About: I am well rounded on all life stages and energy levels. I have been working with animals for about 10 years, starting in a daycare as a kennel tech then as a dog handler, moved over to the medical side of animal care as a veterinary assistant for 2 years before becoming a veterinary technician and a surgical nurse, then moved into emergency room settings. About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have years of hands on experience caring for both dogs and cats through pet sitting, nannying, and caring for my own pets. From daily walks and playtime to handling the less glamorous parts of pet care, I’m comfortable with just about all the random pet stuff that comes with keeping animals happy and healthy. I also have experience administering oral medications and following specific care routines for pets with different needs and personalities. I currently have three cats, Callie, Goose, and Simon, who absolutely run my house and my heart. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I know how important it is to leave your pets with someone you trust. My goal is always to make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and as stress free as possible while you’re away. My schedule is very flexible, I am a nanny and my schedule mainly has me working during the weekend and after school hours. I’ve been pet sitting for years, so I’m used to working around different routines and making sure pets get plenty of attention and care. I treat every pet like my own and always want them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I utilize pet sitters myself occasionally, so I know how important trust, communication, and updates are when someone is caring for your pets. I have experience following care routines, cleaning up messes, and handling all the random day to day pet care that comes with animals.
About: I have taken care of large to small size dogs since I was young as my brother had boxers and now has miniature schnauzers. I have fed, bathed, walked, played with, and groomed my dogs and my families fur babies. My schedule changes every week but I’m always willing to change up my schedule if needed. I have most evenings free and work close from home so I stop by during my lunch breaks to check on my fur baby. My dog is potty trained and mildly social, meaning that she will approach dogs but has never bitten or been aggressive and minds her own business. However, if a client feels more comfortable I can crate my dog for the comfort of the client and their pet.

I highly recommend Jessica, I wish I could give her more than five stars ⭐️ she is absolutely amazing and treats our fur babies so well! Phenomenal service with our pups, we will definitely use her again! Our fur babies are our children and if you’re looking for a sitter to watch your dogs, I highly recommend her!

Jessica is the sweetest and most responsible young person I have ever met. I would adopt her if I could. Ms. Jessica is very professional, polite and oh so responsible. My Cookie is not friendly to most people, but Jessica made her so comfortable and treated her like her own. I have never had such a relaxing vacation as I have this time. Jessica is beautiful inside and out, and such a delightful young lady!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Highlands with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
