About: Hi there, my name is Sami! I've lived with dogs my whole life, big and small - some of which include a Golden Retriever, a Yorkie, and a Maltese. My sister occasionally comes over with her Goldendoodle, and I love spending time with my aunt's Bernese Mountain Dogs when I can visit them. I plan to adopt my own dog later in the future, and perhaps enroll them as a therapy dog to bring comfort to others. I've watched both my sister's and parents' dogs while they are away for the day, and I have some experience in caring for them when they were puppies. I used to walk my parents' dogs in the past, as well. I enjoy interacting with dogs as a whole, and I put their safety and comfort first. I'm an introvert who lives a quiet lifestyle, but I also love to have fun, so if your furry friend needs someone to hang out with while you're away, I'll be there for them! NOTE: Though I adore cats, I am unfortunately allergic and therefore cannot interact with them directly if you have any in your home. I can still feed or play with them via a cat teaser or laser pointer, but I cannot pet them or pick them up. :( Currently, I am working full-time at an elementary school in Minooka. As I share similar hours with our students, my availability Monday through Friday will only be after 3:30pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, I am available during afternoons and evenings, though prior arrangements in advance can be made for a morning walk or drop-in visit! I will update my schedule as soon as anything changes. If you have any questions regarding my schedule for a particular day or week, please don’t hesitate to message me! IMPORTANT: As per Rover’s Terms of Service, please note that I cannot share private contact details or accept methods of payment outside of Rover. This is for the safety and security of all parties involved. When out on a walk, I will make sure your friend is kept safe and away from hazards or things they may be uncomfortable with. When dropping in for a visit, I will make sure their needs are met and everything is secured for their safety. They would never be left unsupervised, and they'll get lots of love and playtime! I will gladly send photos and text updates upon request. Please do let me know your communication frequency preferences, so I don't accidentally disturb you with messages!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life from big dogs to small. I love walking my own dogs in forest preserves and I have dog-sat my neighbor’s dog before. I also worked at a pet store for a few months. I’m currently in school and have a part time job, but my mornings during the weekdays from 6 am to 11am are free to walk your dogs. I currently don’t offer pet care in my home, but I’m happy to travel to you. I make sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved while in their own home. I follow their usual routine for feeding, walks, and playtime. I can also send updates and photos so you know they’re doing great while you’re away.

About: I have had pets my whole life. I currently have a 7 year old German Shepherd and 4 year old black lab mix. I love all animals and spending time with them. I have experience with taking care of diabetic cats who received insulin twice a day. I work full time from home so I have flexibility throughout the day. I am about to become an empty nester now that my youngest will be heading off to college in August. I’ve found that I have a lot of free time. I am available to come to your house as often as needed to care for your fur babies. I can take your dog for walks or just snuggle with your cat, whatever is needed.

About: I have dog sit for 10+ families over the course of 8+ years! Not only do I treat your animals and home just like family, but I always try to make sure I leave your house in better condition than you left it! I do except house, chores and cleaning as well. Feel free to text me for any further information! I do currently work as an insurance agent from 9 to 5, but have flexible hours and can work from home if needed! If pet needs full 24 hour attention, please give me a notice for booking! I like to housesit for the comfort of your own pet! Not only with you being gone out of the house your furry friend in a new environment could stress them out a lot more. If your pet has any disabilities, or mental struggles, please give advance notice, so I can make sure your baby is properly taken care of!

About: I’ve been around/taken care of dogs my whole life. I grew up with four pugs and I now have just one elderly chihuahua. I also help my grandmother care for her multipoo and I never pass up on the opportunity to pet a cute doggy! I am currently home from college for the summer, and have plenty of free time to walk/check in on your pups! I typically free during the days from 11:00am-6:30pm I have my own leash and poop bags which I am able to use for walks, but I am also completely fine with using your own accessories!

About: I have worked in kennel for 2 years. Currently, I work at a vet clinic. I have experience with dogs and cats. I can do drop ins, dog walking, spending overnights with the pets at owners home. I work full time and I am up bright an early. I can let you dogs out before and after work on weekdays. On weekend I can do drop ins, daycare and boarding at the owners house. I have reliable transportation. I will not have pets at my apartment due to size. I'd rather go to the owner's home for an easier transition for the dog/cat. To make it easier, I need a detailed schedule and a phone number to contact owners for updates and photos.

About: I love going on love walks , runs and visiting the dog park with my own pup , so I’d love to help you do the same ! We have a puppy pool and love playing fetch and tug outside. I’m home a lot as I keep my school schedule very flexible and I love to spend all my free time outside which is perfect for you and your dog ! I love going on long hikes, walks and runs. I do have a pup myself who loves playing with other dogs ! He is highly active and plays really nice so I hope that doesn’t bother you. I’m open mostly during the day which works well for working families who want their pups to get outside while they aren’t home!

I am a substitute teacher with a very flexible schedule, so I can take care of animals pretty much any time during days when I am not subbing. For sitting at other’s’ home, I try and keep the pet’s schedule as close to normal as possible! I prefer sitting in other’s’ homes just to keep things simple for the furry babies.

About: From dogs to turtles to birds. I grew up with animals all my life. I have my own young pup and senior dog. I truly know the time it takes, walking/ exercising, food schedule, and love to give to both! I’m a new mom, but I have a flexible schedule most days! If my hubby works during the time of your pet’s care, I will have to bring the baby so he’s not left alone. I know the value in crate training, potty/ food schedules if need be, being in a comfortable space for your pet, and anything to maintain their sanctuary at home.

About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life. Both at home and professionally. I’ve worked at both grooming shops and animal hospitals so I have a good amount of experience in the field. As of right now my off days are currently Wednesday and Friday. I have a full-time job with a mobile vaccination clinic giving vaccines to our friends hence my off days but I would love to care for your babies on my days off. About: I have always had a special connection with animals, dogs especially, and grown up being called an animal whisper. Ive had dogs of all ages my whole life. I have experience with puppies, adults and senior dog care. Currently learning more and more about training dogs and using thoes techniques on my husky mix. Im all for giving your furry friends the care they deserve❤️I dont have any cats! I am currently working at an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility in Yorkville and my shift is 6am-2pm. My schedule changes every other week. Although my boyfriend works the 3pm-11pm shift so someone is home most of the time. I am not totally free but I would be willing to work something out! My house has a front and back yard-not too big. We use a tie out for our dog and we have a few extras if needed for your dog! Me and my boyfriend live in a two bedroom duplex. Most areas of the house is dog proofed and we have plenty of toys for both to play with. My dog does really good with other dogs and loves to have company and a friend to play with. He is still younger so he can be hyper at first but will eventually calm down:)

About: I used to take care of 1 Dalmatian 4 miniature dachshunds 1 pitbull mastiff which was my uncle's I would like to help out anyway I can No jobs up right now I'm free to take the dogs for walk bathe them how sit anything you need me to do for them I will give them water food whatever there schedule is to eat take him out every hour to walk give him a treat if it's needs to be give them a shower on the days I need to get showered and pick up and clean the bowls and dishes
