About: I've spent my whole life around dogs, from raising Shepherds as a kid to recently caring for friends, neighbors, and families pets and volunteering at an animal shelter. That hands-on experience means I genuinely understand how they think and what they need. I can read a dog's body language, recognize when something's off, and respond calmly and confidently in any situation. What your dog gets with me: someone who shows up on time, every time, and treats your pup with the same care I'd give my own. I'm currently a Microbiome Science master's student at UCC. During the week, I am available after 5 PM and on the weekend am available all day Whether I'm visiting your home or welcoming your pet into mine, your pet's safety and comfort always come first. I follow the owner's routine closely, feeding schedules, walking routes, any rules they've set, because consistency is what makes them feel secure in an unfamiliar situation.

About: I am a 2nd year nursing student in ucc, i have one adorable black and white cat called Pablo who is absolutely pampered and recently got a new kitten called Gus. I have had cats all my life, grown up around them and think they are the best things in the world and would love to make some new fluffy friends. I also used to live in Mozambique so i’m very accustomed to being around all types of animals from fluffy ones like cats and dogs to reptiles like snakes.

About: Hi there! My name is Diarmuid and I'm based in Bishopstown. I'd love to help you guys out with your pet sitting needs! My family have always had dogs in our home and I learned how to care for and train dogs from when I was a young kid. I have been teaching dogs basic commands such as recall, sit, stay and heel for many years and value the importance of making sure a dog's needs are met in terms of exercise, mental stimulation and of course play! In recent years I have taken care of friends pets while their owners are away which has involved toilet training, walking, feeding, playtime and trips out to the dog park and local forests. I am very passionate about the wellbeing of all animals and would love to help any dog that needs a walk or a sitter. “Kat was brilliant! 😊 She was house sitting in my home because my cat is a bit hard to take care of. He usually sleeps during the day and hunts at night, but this is when he is hungry as well, so he wakes you up several times during the night while he comes in for food then goes out again. And he is needy during the day because he needs rubs and sometimes food too. He is also very picky. Sometimes, I had to put out five or more different plates for him to find the one he prefers to eat. And he likes wet food, so, you need to be around the house most of the time. Kat was taking so good car of him. And she left the house clean, organised, and just the way I passed it to her. Thanks you do much, Kat. You are great! 😊”

About: I’ve been the family pet sitter for years with 2 of my own dogs, Bucky 6 and Sasha 4. Looking to earn some extra cash so thought why not do it doing something I love, looking after someone else’s babies 🥰. I have my own home with a large garden and I work from home so dogs are walked during my lunch break and again in the evening for a quick run around the local park. Outside of that your doggo can relax on the couch with my two and get lots of cuddles 🥰 I work from home for majority of the week - the longest your dog will be alone is 4 hours at a stretch. I walk a lot, so your dog will get adequate exercise depending on their needs. I usually take my dogs out a lunch time and in the evenings for a quick run around the park too. I have a large fenced garden. I also have a crate that I have made cosy so if your dog needs their own space they can sleep in the crate but also happy for them to sleep on the couch. I want your dog to feel at home, this is not a kennels.

About: At a young age I started working with farm animals (mostly horses, goats and sheep). A few years ago I pet-sat a full year for a dog breeder / behaviourist which thought me a lot about dogs specifically. I have always had good instincts when it comes to most animals and have had a few of my own. Being in a new country makes me miss having dogs or cats around. I'm a full-time student in a new country. During weekdays I have around 8 hours of class. Usually from morning until 3/4 pm after that and during the weekends my schedule is very flexible. I live in student accommodation and cannot care for dogs in my house at the moment. I'll be more than happy to take them out for long walks or to care for them in their own houses.

I am free to overnight if needed. I am very flexible. I prefer to care for pets at the clients home; I live in a house that already have 3 dogs and bringing a extra pet will not be suitable. I will follow all the instructions from the client conscientiously on how the pet needs to be cared. Each pet have their own ways and it is very important to embrace their needs and personalities.
