“This was our first time using Rover and Dayana was wonderful to work with! She took Suki for two walks a day for 9 days and we appreciated her getting the exercise....she slept good at night. The Rover Card for each walk was an unexpected touch that was appreciated. I didn't realize how comforting it would be getting the text with a map of each walk and update on bathroom habits would be. I would gladly hire Dayana any time I need a dog walker in the future.”

“We originally asked Caroline if she could walk and feed our two dogs as we were planning to a long day trip. However, we woke up to find our oldest dog not doing very well. It turned out that he had cancer and that we would have to put him down. It was a long agonizing day trying of running tests and considering options before finally deciding that the most humane treatment would be to euthanize. Through all this, we are thankful to Caroline who took care of our remaining fur children--a dog and a cat. It was a great relief to not have to think or worry about them so we could focus on our oldest dog in his time of need.”

About: We’ve always had pets at our house and cousins’ houses growing up, and as you’ve probably seen in my pictures, I always love being around animals! I’m starting a new position in a few months, and since I love animals, I thought that pet-sitting would be the perfect thing to do in the meantime! It is definitely important to make sure that the pets are taken outside often to go to the bathroom and move around with fresh air. It’s also important to read the body language of the pet- some pets need more exercise than others.

About: Owner of seven dogs since 1998. Currently have two dogs. I have walked and cared for numerous friends' pets as well as my own for over 25 years. Semi-retired, part-time work schedule allows for flexible options for pet care any day of the week. Open weekend schedule also allows for extended pet-care options. As a pet owner for 28 years, am acutely aware of paramount safety procedures both inside and outside the home. I understand the importance of maintaining safety of a pet with leash and/or harness, and awareness of nearby animals or humans who may be problematic.

About: I’m a very responsible and loving pet owner. Have rescued many pets and now have found myself with some free time and would love to help new pets and people! With notice, I am completely free on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays. (Monday, Tuesday & Friday I can be available for a few hours in the am) I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space to play and a kiddie pool to cool off in! I have three very friendly doggos myself but plenty of space so they can be kept separate if you desire.

About: Proficient in providing dogs with stimulating and safe walks. Meticulous in following schedules with feeding. Comfortable and experienced in administering oral and topical medications. Knowledgable in basic dog first aid and safety protocols. As an owner of a 5 year old Golden Retriever since puppy age, and dog sitter, I have taken the responsibility of taking care of any dog! I strictly follow eating schedules and/or medication schedules. I pay as much attention as possible, as an owner of a golden this is a must! I make sure I leave a safe environment for my doggies. I attend to their needs whether it is to be by themselves, or get all the playing time they need!

“Stefanie and Jay are fantastic! They've walked and boarded my German Shepherd, Colby, for a week and a half, and I couldn't be happier. They handle him with confidence and kindness, and their communication is excellent (love the photo updates!). What impressed me most was how well Colby got along with their cat during boarding – it shows their ability to manage different personalities. Their husband-wife team dynamic means they're super flexible and available, even last minute. They truly treat Colby like family, even giving him extra playtime on their daughter's birthday. Highly recommend!"”

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 5 years old when I got my first puppy! I have raised puppies, provided senior care, and helped train dogs with behavioral issues. I've taken care of all kinds of breeds ranging from small to large dogs. I spend a lot of time outside and believe our pups should always join when possible, I focus on teaching off leash skills so that dogs can get the most of their time outside with me. I'm currently working remotely and have flexibility in my schedule. I have time for regular bathroom breaks and exercise. I'm a bit of a homebody and make sure the pets get the attention they deserve! I have a large yard with a friendly dog to keep your fur friend company. I do have a couple crates of varying sizes to ensure your pet has their own space if they need it.

About: I’ve had both cats and dogs for the majority of my life. Most recently I’ve had a black lab and a shepherd/beagle mix. I currently have one cat who is over 20 years old. I’ve taken excellent care of my pets and treat all animals as if they are my own! I look forward to working with you! I work full-time and I am currently available for weekend care! I would be more than happy to take care of your pet while you get away for the weekend. I make sure the animal is well fed, clean and brought outside in a safe environment. I am excellent at following instructions given by the owner and would care for your pet as if they were my own.

About: I am a registered nurse looking for some extra work this summer! (Other than being stuck in a hospital all day). I truly love animals more than people and would be honored to spend some extra time with yours:) I've spent most of my life babysitting and dog sitting for friends and family and would love to branch out for the summer! I work two days a week as a registered nurse. I have plenty of time on my hands that I'm looking to spend doing something I love! I have two dogs of my own that I pour my heart and soul into. I would provide loving and reliable care in any way you desire for your pets!

About: I've been taking care of animals for over 16 years now, and I've been around animals for my entire life. I currently own about 20 ducks, a horse, and a cat - I take care of them daily. Over the years I've had chickens, sheep, a bird, a dog, and guinea pigs. I love taking care of animals so much that I was involved in nursing one of my chickens back to health when she lost a wing to a predator. She stayed inside for a while but was more than okay to go back outside after she was healed. Once she was ready to join the rest of chickens, she thrived with the other chickens. For walking at home, I walk on different days for around 1 mile each way, and with animals I love to walk with them. I'm available during most times of the day, as my nights are usually unavailable due to overnights with pets. Some nights will be available, but as of right now it's often booked! Just a heads up is appreciated. I do not have a fence around my property, but I will walk your dog whenever is needed to let them outside. If you don't have a fenced area, I will do the same for your own pet!
