7. Angela H.
“Angela was a lifesaver! We spent a week in Utah skiing with family, and Angela helped us out with some last minute doggy daycare and boarding. She has a lovely family with 3 kids and 2 dogs, and combined, they gave our 5-month-old puppy so much love, attention, and playtime. Our puppy is normally pretty shy and can take some time to acclimate to new people, dogs, and situations, but our worries completely disappeared when we saw how comfortable and happy she was when we picked her up after the first day of daycare. Thank you Angela for coming to our rescue at the last minute and 1) accepting Maya into your family for the week and 2) allowing my family to enjoy ourselves on the slopes. We will definitely book with you again the next time we're visiting Utah!”
8. Cheryse S.
“Without hesitation we entrust our most precious animals to Cheryse. She is incredibly dependable and also very flexible. Not only does she take excellent care of her own fur baby (as her former neighbor I can attest to this), but our dog has special needs that she took very seriously. We never worried about our dog while he was in her care. As someone with exceptional integrity, compassion, and organizational skills, I cannot recommend her highly enough. With Cheryse, your pets will be in skilled, safe, and loving hands.”
9. Sarah Cate S.
“Sarah Cate has a tender heart for people and for their pets. She was a great "mother" to her dog Lyla for over 16 years, and is now wanting to be a "foster mother" to other pets. My wife and I will be leaving our Westie in her care for seven weeks while we are out of the country. We have no doubt that she will be well taken care of while we are away.”
10. Kaylie N.
“I am happy to tell you about the best dog sitter ever--Kaylie. My dog Georgia is very fearful and aggressive to almost all people. It was amazing the way she immediately connected and they love each other. Kaylie loves animal and is very caring, dependable, and you can trust her with your home. I would highly recommend her for any animal and any type of care.”
11. Brooke F.
“Brooke takes great care of our babies anytime we are away. We have an extremely anxious dog and a senior dog who has a daily medication routine and always feel comfortable leaving them with her. She is very responsive and always sends pictures!”
12. Anna C.
“Anna loves animals. Animals love Anna. The simple way to put it is that she's a caring and generous friend to just about every living critter she encounters. The reason she is so great though, isn't just the love and friendship for animals but her ability to learn so much about the living things around her so quickly. Whether it's a cat, or a cockatoo or a philadendron plant, her fascination for living things drives her to learn as much about them as possible, and as a result, she is able to make those living things speak to her in ways without words, figure out what they need and come up with novel and effective ways of caring for them that the average pet owner doesn't. Perhaps it helps that she is a conservation major, or that she has an encyclopedic knowledge of fish and wildlife, but I suspect she has always simply had a knack for caring for animals and plants.”
13. Maddison M.
“Maddison was fabulous. We used her for our 1st rover dog day care experience. She was very friendly and welcomed our ausie into her home. We are thankful we found Maddison and would use her for sure again. Thank you for taking good care of Smore.”
14. Courtney & John F.
About: I took care of the family Corgi growing up and now have my own (and two rabbits in their own space). Besides dogs, we had a variety of pets from turtles to hamsters, snakes, and fish. We never had a cat due to my mom's allergies, but did cat-sit for a friend briefly. Currently we keep Oreo fit with both obedience and agility classes. Having trained with professionals I understand the importance of sticking to the owner's verbiage and reinforcing their desired behaviors. Currently I work from home, so am available to let Oreo (and guests) outside at their leisure. My husband and I don't do much besides go out to eat occasionally so when we have a guest we are fully available for their needs. If needed at someone else's home, I am able to work remotely there as well, leaving care of our pets to my husband. Pets in my home are within earshot while I work from home. Food and medications are administered to the exact specifications of the owner. Treats and people food are not shared without explicit permission to respect dietary needs. I feel it's important to closely follow any routines established by owners to support any training done at home (for example, I wouldn't want a crate trained dog to get used to being out of the crate at night with me if that's what their used to at home since this can upend the routine when they go home after their stay here).
15. Ayca C.
“Ayca is who you call the best dog mother! Great care and attention to detail. Takes photo every often to update how things are going, and goes above and beyond to ensure comfort, good health and plenty of play time. Very organized and friendly. Highly recommend!”
16. Heidi W.
About: I have loved dogs all my life, having taken care of my family’s dogs and the neighbor’s cats. I also worked at a vet hospital for a time, so I am familiar with basic pet healthcare and know the signs of sickness. I love pets and want them to feel that love in return. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am doing college online, so I have the flexibility to come and go as you need me to, and stay as long as necessary. I do not work on Sunday mornings, but other than that, I’m at your bidding! I am happy to come to your home and watch your fur babies. My house does not have a fenced yard, so I do not offer sitting at my house for the safety of your pets.
17. Kurstyn H.
“Kurstyn did an excellent job watching my family dog, cat, and Guinea pig while we were gone for the night at a baseball game. She made sure my dog (9year old border collie) was occupied and happy since she has anxiety and separation problems. Our cat (12 years old) was very content with his toy kurstyn gave him. She took the Guinea pig out of his cage and played with him and she gave him carrots. The animals loved kurstyn and I’d highly recommend her when looking after any other pets.”
18. Karla C.
About: I stay home with my 2 year old daughter during the day and have 2 sons in school. I have pet sat and walked many times in the past and have decided to do it again for some extra money since I enjoyed it so much! I love animals and have had all kinds since I was a young girl. I have rescue 2 Dobermans a 3-1/2 year old, Nova, and a 4 year old named Winnie. I also have a little Terrier named Hank. They are pretty laid back most of the time. They get along with other dogs and are very well behaved. I can’t wait to meet and care for your pooch! My schedule is very open and flexible. I am able to make most accommodations when it comes to walking your furry loved one! I am currently not boarding dogs but I am available for walks or drop in visits multiple times a day. If your dog needs a run instead of a walk I can also provide that! I care for my clients pets as if they were my own. I am sure to ask if there are any specific needs, preferences, or things your dog likes.
19. Libbie A.
“Ev had a great stay and was treated like family, she’s wondering when she can visit again.”
