About: I’ve been living with dogs my whole life and I love all kinds of pets! I have experience with all ages and sizes of dogs and cats except bottle-babies. For dogs in boarding, I always make time throughout the day for plenty of playing, physical exercise, mental enrichment, and relaxation. I have experience with a variety of care requirements including special handling for animals of different temperaments, walking and exercising dogs with behavioral issues, preparing specialized diets, and administering medications that I am confident in applying to your pet’s needs. While boarded, each dog has their own space to sleep, eat, and otherwise relax without being bothered by other dogs in the home. This can be a crate or puppy pen depending on what is the best fit for the dog. This is also where the dogs stay while I am out of the house to prevent any incidents between dogs. During the day, the dogs have the opportunity to spend their time inside or outside. There are plenty of toys and beds inside for some playing or relaxing. Outside, they have a fenced-in acre to run, explore, and roughhouse. The dog-friendly pool will be ready for use in April 2026. It has a 8x16ft sun shelf to allow for lounging in shallow water and a ramp for easy access in and out of the deep end. It is screened in to prevent anyone from slipping in unnoticed. For days that don’t allow for much exercise outside, I have treadmills to burn energy for dogs that are comfortable with them and plenty of puzzle feeders to keep their minds busy.

About: I've always had a passion for animals my whole life. When i was 13-14 i volunteered at a petting zoo with all sorts of animals even dogs.I also use to pet sit for family friends quite a lot. I currently work at a boarding/daycare facility where we tend to all of their different needs. About: I have had dogs most of my life and volunteered at a large shelter back in St. Louis for more than 10 yrs. I walked dogs, took them on enrichment trips, fostered them and helped at the shelter by just cleaning and doing laundry. I loved all the different dog personalities and tried to do anything that would make their life better. I would love to take care of dogs now that I'm retired and will also be volunteering at the local shelter here I'm retired and my dog recently passed so I'm craving dog time. With no dog i now have more time to dog walk I am available to dog sit or walk but live in a small rv so dog boarding might be tricky though I'm willing to try. I live in a dog friendly park that has a nice trail and isn't very crowded
