She was very gentle & comforting to my timid, reactive, & nervous momma from the 1st moment they met! Shelly is punctual, trustworthy, & very good with communicating (even checked how many treats she should be giving?) to owners! I will 100% sure have Shelly sit for my baby again! Thank You Shelly!!”

About: I have always had a deep connection with animals, having grown up with them throughout my life. My experience includes fostering both cats and dogs, which I found immensely rewarding. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and providing them with the attention and care they need. I am attending school, so I am home during the day. I am looking to make a little money on the side and I love animals I have a fenced-in yard and a friendly pug (Milo) to keep them company. I will hang out with them, keep them company, play, walk, and give them lots of snuggles.

About: Hi! I’m TJ (he/they). Since joining Rover in 2022, I’ve cared for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, and multi-pet households. From balancing the needs of older, laid-back pets with younger, energetic ones to managing homes with both cats and dogs, I’ve developed a thoughtful and adaptable approach to pet care. In my most recent booking, I cared for a dog and a cat in Ann Arbor. I maintained their daily routines, including feeding them breakfast, lunch, and dinner, giving treats, cleaning up pet waste, and playing with them using their favorite toys. The dog especially enjoyed outdoor playtime with me and her neighborhood dog friends, using her invisible fence for safe fun. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide pets with attentive, consistent care in a variety of situations. Although my Boston Terrier, Sadie, lives with my family in Livonia, she has been an important part of my journey in understanding how to care for pets with different energy levels and personalities. While I’m still working on obtaining my full driver’s license, I have my permit and a car, allowing me to reliably reach your pets with the help of a parent. In January, I’ll be moving back to school in Ypsilanti, but for December, my flexible schedule allows me to take on bookings based on my parents’ availability and my main job’s commitments. I approach every booking with the same care and dedication I’d want for my own pets, ensuring they feel happy, safe, and loved. Please note that while my legal name appears in my profile, I prefer to go by TJ. I’m excited to meet your pets and provide them with personalized, thoughtful care! I always make sure to spend as much time with my pets as possible and take care of their needs to let them know they are loved:) I walk my dog, feed my dog, take her to the bathroom, play with her, and just spend time with her! I love cuddling with her!
15. Joleen L.
“My dogs and I love Joleen! I have 4 dogs and a few cats and she has always done a very good job, sends updates, pictures and even helped with medications and at home care. She keeps the house clean and will even clean up for you! Very reliable, has made time for us last minute. I have a deaf dog she is very good with! If my Aunt isn’t available then Joleen is my only go too and only one I trust.”
16. Dallas G.
“Dallas is so caring towards my dog and she absolutely loves him! He is very calm and gentle and I would trust him time and time again to care for my girl.”

“Sy is such a sweetheart she did drop-in service for us and our little Yorkie loves her, she burns up alot of that midday energy and zoomies he has and we appreciate her attention to his needs as a pup! She will walk him and play him until HES TIRED. That's so important because it hes less likely to get into things while we're away! He's played out and napping! She's even given him a bath after some muddy playtime, sy is truly one of a kind she's dropped off goodies just because for him. We appreciate her, BOOK SY!”
19. Michael J.
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 7 years old starting with Rottweilers to English Bulldogs. I love we motivate one another for walk, run and even to be happy and healthy. I am currently unemployed leaving my time to dedicate and focus on the care of fur babies and their wants and needs. I enjoy the experience and the knowledge I can use and gain on the daily! I am very careful with pets as if they were my own children or nieces and nephews. I protect their paws, fur, eyes, ears away from anything harmful. As well as for them on the inside, they have a purpose and within my care I am responsible to help guide them in safety measures

About: I've taken care of pets my whole life and I love dogs especially. Currently, I have a small bird although unrelated in the short period of time I have owned him he's allowed me to pet and play with him when usually it takes up to a year for a bird to become comfortable with a human, I love every type of animal. I always know what to do when an animal feels afraid or is acting out I'd like to call myself the dog whisperer. it isn't always easy to understand what an animal may need or want when you aren't the owner but from having much experience with animals that do not belong to me I can proclaim that dog sitting should/will be an easy task for me. I'm a 21-year-old college student and I'd love to have even more experience with animals. You can count on me to treat your pets just as lovingly as you do.
