This was my first time using Rover, I had anxiety over dropping off my puppy ( he actually turned 1, still my puppy) without a request from me , Carol took time to text and let me know things were going well 2 hours after I dropped him off. This allowed me to concentrate on the rest of my day. She later sent a video which put a smile on my face of my fur baby playing having the time of his life.
