About: Hi! I’m a dedicated dog lover with a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pets the attention they deserve. I will be starting a part-time job on June 7th, but for now since I’m currently not working, I’m available for walks, drop-ins, or house sitting—perfect for pets who do best staying in their own home and routine. I have three dogs of my own, so I’m very familiar with different personalities, energy levels, and daily care needs. I’m the kind of person who talks to dogs like they fully understand me (because… they do, right?), and I never say no to a good game of fetch or a cuddle session. Whether your pup is high-energy, a little shy, or somewhere in between, I’m happy to match their vibe. My Boo Boo is getting old and I have Jerry who still is full of energy. While Stella has spurts of energy some days and other days she'd rather just snuggle. I am very cognoscente of what's around me when walking dogs. I am comfortable crating your baby and sleeping with them if needed & medicine.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 10 years. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe (depending on their size), play with their fur babies. I have a relaxed environment for and am working from home so I have lots of time to take care of your pets. I'm available for boarding on weekends. I live in a house with a fenced deck and have pet friendly neighbors. I will make sure your fur baby is comfortable and that they always have food, water, snacks and favorite toys. I can also take your pet to the fenced private dog area in my neighborhood.

They were super communicative about everything, and even put all linens in the washer/dryer, and tidied up the whole house before they left. You could just tell they LOVE dogs, and took incredible care of our Shiner while we were gone :)”

“Michelle was absolutely great taking care of our little one and our home while we were gone for 13 days. She is a rare find and a truly calm, gentle soul. She definitely earned all her great reviews. We did a meet and greet first where she came to our home and we knew after that meeting that she was the one! Finding a great pet/house sitter is harder than it seems. So many on Rover don't really seem to understand the meaning of house sitting. It means you actually live in the house with the fur babies not leave every 4 hours and be gone all day. Rest assured Michelle will live in your house so your anxious fur baby remains in their comfort zone and routine. I work from home so I wanted to mimic that level of human presence that out little guy has become accustomed to and she was able to provide that. Michelle took care of little chores like watering plants and feeding our fish, but most importantly she took care of our little baby with plenty of play time and constant companionship. She was very responsive over messenger even though we were in another country. And when we came home the house was perfectly clean and in order. We highly recommend Michelle for pet/house sitting and we will certainly be using her again!”

About: Hi, my name is Sam! With a lifelong passion for animal care, I have cared for many foster and rescue dogs, including my 10-year-old terrier mix, the Dude, whom I adopted at age 1, and my 16-year-old min pin, GIR, who crossed the rainbow bridge in 2023. My dedication to animals drives me to provide reliable and loving care for your pets. Throughout my adult life, I've had the pleasure of caring for many rescue and foster dogs, a snake, a rat, a hamster, and 5 ferrets. I've volunteered at my local animal shelter, socializing dogs and working with adoption outreach programs. I worked as a kennel tech at West Alabama Animal Clinic in Houston, caring for boarded dogs and cats. I worked to keep the animals safe and in a clean environment while also helping the vet techs with sick animals. I've volunteered at the Austin Wildlife Center, caring for small mammals like opossums and squirrels, as well as injured birds that came through the intake center. Needless to say, I love animals. And I'll show that much care and more with your pups when they're in my care. I'm currently working 32 hours per week, but I'm available 6 am - 9 am and after 6 pm Tuesday - Friday. I have flexible hours Saturday-Monday to spend more time with your pups! I have a fully fenced yard and one small friendly dog to hang out with your pups, if that's allowed. If not, I also have a large soft crate to keep them separated.
