About: Aloha! I’m Nea, a born-and-raised Kaua‘i girl now living in Honolulu near Ala Moana. I’ve grown up around and owned animals my whole life—horses, chickens, bunnies, birds, cats, and of course, dogs—and I’m truly an all-around animal lover! I get so much joy out of spending time with animals and helping care for others’ furry friends. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a senior needing a little extra TLC, or a quirky dog with specific routines, I genuinely love getting to know each one’s unique personality. I’ve raised and owned Border Collies and Australian Shepherds (you can see my parents dog, Tucker, a blonde collie, featured in a number of my photos), so I’m especially comfortable with high-energy breeds. However, I’ve worked with dogs of all types and temperaments. I’ve been a dog walker and sitter throughout high school and college, and through Rover for several years while living in NYC and back on Kaua‘i—so in total, I’ve been doing this as a side gig for about 15 years now. I’ve cared for everything from a tiny Chihuahua named Lolo to a 180lb Great Dane named Pebbles to a reactive hound named George who only did night walks. No matter the service (walks, drop-ins, etc), I treat every pet I work with like part of my family and love making their day brighter (and yours a little easier). My husband and I lost our beloved dog Logan last year due to cancer and, while we aren’t quite ready to welcome another pup into our home full-time, we’ve both gotten so much fulfillment from helping out other pet parents. I work from home as an education policy consultant, and I’m very lucky that my job offers a lot of flexibility and autonomy in scheduling. My workday typically starts early since my team is based on the mainland, which means I often wrap up by lunchtime and have plenty of time to spend with pups. Even during working hours, I can usually shift meetings or build in breaks to fit in a walk or drop-in visit. Overall, I’m able to accommodate most pet care routines. Whether it’s a quick morning walk, a lunchtime drop-in, or a longer afternoon outing for an energetic pup, I’m happy to tailor care to whatever works best for your dog! Weekends are also often wide open, and I’m more than happy to take clients then as well. At the moment, I’m unable to offer overnights or boarding in my home, but I do provide walks, drop-in visits, and in-your-home sitting throughout Honolulu. When I’m caring for your pup—whether I’m stopping by for a quick visit or staying for longer—you can count on me to treat your space with the same respect and care I would my own. I make it a point to send regular, thorough updates and plenty of photos throughout my time with your pet. I know firsthand how stressful it can be to leave your furry friend with someone else, and I want to ease that as much as possible for my clients by keeping you informed and connected every step of the way! I’m dependable, communicative, and focused on making sure both you and your pet feel comfortable and at ease. I keep routines consistent, follow your instructions closely, and am always prepared to respond quickly if something unexpected comes up.

About: Dogs of all sizes and breeds were a part of my family growing up. I've pet-sit for friends on trips, including caring for a senior dog, and multiple pets (2 pups and 3 cats) at once in the same home. I've fostered a few times, including a puppy being treated for heartworm but, my current place doesn't allow me the opportunity to care for animals. I'm able to provide care for your pets in your home and neighborhood. If they're on a special diet or require a specific feeding method, please let me know. I also have experience in giving baths, applying treatments, and administering medication. When taking pups on walks, I like to be mindful of the time and temperature so the pups aren't walking on burning asphalt. I also like to be mindful of cleaning up after your pups, so we're not leaving a mess for the community if we can help it. I can check-in on, play, feed, walk, and give attention to your pups. I'm available during the week and on the weekends, including nights. If you require walks &/or feeding outside of my available neighborhoods, there might be some additional fees depending on distance and time of day (if applicable). I'm able to pet sit in your home so that your pups are more comfy and relaxed. I like to provide a calm atmosphere for them, giving them lots of attention based on their needs, and try my best to stick to their routines. I'm available to stay the night or do drop-ins. I'm not a partier, and believe in taking care when handling other's things so rest assured that your home is in good hands.

About: Hi there! My name is Elishia and I am a Veterinarian from Australia! Before I moved to Oahu I had my own full time dog walking/pet sitting business for the last 6 years. I have plenty of experience looking after pets, dog walking and providing the best care possible for your pooch! Animals have always played such a huge role in my life from a very young age which led me to study Veterinary Medicine. I am currently working as a vet in a small GP clinic and really enjoying it! I am confident with a large variety of breeds and medical needs. I am currently on holiday for the next 2 months prior to starting work so I have full availability. From there I work 4 days a week so will continue dog walking on my days off. I have a large amount of experience dog walking and very comfortable with all sizes and breeds. I have a vast knowledge and education regarding pet behavior and medical needs and can easily recognise symptoms of illness or know when something is wrong.

About: I am known as the office dog sitter and have been entrusted by over 5 coworkers to watch their furry friends when they go on vacation. My friends also is a repeat customer for my dog sitting, and have also recommended me to their friends who have become repeat customers for me to hang out with their companions while they are gone. I work from home twice a week and am available to go home to check up on the pets during my lunch break since I work close to home. I have a spacious living room and have space for them to roam around, or can also have space for crating if needed. I also love giving scratches and petting dogs!

About: I’ve taken care of my family’s pets from a young age and grew up taking care of myself. I’d like to think I’m reliable and tentative when it comes to getting the job done and caring for the details. I’m always happy to help out & put the wellness of others first! I’m currently back home from college from the University of Oregon, working part-time with a weekly internship for a local architectural firm. My jobs currently allow me lots of flexibility to be free in the afternoons, Friday & Saturday before 5pm and all day Sunday! I can be free majority of the time with a couple hours notice! I have always had a calm presence around animals and tend to get along with any pet I come across. About: Hi! I am a designer working from home based in Honolulu, HI. I love love animals so much but I'm not able to have my own quite yet, so I'd love to help take care of yours! I have a lot of experience being around dogs, including my family pet Joy - a shy, tiny chihuahua terrier mix. In the future, I hope to have two birds, a hairless cat, and a dog :) Because I work from home as a freelancer, my work is very flexible / non urgent, which means I'll have plenty of time to take care of your baby. :) I'm currently residing in an apartment complex that is pet-friendly! It is also nearby a very quiet walkway that would be perfect for your pet to stroll / run around.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, I love being around dogs and making sure they are living their best lives! Including your sweet sweet dogs! I am currently working part time, but I am really missing my dogs from home so I would love to walk dogs on my free time and reconnect. About: I've been taking care of dogs since last year. My neighbors have relied on me to walk, feed, and take care of their pets whenever they go on vacation. I'm currently applying to work at various hotels. I'm avaliable after 2 pm on weekdays, and I'm also avaliable on the weekends, but it varies depending on what I have going for me that week. In my home I feed, and walk our dog. I play with him. and make sure he gets the proper attention he needs. I also make sure he is secure at night. When walking him, if he wants to meet other dog friends on the way, we do that, but I make sure both dogs are calm and happy before engaging.

About: I have experience with dogs of all types, temperaments, breeds and needs. I excel at giving high quality, attentive and specialized care. Every dog is unique and will be treated as such. I work through out the week, but my work schedule is flexible allowing me to be available to care for your pup. You can expect multiple walks a day, plenty of pictures to update you of their stay and lots of attention and care. I have a friendly, well-mannered dog at home for your dog to socialize with. There are plenty of treats, toys and space to walk. I like to run, so if your dog is high energy and needs that type of outlet, I am happy to run them 3+ miles daily. I live walking distance to a dog park, and close driving distance to the beach and hiking trails. Mental, physical, intellectual and emotional enrichment is a priority for all dogs under my care.

About: Most recently in March 2022, I enjoyed housesitting a sharpei for 3 weeks. Before that I housesat a very adorable golden doodle for a week. In 2021, my friends would often leave their dogs with me when they would travel lasting from days - weeks. I recently completed the Google UX Design Certificate. Therefore, I’ll be job hunting full time; I have time throughout the day to walk, feed, and hang out with your dog! Since I will be housesitting, your dog will be familiar and comfortable in their own home, decreasing the possibility of anxiety and maximizing their comfort!
