About: With 15+ years of petcare, I love being able to provide a great environment for pet sitting and boarding. I’ve been a dog mom, my whole life and am extremely active - so it’s easy for me to bring pups on long walks and keep them active. My Weimaraner Moose loves new friends! I work remotely from home, so I’m available to be with doggies days and nights, take them on long walks, adventures, and hang at the house with them. I’m big believer in quality time with animals. I have a big fenced in property and yard that my dogs love. My Australian Shepherd just passed away, and now my weimaraner loves to have friends over to play and walk with.

About: I lived on a dairy farm growing up and love all animals. I can service the Hilo and Kona area, just reach out and let me know how I can help. I currently live in the Kurtistown and Kailua-Kona area and open to help with any kind of pet, not just dogs and cats. I wanted to offer services to all pet lovers, including fish and feathered babies, such as chickens as I know how to help with common issues such as sour crop, egg bounding, etc. I want to offer both, depending on where and the situation. Please let me know what your needs are. I am here to help :)

“Chelsea and her boyfriend, Josh, really helped me out when I was in a tight spot. They are communicative, reliable, and were available on short notice. They took very good care of my dog and he came home happy and healthy. I think my dog really enjoyed playing with their two dogs. I would certainly use their services again.”

About: I don’t have any experience with dogs, during all of my life I was surrounded by cats. But I am happy to help and to be useful. One important thing for you to know- I have a 28 month old daughter and she is obsessed with all pets. My ohana is tiny, so I can’t take any doggy over 20 pounds I’m rather flexible . Working part time and studying, but I can find time to watch your furry baby. Just need to know a few days before to adjust my schedule My yard is not fenced, it can be a problem. But I can spend time with your little one inside my ohana. One detail- our neighbourhood has a lot of abandoned cats

“Dale and Miyi were absolutely wonderful with my dog, Rio! From the moment we met, I felt confident leaving Rio in their care. They kept me updated with messages and photos, and I could tell Rio was having a great time going on hikes, playing at the beach and hanging with their sweet dog Malo. When I returned, Rio was happy, healthy, and clearly very well looked after. It’s such a relief to have someone I trust—I'll definitely be using their services again!”

About: I have had pets since I was 2 years old, and growing up with them made me develop an unconditional passion. I decided to turn this love into “work”, I created a treats brand, and I also take care of the puppies as if they were my own. I have Monday and Tuesday off, so I can take care of puppies all day. My main job starts at 4 pm, from Wednesday to Sunday, so I have the morning free to play and take care of them 🥰 Tell me more about your pet, I’ll meet all their needs and I also guarantee that I’ll offer lots of affection and love. We will be best friends 🩵

About: I have had both cats and dogs since I was in Kindergarten. Neighbors, friends, and family members have relied on me to watch their animals while away. I currently dog-sit a neighbor's senior terrier when they leave on vacation. I have a friend that trusts me to watch her older dog as well. Both dogs are age 14 and require some special care and attention. They appreciate the company and cuddles. I am very active and enjoy taking dogs on long walks. I always adhere to the pup's acitivity level and age. I have also cared for a neglected pitbull terrier in my old neighborhood. The dog was chained all the time and not cared for. I asked the owners if I could walk him daily. I have removed ticks and groomed him in an effort to provide some much needed attention and TLC. I have sought out medical care for the dog and helped to build a better shelter. I have also worked to educate the family on what it means to be a dog owner and treat the pup like a family member. Dogs just yearn to protect and be close to thier pack (owners). I still walk him to this day even though I know longer live in the neighborhood. The dog can be aggressive with other people and animals but is always affectionate towards me. I had to train the dog how to walk on a leash as it had not been walked in years. At first, the dog was a bit wild and did not know what to do. Now, he can heel and listens to commands. He even sits for some treats! I know how to use caution and practice safety measures when walking the dog so that others and the agressive dog are kept safe and unharmed! I have a bleeding heart for animals. I am great with animals of all ages, personalities, and fitness levels! I am a social worker and love to give pets as much attention as possible! I am sensitive to their needs and always make sure your pet is comfortable. I treat them as one of my own! am available to dog-sit/ house-sit or board smaller sized dogs.

About: Aloha! I'm Shanon, a naturopathic physician who loves to take care of pets in people's homes. I began caring for my neighbor's cat when I was 10 years old, graduating to dog care in my teens. Since then I have done pet sits in many states and countries, seeing some pets through their lifetimes. My clients have included dogs, cats, bunnies, tortoises, snails, fish and birds. I have also cared for chickens and horses and am willing to look after small farm animals such as goats and sheep. If requested, I take care of gardens/plants, mail/packages and any other issues that may arise while you are gone. Want local or distance references? There are many. Please ask for them! I look forward to hearing from you. Aloha, Shanon Much of my work is online so that I can spend the maximum amount of time with your furry, feathered and scaled friends - I aim to be at home 75% of the time. I treat all pets as my own so they get the attention, love and care they deserve. My services can also include administering medication (pills, subcutaneous injections for cats, insulin shots etc). I strive for your home to be in the same, if not better condition than when you left, and for your pets to be as well-tended to when you are away as when you are home.

Lais P.
“I highly recommend Lais as a pet sitter. She has cared for my Frenchie with exceptional responsibility and kindness, ensuring her basic needs were met but also that she received plenty of attention and affection. Lais is incredibly reliable, always punctual, and communicative, which gave me great peace of mind while she was under her care. Her genuine love for animals is evident in the way she interacts with them, and I always return to a happy, well-cared-for pup. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter in Hawaii, Lais is the #1 choice!”

Cyra R.

“Cyra was wonderful! She took great care of my dog and was very communicative beforehand and throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend her to others.”

Leana S.
“Leana is a dog whisperer for sure! She helps us take care of and walk our rescued shepherd with special needs. It's clear our dog feels safe and secure with Leana, who knows how to take the lead while being considerate, patient and supportive of our pup. Our dog Kiki loves her so much and since our dog is scared of almost everything, that says a lot! We can't thank Leana enough for what she does for our furry family! We recommend her services to EVERYONE!”

Cody S.

“Great communication. Felt comfortable leaving my cats with her!”
