I have grown up with animals my whole life including cats, dogs, rabbits, and other small animals. I'm currently a teacher working remotely and during my breaks before and after classes I would love to care for your pets. I'm available to do check ins and walks. About: Hi there, my name is Sami! I've lived with dogs my whole life, big and small - some of which include a Golden Retriever, a Yorkie, and a Maltese. My sister occasionally comes over with her Goldendoodle, and I love spending time with my aunt's Bernese Mountain Dogs when I can visit them. I plan to adopt my own dog later in the future, and perhaps enroll them as a therapy dog to bring comfort to others. I've watched both my sister's and parents' dogs while they are away for the day, and I have some experience in caring for them when they were puppies. I used to walk my parents' dogs in the past, as well. I enjoy interacting with dogs as a whole, and I put their safety and comfort first. I'm an introvert who lives a quiet lifestyle, but I also love to have fun, so if your furry friend needs someone to hang out with while you're away, I'll be there for them! NOTE: Though I adore cats, I am unfortunately allergic and therefore cannot interact with them directly if you have any in your home. I can still feed or play with them via a cat teaser or laser pointer, but I cannot pet them or pick them up. :( Currently, I am seeking full-time work in my field of behavioral therapy. I am in the early stages of hire at an elementary school in Minooka, so I will be manually updating my Rover schedule to provide some availability Monday through Friday, with 4:00pm at the earliest. On Saturdays and Sundays, I am available during afternoons and evenings, though prior arrangements in advance can be made for a morning walk or drop-in visit! I will update my schedule as soon as anything changes. If you have any questions regarding my schedule for a particular day or week, please don’t hesitate to message me! IMPORTANT: As per Rover’s Terms of Service, please note that I cannot share private contact details or accept methods of payment outside of Rover. This is for the safety and security of all parties involved. When out on a walk, I will make sure your friend is kept safe and away from hazards or things they may be uncomfortable with. When dropping in for a visit, I will make sure their needs are met and everything is secured for their safety. They would never be left unsupervised, and they'll get lots of love and playtime! About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life from big dogs to small. I love walking my own dogs in forest preserves and I have dog-sat my neighbor’s dog before. I also worked at a pet store for a few months. I’m currently in school and have a part time job, but my mornings during the weekdays from 6 am to 11am are free to walk your dogs. I currently don’t offer pet care in my home, but I’m happy to travel to you. I make sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved while in their own home. I follow their usual routine for feeding, walks, and playtime. I can also send updates and photos so you know they’re doing great while you’re away.

About: I have worked in animal control for 5+ years. I love all animals!! tiny or tall? Sweet or stranger danger ? I love them as they are ! I also have 100 pound German Shepherd and a cat. I am currently working in the evenings, but also available every weekend! I would love to care for anyone’s animals whenever they need it ! Making sure doors and fences are secure before and after arriving and making sure all pets are accounted for! Always double check just to be sure !!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life; big medium small. I have always been able to create connections with furry friends by giving them lots of love and attention. I’m very attentive when it comes to taking care of senior dogs and their needs. As well as being just as playful as puppies are. I’m currently on summer break before I go to college to become a pediatrician. This being said, my schedule is very available for a long while! For my dog at home, I treat her like family! I walk her daily, feed her twice a day, and give her snuggles and lots of love. I take her outside in the backyard about every hour in the fenced in backyard and she’ll run around and go nuts chasing her ball, and running after rabbits.

About: I have grown up with all kinds of animals! Currently have 3 loving and friendly dog along with 1 cat! They love when friends come over and they have someone to play with! We go on walks, love to be outside in our fenced in our back yard and snuggling up on the couch! My fur babies and I can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies! I do have 3 children so being good around kids for stays with me is a must! Thank you! I am currently a full time stay at home mom, so I will be home with your pets all day long! We like to spend a lot of the day out in the fenced in backyard, and getting cozy on the couch afterwards for a nap! We have a monthly bark box subscription, so we have plenty of toys to play with! I have a big fenced in yard, and sweet dogs, eager to meet some new friends to play with! We do not have crates at my home, but always welcome to stay consistent with your preference of crate training if necessary!

About: I grew up in a home always having at least 2 pups running around & have always enjoyed being around animals. While I have always helped out with our own animals ever since I was little, I have been house sitting/pet sitting for others since I was 10! I also have experience with a wide age range, from puppies to senior pups. I have a few families I regularly dog-sit consistently that I’ve met through rover, and would love to add some new faces to my “dog family” & love on your pup while you’re away! :) I work full time Monday-Thursday, these days I am free after 6/7pm and Fridays after 1pm. I have full availability on weekends for all the cuddles, walks & fetch games we can fit in! I have a cat - Luna - who is the sweetest ball of fluff you will ever meet, however, she is very anxious and shy. While she does very well with other cats, she doesn’t do well with dogs. Watching your pup in their own environment would be ideal, not only for them, but for her.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life! I have experience with dog sitting and dog walking! Always excited to meet a new puppy! I am free all afternoons! But if needed in the morning or evening let me know! I’m always willing to negotiate a schedule to whatever is easiest for you! Unfortunately I am in an apartment so I will not be able to pet sit at my home, but whenever your pet needs to go outside I will keep an eye on them (especially if there is no fence)! About: I used to take care of 1 Dalmatian 4 miniature dachshunds 1 pitbull mastiff which was my uncle's I would like to help out anyway I can No jobs up right now I'm free to take the dogs for walk bathe them how sit anything you need me to do for them I will give them water food whatever there schedule is to eat take him out every hour to walk give him a treat if it's needs to be give them a shower on the days I need to get showered and pick up and clean the bowls and dishes

About: I have worked in kennel for 2 years. Currently, I work at a vet clinic. I have experience with dogs and cats. I can do drop ins, dog walking, spending overnights with the pets at owners home. I work full time and I am up bright an early. I can let you dogs out before and after work on weekdays. On weekend I can do drop ins, daycare and boarding at the owners house. I have reliable transportation. I will not have pets at my apartment due to size. I'd rather go to the owner's home for an easier transition for the dog/cat. To make it easier, I need a detailed schedule and a phone number to contact owners for updates and photos.

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life. Many times I have been trusted by neighbor, friends and family members to care for their furry loved ones well they are away. I work part time so I have plenty of time to play and hang out with your pets. Wednesday’s and Fridays are my long days at work but the rest of the week I am pretty flexible. I will take care of your pet in their home. That way they are less stressed and have all the comforts they are use to. But if need to care for your pet at my home I have a fenced in yard and two lovable pups to keep your dog company. I could also crate your dog if needed or requested.

About: I have had pets my whole life. I currently have a 7 year old German Shepherd and 4 year old black lab mix. I love all animals and spending time with them. I have experience with taking care of diabetic cats who received insulin twice a day. I work full time from home so I have flexibility throughout the day. I am about to become an empty nester now that my youngest will be heading off to college in August. I’ve found that I have a lot of free time. I am available to come to your house as often as needed to care for your fur babies. I can take your dog for walks or just snuggle with your cat, whatever is needed.

About: Hello! I've always had lots of pets growing up and have a love for furry companions. They truly are the heart of the family! Many friends and family will lean on me to watch over pets when they leave town and I'm looking to extend this service out to the community around me. I love walking dogs, playing with pets, and just giving them company. I'm extremely flexible with my schedule since I am a grad student in physical therapy and can accommodate any needs. Open to dog/house sitting, cat sitting, walking, and will include lots of belly scratches to any pets- big or small! I would love to help out in any way I can to make sure your furry family member gets the best care they can get! I can't wait to meet your pets! Until May, I just have class M - F 8a-12p. From May 13 - July 10th, I will have clinical and be working 40 hours a week with varying start/end times. Completely free on weekends! Very comfortable with working in whatever environment your pet is most comfortable with. Experience with fences, invisible fences, lines, and crating. I’m extremely respectful of maintaining a home environment and keeping up with a pet’s normal daytime routine!
