She did a meet n greet which I thought was so kind. My cat instantly liked her (which is not usual for her!) Not only did Chelsea do the drop-in perfectly but she even was patient enough for my other skiddish cat to come out of hiding. And she sent plenty of pictures that gave me even more relief on my vacation. She even brought our packages in from the porch! We never force our animals to do anything they’re uncomfortable with and always tailor our care to meet each pet’s unique personality and needs.
