About: Hi there, my name is Sami! I've lived with dogs my whole life, big and small - some of which include a Golden Retriever, a Yorkie, and a Maltese. My sister occasionally comes over with her Goldendoodle, and I love spending time with my aunt's Bernese Mountain Dogs when I can visit them. I plan to adopt my own dog later in the future, and perhaps enroll them as a therapy dog to bring comfort to others. I've watched both my sister's and parents' dogs while they are away for the day, and I have some experience in caring for them when they were puppies. I used to walk my parents' dogs in the past, as well. I enjoy interacting with dogs as a whole, and I put their safety and comfort first. I'm an introvert who lives a quiet lifestyle, but I also love to have fun, so if your furry friend needs someone to hang out with while you're away, I'll be there for them! NOTE: Though I adore cats, I am unfortunately allergic and therefore cannot interact with them directly if you have any in your home. I can still feed or play with them via a cat teaser or laser pointer, but I cannot pet them or pick them up. :( Currently, I am working full-time at an elementary school in Minooka. As I share similar hours with our students, my availability Monday through Friday will only be after 3:30pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, I am available during afternoons and evenings, though prior arrangements in advance can be made for a morning walk or drop-in visit! I will update my schedule as soon as anything changes. If you have any questions regarding my schedule for a particular day or week, please don’t hesitate to message me! IMPORTANT: As per Rover’s Terms of Service, please note that I cannot share private contact details or accept methods of payment outside of Rover. This is for the safety and security of all parties involved. When out on a walk, I will make sure your friend is kept safe and away from hazards or things they may be uncomfortable with. When dropping in for a visit, I will make sure their needs are met and everything is secured for their safety. They would never be left unsupervised, and they'll get lots of love and playtime! I will gladly send photos and text updates upon request. Please do let me know your communication frequency preferences, so I don't accidentally disturb you with messages!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life from big dogs to small. I love walking my own dogs in forest preserves and I have dog-sat my neighbor’s dog before. I also worked at a pet store for a few months. I’m currently in school and have a part time job, but my mornings during the weekdays from 6 am to 11am are free to walk your dogs. I currently don’t offer pet care in my home, but I’m happy to travel to you. I make sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved while in their own home. I follow their usual routine for feeding, walks, and playtime. I can also send updates and photos so you know they’re doing great while you’re away.

About: I am an experienced pet sitter with multiple repeat clients. My family and I have fostered over 50 dogs in our home and ended up adopting two into our family. I am a formal kennel manager at a veterinary clinic and I enjoy volunteering for a local Rottweiler rescue. I am a full time pet care taker, therefore I am very flexible with with my availability, if you are in need of certain times of day. I have several clients whom I visit regularly at their homes. I provide playtime, cuddle time, feeding, walks and medication administration. I have cared for dogs in my home with access to a fenced in yard and unlimited playtime with my 3 dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of our own, family and friends dogs since I was a kid. I previously worked with a dog walking company in college. I currently have my own, a 3-year-old Cavapoo named Berlioz who I adore. I look forward to hopefully meeting your furry friend! My schedule is pretty flexible right now. I am working part-time, so I can be available whenever needed. I prefer weekdays, but am willing to do weekends. Timing is flexible as well :) I have a fenced-in yard, and two dogs at the house. About: I have always had a special connection with animals, dogs especially, and grown up being called an animal whisper. Ive had dogs of all ages my whole life. I have experience with puppies, adults and senior dog care. Currently learning more and more about training dogs and using thoes techniques on my husky mix. Im all for giving your furry friends the care they deserve❤️I dont have any cats! I am currently working at an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility in Yorkville and my shift is 6am-2pm. My schedule changes every other week. Although my boyfriend works the 3pm-11pm shift so someone is home most of the time. I am not totally free but I would be willing to work something out! My house has a front and back yard-not too big. We use a tie out for our dog and we have a few extras if needed for your dog! Me and my boyfriend live in a two bedroom duplex. Most areas of the house is dog proofed and we have plenty of toys for both to play with. My dog does really good with other dogs and loves to have company and a friend to play with. He is still younger so he can be hyper at first but will eventually calm down:)

About: I used to take care of 1 Dalmatian 4 miniature dachshunds 1 pitbull mastiff which was my uncle's I would like to help out anyway I can No jobs up right now I'm free to take the dogs for walk bathe them how sit anything you need me to do for them I will give them water food whatever there schedule is to eat take him out every hour to walk give him a treat if it's needs to be give them a shower on the days I need to get showered and pick up and clean the bowls and dishes

About: From dogs to turtles to birds. I grew up with animals all my life. I have my own young pup and senior dog. I truly know the time it takes, walking/ exercising, food schedule, and love to give to both! I love love love animals, so I definitely want to incorporate pet sitting into my lifestyle; especially if it means I can help others during their travels and such. I’m a new mom, but I have a flexible schedule most days! If my hubby works during the time of your pet’s care, I will have to bring the baby so he’s not left alone. I know the value in crate training, potty/ food schedules if need be, being in a comfortable space for your pet, and anything to maintain their sanctuary at home.

About: I have been taking care of the pets of friends and family for years, ranging from dog-walking to week-long pet sitting. Experience with a wide range of breeds and ages. I am a substitute teacher with a very flexible schedule, so I can take care of animals pretty much any time during days when I am not subbing. For sitting at other’s’ home, I try and keep the pet’s schedule as close to normal as possible! I prefer sitting in other’s’ homes just to keep things simple for the furry babies.
