This was our first time leaving Lucy with Natalia for 10 days with Natalia. Lucy did great and Natalia kept us updated daily with pictures and let us know how she was doing. We felt very comfortable leaving Lucy with Natalia in her home and she looked like she and Archie got along great. We would not hesitate to leave her with Natalia again!
Alexa is wonderful - you can tell she adores animals and our dog Archie loved her and her husband too! She was available for a last minute request when another Rover sitter cancelled and was graciously willing to have Archie stay for another couple of hours when our travel plans got delayed. Armitage took great care of my 2 dogs for a week. We got photos everyday and plenty of updates that they were doing well. Armitage also washed our dog’s beds before we picked them up, which was not expected! I felt very confident they were in good hands while we were away!
If I could rate Jessica higher than a 5, I would! Prior to last week, we had never boarded Rylee before so we were nervous to say the least. Leaving Rylee in the care of someone else for a week while we were out of the country weighed heavily on our minds. Jessica not only alleviated those concerns but went above and beyond to ensure Rylee was adequately cared for. The updates, including photos, every day kept us at ease knowing that our girl was receiving the normal care. Not only that, but Rylee made two new friends - Apu and Mocha 🙂 I cannot recommend Jessica enough!
