“Kathy was so incredible! She took care of our chocolate lab for 3 plus weeks and did amazing. Kona was well cared for and I got daily updates which made being away from her a little easier.”

2. Diane J.

“Diane was a tremendous host. My dog, Buddy, was welcomed in by her and her ohana with open arms on relatively short notice without hesitation. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and wonderful person to watch your dog on Hawaii island.”

3. Dale N.
“Dale is a genuine carer of animals, most notably dogs! He cared for my American foxhound many times when he lived in Seattle. He would walk my dog, play with her, and feed her. I would rest assured that my dog would be cared for by the best caretaker.”

4. Shannon & Matthew D.
“Shannon is the most animal loving human I’ve ever met! She has the gentlest, sweetest way with dogs (and basically any animal!) and is truly the best person anyone could entrust their pets to!! Would absolutely trust her with any of my pets for any service!”

5. Jeremy W.

“Jeremy was so kind, and trustworthy. The girls loved him. He has excellent communication and took the best care of our girls. I knew we were leaving them in good hands. 10/10 experience!”

6. Chelsea O.

“Chelsea and her boyfriend, Josh, really helped me out when I was in a tight spot. They are communicative, reliable, and were available on short notice. They took very good care of my dog and he came home happy and healthy. I think my dog really enjoyed playing with their two dogs. I would certainly use their services again.”

7. Shanon S.
About: Aloha! I'm Shanon, a naturopathic physician who loves to take care of pets in people's homes. I began caring for my neighbor's cat when I was 10 years old, graduating to dog care in my teens. Since then I have done pet sits in many states and countries, seeing some pets through their lifetimes. My clients have included dogs, cats, bunnies, tortoises, snails, fish and birds. I have also cared for chickens and horses and am willing to look after small farm animals such as goats and sheep. If requested, I take care of gardens/plants, mail/packages and any other issues that may arise while you are gone. Want local or distance references? There are many. Please ask for them! I look forward to hearing from you. Aloha, Shanon Much of my work is online so that I can spend the maximum amount of time with your furry, feathered and scaled friends - I aim to be at home 75% of the time. I treat all pets as my own so they get the attention, love and care they deserve. My services can also include administering medication (pills, subcutaneous injections for cats, insulin shots etc). I strive for your home to be in the same, if not better condition than when you left, and for your pets to be as well-tended to when you are away as when you are home.

8. Leana S.
“Leana is a dog whisperer for sure! She helps us take care of and walk our rescued shepherd with special needs. It's clear our dog feels safe and secure with Leana, who knows how to take the lead while being considerate, patient and supportive of our pup. Our dog Kiki loves her so much and since our dog is scared of almost everything, that says a lot! We can't thank Leana enough for what she does for our furry family! We recommend her services to EVERYONE!”

9. Victoria V.
About: I don’t have any experience with dogs, during all of my life I was surrounded by cats. But I am happy to help and to be useful. One important thing for you to know- I have a 28 month old daughter and she is obsessed with all pets. My ohana is tiny, so I can’t take any doggy over 20 pounds I’m rather flexible . Working part time and studying, but I can find time to watch your furry baby. Just need to know a few days before to adjust my schedule My yard is not fenced, it can be a problem. But I can spend time with your little one inside my ohana. One detail- our neighbourhood has a lot of abandoned cats

Morning walks - breakfast , Afternoon stretch/ short walk, Evening lap - dinner Work days vary - schedule for sitting will reflect my availability Mahalo We have three friendly senior pups, fenced in 6 acres and a smaller fenced in yard for pups, depends on individual dogs needs for care they receive here.

11. Chelsea M.
About: I want your pet to feel taken care of when you are out of town. The bond that people have with their pets is special and I know that first hand. I work remotely in the environmental space and have plenty of time through the day to give your pet love and attention. My dogs typically eat 2 times a day and play for ball or go on walks at least once a day. But I am happy to accommodate your pets special needs. I have a fenced in yard and two incredible friendly pups to keep your pet safe and entertained. I will also be taking your pet for daily walks and given them plenty of 1:1 attention and care.

12. Brooke K.
“Brooke is a very respected member of our community. She is also very athletic always going for hikes and walks. So if your furbaby likes to be active Brooke is a perfect match. I highly recommend her as a animal sitter. She has a heart of gold.”
