I currently live in a non-pet-friendly apartment building, so Rover gives me the opportunity to care for pets while I can’t have one of my own. I work at a warehouse on second shift, so I am gone in the evenings and head back home around 1am. When housesitting, I’m able to provide care to your pets during the day until I leave for work at 3:30 pm i will do my best to adhere to your normal routine with your pets, and ensure that they are exercised, fed, and pottied before I leave for work. When I am watching someone’s pets for the first time, I request details about their schedule, eating and play habits, special quirks, etc so that I am prepared to give them consistent and attentive care.

About: I have personally taken care of guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, fish, and many dogs. My friends have trusted me to house sit for them multiple times so I am responsible and easily able to take care of multiple pets and the same time. One of my friends has had turtles, hedgehogs, and fish so I also have some aquatic experience as well. I take care of my rabbit every day by giving him more food, water, and hay. I also let him out of his cage almost every day so he can get exercise and I can watch him the whole time. About: I’ve been watching pets since I was young. I went to school to be a vet assistant so I know how to care for your pets more than most. I work at a doggie day care so I’m able to take your dogs to work with me to get some extra play time and exercise if that’s something your interested in. There is always someone home so there is no need to worry about your pets being home alone for long periods of time. This also means that your dog will be taken out multiple times throughout the day. Dogs that are friendly will be able to socialize/play with my very well tempered pack, depending on owner preference. I have a fenced yard and there are no gaps or ways to get out. My sister occasionally comes over with her Goldendoodle, and I love spending time with my aunt's Bernese Mountain Dogs when I can visit them. I plan to adopt my own dog later in the future, and perhaps enroll them as a therapy dog to bring comfort to others. I've watched both my sister's and parents' dogs while they are away for the day, and I have some experience in caring for them when they were puppies. I used to walk my parents' dogs in the past, as well. I enjoy interacting with dogs as a whole, and I put their safety and comfort first. I'm an introvert who lives a quiet lifestyle, but I also love to have fun, so if your furry friend needs someone to hang out with while you're away, I'll be there for them! NOTE: Though I adore cats, I am unfortunately allergic and therefore cannot interact with them directly if you have any in your home. I can still feed or play with them via a cat teaser or laser pointer, but I cannot pet them or pick them up. :( Currently, I am working full-time at an elementary school in Minooka. However, school is out for the summer until August, so I will be manually updating my Rover schedule to provide some availability Monday through Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, I am available during afternoons and evenings, though prior arrangements in advance can be made for a morning walk or drop-in visit! About: I’ve helped taken care of our family dog for over 10 years & friends always rely on me to help with their pets as well! I have experience working at a shelter and a doggy daycare! I’m currently I’m working on becoming a CVT but I am not enrolled in any classes until the fall. I am looking for a full time job but for now plan to take on Rover full time! Any chance I get to spend time with animals count me in! Anything to make you & your fur baby/babies feel safe! I am trustworthy & reliant, i am constantly around dogs and know how to care for them. About: I have worked in kennel for 2 years. Currently, I work at a vet clinic. I have experience with dogs and cats. I can do drop ins, dog walking, spending overnights with the pets at owners home. I work full time and I am up bright an early. I can let you dogs out before and after work on weekdays. On weekend I can do drop ins, daycare and boarding at the owners house. I have reliable transportation. I will not have pets at my apartment due to size. I'd rather go to the owner's home for an easier transition for the dog/cat. To make it easier, I need a detailed schedule and a phone number to contact owners for updates and photos.
About: I used to take care of 1 Dalmatian 4 miniature dachshunds 1 pitbull mastiff which was my uncle's I would like to help out anyway I can No jobs up right now I'm free to take the dogs for walk bathe them how sit anything you need me to do for them I will give them water food whatever there schedule is to eat take him out every hour to walk give him a treat if it's needs to be give them a shower on the days I need to get showered and pick up and clean the bowls and dishes

We like to spend a lot of the day out in the fenced in backyard, and getting cozy on the couch afterwards for a nap! We have a monthly bark box subscription, so we have plenty of toys to play with! I have a big fenced in yard, and sweet dogs, eager to meet some new friends to play with! We do not have crates at my home, but always welcome to stay consistent with your preference of crate training if necessary!
About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life! I have experience with dog sitting and dog walking! Always excited to meet a new puppy! I am free all afternoons! But if needed in the morning or evening let me know! I’m always willing to negotiate a schedule to whatever is easiest for you! “Peggy was wonderful to our little Oscar. She messaged multiple times a day as requested and sent pictures of the little guy. She also noticed him biting his paws due to allergies and alerted me right away. I was in an area with bad service and did not get the message right away so she went ahead and reached out to my vet and scheduled a time to go in because he had chewed his paw to the point where he was bleeding. By the time I found out she was already on top of it. She took him and brought him home with a cone and gave him medication as prescribed. She even followed up asking about him days later once we picked him up. You can just tell that Peggy is an animal lover. I will absolutely be booking Peggy again, i love the fact that she only takes one dog in at a time because you know the full attention is going to your animal. Thank you Peggy!”

“My 13 month old Cavalier, Bentley loved staying with Kimberly and her family so much, he did not want to come home with me. He made a friend while there, a Corgy. I received many pictures during the day showing me what Bentley was doing. Kimberly provided extra care, cleaning and bathing ( Bentley pees on his feathers). He also slept in the bed. Daily walks, running around in the fenced-in-back yard “playing hard and sleeping hard” per Kimberly. I will definitely have Kimberly sit again!”
