About: I have taken care of all different kinds of dogs and cats since I was young. I volunteered at an animal shelter for one year in Denver and supported the shelter with socializing recently rescued stray cats. I helped manage the health needs of both my senior dog and cat when they got older. Friends, family, and neighbors trust me to care for their furry friends! I recently moved back to Michigan, and I’m taking some time off from my typical job as a social worker. During this time, I am at home full-time and available during the weekdays and on weekends to help care for your pets. I will be sure to keep them safe and to follow the owner’s instructions as carefully as possible. I will be attentive to the pet’s needs and will be sure to leave the space clean. I am also not afraid to ask for help, so I will reach out to the owner if I’m unsure of anything!

I’m patient with shy or anxious pets, attentive to senior pets who may need extra care and monitoring, and comfortable following detailed instructions, including administering medications when needed. I pay close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, and energy levels so owners can feel confident their pets are in good hands. I work a hybrid schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care! * Tuesday–Thursday: In-office in Novi from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM * Friday–Monday: Working remotely from home with a flexible schedule On my remote days, I’m able to provide more frequent potty breaks, playtime, walks, and companionship throughout the day. Even on my in-office days, I’m available before and after work and can accommodate morning, evening, and overnight care. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities. My biggest goal is to reduce as much stress as possible while you’re away by keeping your pet’s routine consistent and providing a calm, loving environment where they feel secure. I understand that every pet is different—some want constant attention and playtime, while others prefer quiet companionship and their own space. I take the time to learn their personality, habits, and needs so they can feel comfortable and cared for.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was 15! Many people have relied on me for overnight care, drop ins, medications, potty training, and walking. I have also provided a healthy home to many different foster animals throughout the past 2 years. I currently have an adopted rescue dog and 4 rescue cats myself! I love making connections with each pet, and providing them with the best care possible! I am currently working part time, which leaves me a lot of time to spend with your pets! I am available at any time of day depending on my weekly schedule! I currently have 5 rescue pets in my home (1 dog and 4 cats!) I grew up with 2 large dogs as well. I love to play with each pet and make sure they get fresh air everyday. It’s important to talk positively, along with providing lots of love. In my home we do not crate our animals, but I have many experiences with crating and training dogs in other homes!

About: I’ve always been the kind of person who really pays attention to animals as individuals. Some want to be your best friend immediately, some need a little time, and some are perfectly happy supervising from across the room until they’ve decided you’re acceptable. I’m good at matching their energy and letting them be themselves. That might mean a long walk and playtime, a quieter day with lots of company, or a little patience while they warm up. I’m comfortable caring for pets of different ages, including seniors, and I can follow medication or special-care instructions when needed. Mostly, I like making sure pets get real attention and companionship while their person is away—not just the basic checklist. And yes, there will probably be pictures. 🐾 My schedule is pretty flexible right now, so I have plenty of room in my day for pet care. Morning walk? Works. Midday visit? Also works. Someone who would simply appreciate a little company during the day? I’m happy to be that person. Having an open schedule also means I’m not trying to squeeze every visit into a tiny window and race off to the next thing. I like having enough time to actually hang out with the pet I’m there to see. In my home, I keep things pretty relaxed and let pets settle in at their own pace. I follow their usual feeding, walk, potty, and sleeping routines as closely as I can, give them plenty of attention, and make sure they have a comfortable place to relax. In a client’s home, I try to keep things feeling as normal as possible for the pet. I stick to the routine and house rules they’re already used to, spend real time with them instead of rushing through the visit, and leave the home the way I found it. Either way, I pay attention to the practical stuff too—secure leashes, doors and gates, safe outdoor time, medications if needed, and whatever little quirks or habits I should know about ahead of time. Basically, I want your pet to feel like their day is still their day, just with me filling in while you’re away. 🐾

About: Hi, I'm Aubrey! I have always been a dog lover, and throughout my life have been a part of the care of my own dog as well as those of family members. In addition to this, I have been dog sitting for others for over 4 years, working with dogs of different sizes, ages, and temperaments. I’m looking forward to expanding my network of furry friends here on Rover. I love to treat your fur babies as I'd treat my own! As my own sweet pup moved into her senior years, I learned a lot through caring for her and her changing needs. I know some dogs require a little bit more special attention, so please let me know if there is anything I can do to make them happiest! Currently I offer walk and drop-in services mid-day during the week, perfect for those long work days when you know your dog would love some attention during the time you're away! I can provide these services for either reoccurring or one-time visits, so whether you’d like your dog to have a daily walk, or you just know one day is extra busy and they need the attention, I’m here to help! Safety is a top priority when it comes to pet care. I always walk dogs on-leash, and supervise any outdoor time in your yard. I also make sure to closely follow any instructions you may have for your dog, especially when it comes to keeping them safe. I have experience with door dashers and will take extra precautions entering and exiting your home if your dog has this tendency.

About: We have 2 very friendly dogs and 3 loving cats! My boyfriend and I absolutely love animals! We do allow animals on the furniture. I am home full time, so they will be able to go outside anytime during the day. I can take them on walks anytime during the day! About: I have 30 + years of pet / farm care. Dogs, Horses, Cats, Goats, Chickens, Cows & more. I have a puppy a senior dog. Puppies and older dogs need love and care they need and deserve. I know cats are divas and will want to play or hide. I am used to both high energy and low energy pets. I am a professional ball thrower and can walk the tiny dogs up to the big guys. Being a horse owner and studied Equine Science, I have managed a 55+ stall barn with studs, mares, geldings, colts and fillies. The farm animals I am a professional stall/poop cleaner. I can give oral medication to any animal paste or pills). If injections are needed I will watch you give them to your baby. If it is something I think I can do then I will have you watch and confirm I am doing it correctly. If anything is off with your fur baby I will call you or the vet (depending on what we discuss). About: Ive been caring for cats and dogs all of my life. My first job was at a vet office. I have pet sat for family and friends and I'm ready to care for your fur baby! I am a stay at home mom of two boys who also love pets. They are gentle and kind to animals. I am flexible for nights and weekends or drop in visits. I have a large fenced in private backyard for your pup to run off some steam and do their business. My first floor is designed for easy clean ups in case of accidents.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 7! I’ve been passionate about dogs since I was little. I am experienced in bathing, walking, playing, and caring. I am very careful, gentle, and respectful towards all animals big and small. I’m currently free most days of the week. Weekly appointments on Tuesdays would only affect the late morning/afternoon schedule. I do race within a barrel racing circuit that runs on MOST weekends. If I do not have races I will be free. This is only in the summertime. During the fall/winter/partly spring I will be back in university making time a little more sparse. During those times I will be only available on weekends.
