About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats from an early age. I grew up with many cats with various needs so I’m well experienced in that area. I currently have a great Pyrenees/ German Shepherd dog named Scooby. I’ve taken care of neighbors’ and family members’ pets since high school so I’m familiar with many different breeds. I’m currently part-time but with a flexible schedule to care of your pets. Please reach out to me with any questions in regard to scheduling and I will try to accommodate! I have a giant (114 lbs) dog so I am comfortable with larger and can handle ones that tend to pull. I am comfortable with strict feeding schedules/dietary restrictions if that’s what your pet needs.

About: I am a cat mom to 3 goofy cats and have grown up around animals my entire life. I just moved out of my parents house where we share a beautiful family dog. I have always grown up with Golden Retrievers and love to play with energetic dogs! I regularly dog-sat my neighbors Rottie and am very comfortable with large breeds. I would be happy to spend some time hanging out with your furry best friend :) This availability is flexible :) Weekdays I’m available before 11am and after 3pm or anytime Friday. Weekends my availability varies however, I am often able to move my personal schedule around to accommodate. About: I just got out of the Army after 8 years and had my best friend with me the whole way, a German Shepard named Mac. Sadly he passed about a year ago and I would love to have a new companion but I'm going back to school in the fall and need to focus on that. However, in the mean time I have the whole summer free to care for other's dogs. I live in a house with a large, fenced in yard and all the free time in the world. I'd love to have a dog to play with a d go on walks with. I currently have no obligations until January so I can devote 100% of my time and energy to your pup. Their care will be my full-time job. I have a large, fenced in yard and no other pets or children. I live on a large street perfect for walks and near the rail trail too.

About: Hi there! My name is Kendra. I come with 12+ years of veterinary technician experience. I currently work as a CVT in a veterinary ICU. I am happy to provide care to pets who may need additional TLC, such as senior or special needs pets. Outside of work, I have two cats (Autumn & Creme Brulee) and two dogs. Violet is my mini doodle who I adopted after she was found to have a swallowing disorder, and Emmie Lou is my Australian Shepherd who loves to live her life on the wild side. We love going for walks, long hikes, and various training events like lure courses, agility and dock diving. Both of my girls have earned their CGC (Canine Good Citizens) among other ribbons and sport titles. Loving animals is my whole life and I can't wait to love your fur babies too! 💗 I am available to do drop-in visits (short walks, feeding, play time, medication administration, etc.), or longer walks/hikes for those that may need the extra exercise. I am also available for house sitting upon request. I schedule pet care on my days off from my full-time job. I can also provide house sitting upon request (availability will not routinely be posted for this so feel free to send me a message!). Unfortunately, due to renting I cannot provide pet care in my own home. I can do drop-in visits or longer term house sitting in your home, which I would prefer anyway as I feel pets are usually the most comfortable in their own homes. When walking any dogs outside of a fenced in yard, I will always implement the use of double leashes for added safety.

About: I have decades of experience around cats and dogs - in the home and with extended family pets, and then started pet care for others as a teen. Through my teens and 20s I consistently dog sat, did scheduled walks out of others’ homes, or cat play/feed visits. I’ve loved each and every pet: from Great Dane siblings to cats that rule the house and play it cool. I grew up with cats and have long term cared for a Vizsla dog beloved to me, as my own. I have experience with animals that do not get along with other animals, or take a while to get used to humans (I’ve always had an affinity for these guys and allowed them the space and time to grow comfortable with me). I live in Portland, OR but am from the Hudson Valley and back in the area to be closer to my father who is on hospice with a terminal illness. I am reactivating my Rover profile because I am working from my laptop some hours a week here and there (I choose the hours) and spending some time with my father each week. All of my days are flexible and I’d be open to arrangements based on need. An animal to hang with and care for would be really lovely at this time. My days are all flexible. I make my own hours at work and am only working 8-16 hours a week due to being on intermittent FMLA. Several days a week I would be out of the house for portions during the day to spend time with my father in Fishkill, NY. Based on directive and to minimally disrupt their routines and comforts. I adapt easily and I find I have a good energy for animals to adapt to being around me—not forcing anything and just letting them lead the way in terms of their comfort level.

About: I’ve always been around dogs and cats since I was a little kid. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, from small breeds to large. I am experienced in taking care of younger animals as well as senior animals who require more attention and time. I also have experience with taking care of diabetic animals and others who require special medication and/or treatment. I’m currently working part time from home which allows my schedule to be fairly open. I love walking and enjoy the outdoors very much so my schedule is very flexible. Walking has become a very large part of my routine and I really enjoy having a little buddy by my side. I have a fenced in yard with a large backyard space for pets to roam freely and enjoy the outdoors. I have a corgi of my own who is very friendly but I personally would take precautions to make sure any other pets are kept separately and comfortable as they enjoy their stay in and around my home.

About: I've been lucky enough to have a dog in my life since I was 8 years old, and now I'm 20! My dog is 13 years old, and caring for her has taught me so much about patience and responsibility. She takes multiple medications, so I'm very comfortable with medication schedules and making sure pets receive the care they need on time.
