About: Are you ready for your dog to be spoiled? At my place your dog gets to be the center of attention because I only board one dog at a time and have no pets of my own. I understand that leaving your pet and home with a new person may be nerve racking or overwhelming. I have worked with many owners leaving their fur babies with a sitter for the first time and work to make every pet parent feel at ease while they’re away. Before boarding, I do a meet and greet (virtual if you can't meet in person) so that everything goes as smoothly as possible. Throughout my time with your pet, I’ll send picture updates and am alway happy to answer any questions over a call or texts. On top of my years of experience, I have a love for dog training. I have worked with previous clients' dogs to maintain training while they’re away and reinforce good behavior. Whether your dog is a jumper and you want them to continue practicing polite greetings or just don’t want them to forget their meal manners, I can help. I use positive reinforcement so that your dog’s training doesn’t have to go by the wayside when you’re away. Note: Due to living in an apartment, I can't host dogs that excessively bark. I am currently a graduate student with a flexible schedule. While I spend most of my time working from home, I do go onto campus for a few hours at a time. On days when I do have to go in exercise your dog in the morning and evening and take them out for potty breaks at lunch. On weekends, I have lots of time for long walks, runs, or games of fetch. I live in a cozy, pet-friendly apartment where your furry friend is welcome to curl up on the furniture and feel right at home. There’s a balcony for fresh air breaks, and we’re only a two-minute walk from a park and close to Promontory Point for longer adventures. Since it’s just me at home, your pet will get plenty of one-on-one love, attention, and snuggles. As I mentioned above, I can understand that leaving your pet with someone new can be hard and trust is essential. I communicate throughout every sitting, so that you can know that your pet is in good hands.

I chose Willy because of his proximity to me, his reviews, and his rates. He is kind and accommodating. I actually confirmed with him a bit later than I said I would but he still graciously accepted our two pups. It’s true what others say that he sends lots of pics. In just a 24 hour period we got pictures in the afternoon, the evening and the next morning. And from the looks of things, Willy actively engaged with the pups the whole time; they’re not just left out in the yard. I think the most important thing for me is that my dogs will have the same kind of experience that they enjoy at home, including plenty of human contact. I think that’s why we all choose in-home boarders, right? And that’s exactly what they got. Anybody who can engage and stimulate a loud, demanding, beagle bark machine gets 5 stars from me every time. I would book with again.
Kamiah & Casius were great with my fur baby. It was my first time using a service like this and I was so nervous. Kamiah was understanding of my nerves answered all my questions. She sent daily photos and videos. She was understandable with my travel delays and when I picked my dog up she was smiling and continued to do so for the rest of the evening. Dwight was great! He looked after my two pups while I was away on a family vacation. I could tell that he took the time to get to know both of them and treated them like extended family. He sent picture updates and was flexible with the drop off time. Next time I have to go out of town, I’m def booking with Dwight!
Xinwen has been the best sitter we’ve found on Rover so far. She’s attentive, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. She sent us daily updates and photos, which really put our minds at ease while we were traveling. We’d definitely recommend her and would love to use her services again.
Shantia was very very helpful. I went to check out the space before my vacation and her space was beautiful, lots of room, clean, and accommodating to my dog's needs. I sent very clear and specific instructions for my dog as he is extremely picky and an anxious dog and she took great care of him with no issues on either end. She sent plenty of pictures and videos of my dog while I was away, which eased my anxiety of leaving him with a new person. My dog also does not really vibe well with men and he was able to be around Shantia's boyfriend with no issues or complaints. I will definitely be using Shantia for my dog's care moving forward!
