogs but is more distant than the basset and just loves the company. I look forward to taking care of your pups! I’m currently watching dogs from home full time so my schedule is tailored to your dog and their needs. I never leave our dogs alone for more than 4 hours and you can expect the same while I am watching your furry friends! I live on 3 acres along with living in a peaceful neighborhood so if your dog is use to getting walks every day, I can do that. If your dog is a lazy bones and just wants to hang out we’ve got space to do that too. They will get plenty of attention and be treated like my own.

“Erica and her family were very welcoming to us and our dog, Moose. We felt comfortable with our dog in her care. Erica was prompt with communication, flexible with time, and we could tell Moose got plenty of love and attention from the whole family.”

About: I've taken care of animals my entire life. Cats, dogs, birds, iguanas, ferrets and a few farm animals too. I was involved in an animal rescue group for several years, fostering many animals who had health issues. I firmly believe that all animals deserve love, shelter, safety, and food. I fall in love with almost every animal I meet! Even chickens! When I'm taking care of an animal, they get a majority of my attention and affection. I do some work from home so it should blend well. I like to meet with the owners and pets a couple of times before to be sure the animals are familiar with me and learn any important information for each pet. I try to follow the owners routine so that the pets are not confused.

About: Why is my price so competitive? I keep my rates lower because inflation has pushed pet‑service costs to levels that no longer make sense for everyday pet owners. Many boarding facilities now charge prices that rival or even exceed the cost of an Airbnb, which I believe is unreasonable. My pricing reflects a commitment to fairness—quality pet lodging shouldn’t break your travel budget. Working remotely allows me to attend to you pets at the highest level with frequent breaks to go outside and stretch, run, and play! I look forward to having a co-worker snoozing next to me. Having a one acre FENCED yard will be your dogs dream. They will always be constantly monitored when they are outside exploring, sniffing and urinating on everything. I live in a low density neighborhood. The traffic is usually 1-2 cars per hour on my street.
About: I have 20+ years of experience. I started caring for other people’s pets as well as my own when I was 9 years old. I have experience in basic training, leash walking, interactive playtime, potty schedule, food amount per size, dietary restrictions and medication needs, and bathing. I can accommodate drop offs and pick ups in 30-minute slots from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. I am a virtual high school teacher with a flexible schedule. I spend most of my days at home, allowing me to provide your 4-legged family member with unlimited supervision, playtime/rest, and potty breaks. My work-from-home schedule is 10:00am-6:30pm. If I were to leave, it would be to the gym. However, I would do my best to plan accordingly so I do not have outside commitments when pet sitting. My goal is to treat your pet as my own, making sure they feel loved and cared for. My home has a fenced yard for the loving furbabies to play. It is also a quiet neighborhood so the walks are relaxing. When pets stay with me they have their own guest room which is also my office so they will be with me all day and night. There are 2 XXL crates (approx. 4’x3’), 2 large, and 1 medium which can be prepped for use if needed or recommended by owner.
“Laura loves dogs and does a fantastic job of making everyone feel great about the experience!!! She is so quick with communication and sent some very good pictures. We could even see Beau prancing and smiling so we knew he was having a great time.”

“Sophia has been an excellent choice for me and Lucy. You can tell she loves dogs in how she talks to Lucy and rubs and scratches her. She comes on time and takes the full half hour and stays even longer to talk to her and me and rub her. She is very pleasant to talk to, smiles alot and basically a very caring, pleasant, soft spoken person. You can't find someone to love and walk your pet better than this. Thank you Rover for finding Sophia for Lucy and Me. Sincerely, Michael Roth”

About: I have had dogs most of my life and volunteered at a large shelter back in St. Louis for more than 10 yrs. I walked dogs, took them on enrichment trips, fostered them and helped at the shelter by just cleaning and doing laundry. I loved all the different dog personalities and tried to do anything that would make their life better. I would love to take care of dogs now that I'm retired and will also be volunteering at the local shelter here I'm retired and my dog recently passed so I'm craving dog time. With no dog i now have more time to dog walk I am available to dog sit or walk but live in a small rv so dog boarding might be tricky though I'm willing to try. I live in a dog friendly park that has a nice trail and isn't very crowded
“You can tell from the moment he walks in the home, Corey is experienced dog handler. Professional, punctual and an all around nice guy. We look forward to using him again for my moms 60 lb American Pitbull terrier.”

“Where to start... I've been contemplating a dog walker for almost the year, I finally got on some sites and started looking around. Katie came up and I immediately liked what I read. As a first timer I was a little confused on how everything worked, Katie walked me right through it, which was a blessing. She was very kind and flexible with her time, as originally I wanted more days and ended up not needing them. We had our meet and greet. My girl loved her! So we went ahead and booked the walks. I cannot even tell you how well it went, she was on top of it, sent me pictures, and told me how Sadie was just doing every step of the way. We have plans to continue using Katie weekly, if you need a little help taking care of your babies, I highly suggest using Katie!”

“Taylor did a great job and I would definitely have her care for my dog again. Good communication, very professional. She seemed good at establishing rapport with my dog.”

About: I've been an enthusiastic lover of all sorts of animals. From the cute and cuddly dogs or cats to the sometimes considered less appealing reptiles and amphibians. I always have had a great low-key type of energy that some more anxious or skittish animals tend to be more receptive to. It helps im very patient and attentive to an animals needs. I, myself have owned Dogs, cats, small mammals and rodents, reptiles, and fish. I am very accommodating to any special care or attention a pet may need. Ive been pet sitting off and on since I was a teenager and have never encountered an animal I wasnt able to care for responsibly and exceed expectations. I can look after larger dogs (100lbs+) as I am 6' with the strength to walk and play with them. I grew up with a 100lb German Shepard and owned a 100lb Rottweiler mix. No pet will deter me. On the flip side I also enjoy smaller dogs that want to be held and/or carried. As I've mentioned I'm an all around animal lover. I generally work 4p to midnight. With that said I have pretty good flexibility and can usually work from home. I ensure pets nourishment and care are well met. I treat the clients home with absolute respect, very tidy and maintain the home as if it were my own. Cleaning up after myself and leaving it in the best condition possible. Making sure the pets area is tidy after eating or playing, cleaning up any messes they may create.

“My dog, Roxie, loves “vacationing” with Katie and her family and pets. Rox is treated like one of the family and has a very good time being around other pets. Roxie and I both highly recommend vacationing with Katie and her crew.”

“Kelly made Zeus very comfortable and got plenty of exercise. We will definitely book with Kelly in future. I have a neighbor that will be reaching out as soon as I give her the information. Thank you Kelly.”

“Kailyn was amazing with our Ari! We got daily updates and she really kept Ari engaged during her stay while we were gone for Europe. Our dog Ari loved all the company she had at Kailyn’s home that she didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend Kailyn!”

“Winnie and Ollie have stayed with Samantha twice now and both times have been exceptional! She is welcoming and great about communicating before and during the stay. Winnie and Ollie always come home happy and exhausted. Samantha has become our family’s “go-to” Rover sitter :)”

“Katherine was an excellent sitter for my two dogs. She kept me up to date throughout the day and shared pictures and videos of my girls. She took care of my girls as if they were her own - spoiled and pampered. Katherine was great and I highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs! I'll definitely call on Katherine again in the future to take care of my girls.”

“Katrina was amazing! This was the first time we had ever left our puppy. She was so cooperative in setting up a meet and greet, which really put us at ease. Her home set up is perfect for dogs. She sent us pictures the whole time and our puppy was calm and happy when he returned. We are so grateful for Katrina's care and we will definitely use her again.”

“We were extremely satisfied with the care Nicolette gave our dog. Her family took great care of Ella, our aging dachsund. I would definitely leave her with them again. Ella had never been kept by anyone except family so I was worried she would panic with strangers. But all went well and I felt she was treated like she was their own dog. Thank you, Nicolette.”

“Brendalee and Ruben are an excellent choice of dog sitters Ellie enjoys her time with them and they were very attentive to her and maintained great communication with me. Definitely would rebook with them.”

“We are so thankful to have found Gage and Ann. They are attentive from start to finish, always answering our questions and helping to reassure us that our dogs are in great hands. Our pups felt right at home with Gage and Ann, quickly adapting and settling in for their vacation. It can be scary leaving your dogs with strangers, but Gage and Ann were immediately comfortable and kind, and so easy to work with from start to finish. We highly recommend them and will absolutely ask them to watch our dogs again in the future. Thank you so much, Gage and Ann!”
