“First time using rover or any boarding service. I started looking on Rover for a last minute sitter had an emergency. Here I got the care fory dog planned out quickly. Hasber is friendly, good with animals, and regular communication for duration of pet stay. The environment was friendly and spacious for Exercise. I got photos of my pet and updates on my pet's day. I felt comfortable leaving my pet, and he was happy when I came to pick him up.”

She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “Mary was amazing. My dog Thyon is a sweet but skittish boy. Since making a big move from the country to the city, he has suffered from anxiety which he needed to be medicated for. I tried traditional boarding facilities however they were not a good fit. There were too many loud noises and he always came home stressed and nervous. Mary provided a wonderful environment. Not only was he able to quickly adapt and feel comfortable, but he seemed to thrived there. He was running in the yard with her dog Elle. Which he has not done since we moved months ago.
