Holly did a good job taking care of Frank last weekend through Rover. She kept him happy, well-exercised, and comfortable the whole time—he came back wagging his tail like nothing happened! What I really appreciated was how she updated me on Frank’s status with a couple of well-timed pics, which gave me just the right amount of reassurance Frank’s status. She’s reliable, attentive, and clearly passionate about pets. Highly recommend Holly and will book her again soon! Thanks so much!
Hayley is absolutely amazing! We have used her multiple times when we travel and our dog always comes home happy and healthy. She also gets really excited when she knows she’s going to be with Hayley which makes you feel good that you know your fur baby is loved well
Clinton did an awesome job with my kids. The communication from him every day, multiple times a day was a relief and greatly appreciated as I rarely leave my kids with a sitter. Clinton is the best and will be using him every time work takes me away and I can’t take them with me
Christian and Susan are the best! Koda loves staying with them – he gets so much love and playtime (ball, Frisbee, and even playdates with other dogs!). They are fantastic about sticking to his training routines and always make me feel completely at ease knowing he’s in such capable and caring hands. It's always a pleasure to talk with them – it feels like I'm catching up with old friends! I'm so grateful to have found them and highly recommend them to any dog parent looking for a loving and reliable sitter. Koda can't wait to visit again!
Jamie did a fine job. The home is safe and clean. She adapted when our young dog suffered separation anxiety during a seven day stay. Being allowed to sleep with the rest of the "pack" (our older dog and the sitter's dog) instead of a kennel solved the problem. Kudos for finding this solution. No kudos to Rover for discarding my partially-finished review. The app even offered a button asking me to complete the review but when I pressed it I found a clean slate. This less than two days after I started the review and just 52 hours after the end of the stay. I don't appreciate the system's disrespect in this situation.
Kim and her family were awesome with Paisley. She’s only spent an overnight once and that was with my daughter ☺️ so she has a little separation anxiety or maybe a lot and me too! She sent me a lot of pictures and kept me informed as how she was doing. I’d highly recommend Kim. She’s great!
