About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs for the last 1( years, all over 40lbs. I’m also familiar with dealing with reactive dogs, I was social distancing well before that was a thing 😃. I’ve taken care of my parent’s cat for the last 2 years and I’m comfortable with changing cat litter. I look forward to meeting you and your pups/kittens. I’m currently in school on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, after 5pm. The rest of my schedule is open to provide the service your pet needs. I will always keep safety first, follow all instructions prescribed by the customer, be on-time and provide the service your fur baby needs. In addition, I’m open to any communication that the pet owner requires, phone call, FaceTime or just text message to keep them updated on their pets well-being.

About: I would take my dog out for walks everyday since I was 13 and would make sure she was cared for, played with, and properly groomed I am currently working two jobs part-time, but I am often available to walk dogs (morning, day or afternoon) or cat-sit in my free time. In my home, we make sure our cats are fed at least twice a day and we scoop their litter everyday. When we had my senior dog, we would let her outside often to get some exercise and would bathe her at least once a month when she got dirty.

“Autumn was wonderful and all four of our pups, even our shy one warmed up and felt comfortable around her immediately. Autumn was in regular communication and sent some great photos and feedback on all of our girls after her visit. We’ve never had anyone except family members care for our girls and felt at ease after meeting Autumn and thought she did a wonderful job. We plan to book boarding with her and some additional drop in visits as well. Very happy and would recommend.”

About: We as a family do not have any dogs or cats in the home, so your fur friend will get all the love and attention it needs. We love to spoil them if we can and let them explore our home like it's their own. During the week, I am typically at work during the day, but i work remotely at least once a week so i can be flexible with enough notice. I will always make sure your pets are fed and are given proper bathroom time, no one likes accidents inside the home, but sometimes they do occur. I will clean it as well as possible and make sure your fur friend is okay and give them all the love. I do understand that some pets can be more hesitant or shy, I am always prepared to gain their trust over time and would never rush the process.

Professionally, I worked as a sales representative at Petland, where I was directly responsible for matching families with ideal animal companions and managing high-touch customer interactions daily. This role gave me hands-on, daily experience caring for, socializing, and handling young puppies, so I am incredibly comfortable with puppy energy and strict feeding routines. Beyond my professional background, I grew up with a family Beagle, and as a kid, I was the neighborhood dog walker for an American Bulldog. More recently, I’ve spent plenty of time helping a close friend look after his Australian Shepherd and Aussie mix, so I know exactly what it takes to keep up with highly active, intelligent, and working dog breeds. I treat every animal with the same care, respect, and safety that I give my own family pets. My current work schedule gives me a great deal of independence and flexibility throughout the week. Because I manage my own day-to-day shifts rather than a traditional desk job, I can easily plan my hours around your pet's specific needs. Whether that means stopping by for early morning check-ins, taking long mid-day walks, or providing dedicated house-sitting coverage, I build my routine around ensuring total consistency. Your pet won't have to wait around for their normal feeding times, potty breaks, or exercise. Keeping your pet safe and comfortable is my absolute top priority. When I'm caring for a pet in your home, I treat your space with total respect and keep things clean and secure. I’m very vigilant about the little details; making sure doors and gates are securely latched, keeping potential hazards completely out of reach, and following your specific house rules to the letter. When we’re out on walks, I keep a close eye on the surroundings, maintain a firm grip on the leash, and avoid unpredictable situations with other strange animals. I'm also big on communication, so I’ll always send you quick text updates and photo check-ins so you can relax knowing they are safe and having a great time.

I’m currently working a part time job with dogs as of now my schedule can be a little weird but I could either be working 6:30 am till 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 7:00pm my off days are Monday and Wednesday the busy schedule wouldn’t stop me from being able to care for your fur baby! When caring for pets my approach is always tailored to the individual animal's needs and the owner's preferences. For client's homes, I follow their specific instructions meticulously, maintaining their pet's routine as closely as possible. This includes feeding, administering medications, cleaning litter boxes or yards, and providing companionship. Not only will I care for your fur baby you can also trust me to make your furry baby breakfast lunch/dinner, give medication’s and give injections as needed which I learned and know how to do!

About: My name is Katie Skubisz and I live in Elgin IL. I am a licensed social worker at an alternative school with a masters degree. My cats simba and pumba are featured in the picture above. I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life. I have also lived with roommates who have animals that I had taken care of while they were away. I used to dog walk for a company called passionate pet sitters and worked at a dog boarding facility. I have done daily walks and overnights. I have always been passionate about animals and consider my own family and would treat yours with the same amount of care and demonstrated responsibility I work full time but I have availability after 730 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Tuesdays after 430 and weekends I have flexibility all day long. I treat all animals with the same care and passion I have for my own pets. I truly believe pets should be treated as you would family.
