About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 23. I love to pet and feed them. I treat dogs as part of the family. I am home full time and have plenty of time to care for dogs that need care. I also have two dogs of my own. We start our day at 6:30AM. I prepare and feed the dogs at 7AM, 12:00PM, and again at 5:00PM (If they are hungry). I let the dogs run in the yard for 30 minutes, after each feeding, i when the weather permits. We walk in the mornings, rhen again in the evenings. Dental treats and regular treats are given daily.
About: I am able to provide individualized attention to your best friend! My schedule provides that I am home to take walks, have playtime in the fenced backyard, and provide bellyrubs. I have one pet in my home, a friendly and loving Double Doodle, Lucy. I am a stay-at-home homeschool teacher, so my schedule is flexible to your pet's needs. My goal is to treat your pet like part of the family. My home has a fully-fenced backyard available for your pup to romp and play. There is also a crate available for napping if that is most comfortable for your pet (especially at nighttime to keep them safe and cozy).
“Chaoran is great giving updates and Appa seems to really make himself at home with her! I appreciate her flexibility with drop off and pick up times and booking without much notice!”

“Thank you, Ellen! Our pup Cici had and awesome time. She usually doesn't eat when she is at a sitter for the first time. So, we knew she felt safe and at home when she ate while she was there. We loved all the photos, and we could tell she had fun because she slept like a puppy when she came home. We will definitely see you again!”

About: I’ve always had dogs, lost my sweet Petey last year.. ready to make some new fur friends . I have energy, patience and love to share with your pet while filling a void in my home. Being retired allows me time for walks and indoor hobbies of dabbing in painting and sketching. Having a companion to share my day is perfect. I live in a dog friendly community where people know the dogs names more than the owners. We have great areas for walks and socializing. My yard is not fenced but have always taken my dogs for frequent walks.I have blankets for the furniture if the dog wants on the couch, etc.
About: Please take a moment to read my full description 🐾💛. It’s very important to me that you do, as everything I include here is designed for the benefit of everyone involved —your pet, myself as their caregiver, and you as their loving parents, because I know your furry friend is truly part of your family and deserves the best care. You may find that what I’ve written here answers several of your questions, especially if this is your first time leaving your pet in someone else’s care. Here you’ll find all the details about boarding and daycare, including my routine, flexibility, safety measures, and how I care for each pet’s needs. If you have any questions or additional concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ll be happy to answer everything you need so you can feel completely comfortable and at ease before booking. 🐾✨ ⸻ Hi! I’m Romely, a lifelong animal lover currently living in Virginia. I’m bilingual (English & Spanish), so I can communicate comfortably in both languages —making it easier for you to feel understood and confident when we talk about your furry family member. 💬🐾 I began my journey as a rescuer and volunteer in animal shelters in Puerto Rico, caring for dogs and cats in delicate conditions and staying by their side until they found their forever homes. That experience taught me empathy, patience, and what it truly means to care from the heart. After moving to Virginia, I continued volunteering at local shelters, gaining even more experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and special needs. Caring for animals remains the heart of my daily life. At home, your pet will meet Athenas, my sweet, calm, and friendly dog who loves making new friends —both dogs and cats. I like to provide a balanced routine, with fun walks around our community’s pet park, interactive play, mental stimulation, and cozy relaxation time in a safe, loving environment. During their stay or care, your pet is my priority. I make sure they receive all my attention, love, and supervision so they feel comfortable, happy, and safe at all times. 💛🐾 For me, the most important thing is your pet’s safety and your peace of mind, knowing your furry friend is in good hands. I like to maintain constant communication with pet parents and share multiple updates throughout the day, whether it’s photos, videos, or messages showing how your pet’s day is going. 📸🐾 I never call unless it’s an emergency, but I genuinely enjoy keeping you updated because I know how important it is to feel connected and reassured. If you prefer a different communication style (for example, fewer updates or only once a day), just let me know —I’ll gladly adapt to your preferences. 💕 I’m trained in Pet CPR and First Aid, and I’m comfortable administering oral medications when needed. I completely understand that leaving your pet in someone else’s care can be hard —for both you and your furry friend. That’s why I do everything possible to ensure everyone feels comfortable and at peace from the very beginning. We love treating every pet as part of our own family, giving them the same love, respect, and attention we give to our own. ✨ I only host one family at a time to guarantee fully personalized care. For day sitting, I can care for up to two pets per day, always ensuring each one receives the attention, love, and space they deserve. We also love celebrating pets! 🥳 If your furry friend has a special day —like a birthday or adoption anniversary— please let me know. I enjoy hosting small “puppy parties” and making homemade pupcakes, decorating the space to make their stay extra special. 🎂🐾 📸 I also love photographing pets during their stay and sharing some of those joyful moments on Rover or social media, showing happy, everyday activities. If you’d prefer that I don’t post photos of your pet, please just let me know —I’ll fully respect your wishes. 💕 💻 Since I work from home, I’m not available for in-person meet & greets, as I often have meetings or need to be on call, and I wouldn’t be able to give you the full attention you deserve. I also made this decision because most of my apartment is carpeted, and some people prefer not to remove their shoes when entering. In our home, we don’t wear shoes indoors, keeping the environment clean and safe for the pets. At the entrance, we have a paw-cleaning station, where every time the dogs go out or come back in, we wash their paws with dog-safe soap and water before letting them walk freely inside the apartment. I’m happy to share details about the soap I use, and if your pet has any allergies or needs a specific type of shampoo, please let me know so I can use their own product and ensure their comfort and safety. 🧼🐾 It’s also very important to let me know if your dog has any food allergies or follows a strict diet. Sometimes a small piece of fruit, a bit of cheese, or a treat dogs love 🧀🍎 might sneak its way in —and I always want to make sure everything your pet receives is completely safe. 💕🐶 For Drop-Off and Pick-Up, you’re welcome to come right up to my door to say goodbye to your furry friend, or if you prefer, you can sit on the porch for a few minutes to have a calm and loving farewell. The same applies when you come for pick-up —I want both you and your pet to feel relaxed and supported during that transition. 💛🐾 🐾 I’m also very flexible with schedules and family needs. If you live nearby, I can offer free pick-up for your pet. If you’re a bit farther away, I can still help with transportation for a small, low fee, just to cover travel costs. I’m also flexible with drop-off and pick-up times —you can set them through the app, but if something unexpected comes up or you need to adjust, please don’t stress! I completely understand. If your dog is with me for day sitting and something comes up at the last minute where they need to stay overnight, don’t worry —these things happen, and I’ll gladly make sure they’re safe and comfortable for the night. 🌙🐾 And if your booking was last-minute and you didn’t have time to buy food or any items your pet might need for their stay, I can take care of that for you and do the shopping myself to make sure your furry friend has everything they need. 🛒💕 If, for any reason, your pet needs to extend their stay, I can often make exceptions when possible, even if Rover shows no availability. My priority is to keep everything stress-free for both you and your pet. 💕 That said, I’m happy to schedule a 15-minute virtual tour of my home, send videos of the community and the dog park, and meet through a video call before your pet’s stay. This way, you can feel completely comfortable and confident before leaving your furry family member with me. 💕 Thank you so much for considering my services! I can’t wait to meet you and your beloved pet. 🌿🐶 I work from home full-time, so your pet will always have company, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I’m available on weekdays, weekends, and even for last-minute bookings, giving you peace of mind knowing your furry friend is always cared for and never left alone. I live in a safe, pet-friendly community with its own dog park, perfect for daily walks, exercise, and playtime. At home, your pet will meet Athenas, our sweet and friendly dog who loves both dogs and cats. If needed, I can provide crate space or separate areas to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved.
About: We welcome any friendly dog into our home! 🐶 We have two super-sociable pups — a playful Beagle and an energetic Australian Shepherd — who absolutely love making new dog friends. I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and caring for them truly brings me joy. My 13-year-old son is also a huge help — he’s wonderful with dogs and enjoys playing with them in our fenced-in backyard (4-foot fence). We treat every dog as if they were part of our own family — lots of cuddles, playtime, and love. Whether you’re heading out for a weekend getaway or an extended trip, we’re here to make sure your pup feels right at home. 🐕 No breed restrictions — all friendly dogs welcome! ❤️ We look forward to caring for your furry family member as our own. Thank you for considering us! I am currently not working and looking to make some extra income over the holidays. I am available in-house to board and also willing to do check-ins over the holidays. I require each pet to have a crate for sleeping, and if I need to step away for a little bit during the stay. I will need to know feeding schedules and will work around each pups feeding time so that the others will not be around.

Pet care isn't a task, it's a fundamental part of my established routine. This existing commitment ensures I have the flexibility and systems in place to accommodate various client schedules seamlessly and reliably. In my home: My home provides a safe, dog-proofed environment where I strictly maintain the client's established feeding, medication, and walking routines. Pets get continuous supervision and access to a fenced yard for playtime. In a client's home: At a client's home, my focus is on seamless continuity. “My dog just loves going to Beth’s house!! He’s cared for like a member of the family, and he adores romping all day with his buddies. Excellent situation for any dog, I think!!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and personalities and feel totally at home playing, walking, and snuggling with them. I’m so excited to meet your amazing, adorable pup and spend some quality time together full of tail wags, treats, and fun! 🐶 I’m currently home full time so I can be with your pet full time as well ♥️ Let me know what your needs are and I’ll accommodate it. I have a fenced yard and I would gladly take your pet there to enjoy there time or on a walk or to the dog park in my neighborhood.
About: I’ve taken care of pets my entire life. I am an animal lover through and through. Every pet that comes through my door is treated as if it were my own. I am a stay at home mom so I am home most of the day. I only leave twice for 1 hour each time to care for some other dogs during the work week. We do have a sweet beagle named Buddy and 2 cats. The cats mostly live in my daughter’s room so if your dog is not cat friendly it’s no problem! I am here to offer a loving home away from home for the fur babies in our community while their humans are away. My dog, Buddy, is NOT an alpha dog so he gets along with everyone he meets. I have 18 acres to take walks as well as a fenced in yard for free play. I realize that everyone's family is different to include animal care/behavior so I will respect any guidelines you'd like to keep in place with respects to how they are fed, where they sleep, whether they are permitted on furniture, etc.
“Taylor is a wonderful dog sitter who has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly personable and treats my dog, Wynter, like family. Wynter has become best friends with Taylor's dog, Stuffy, and her bagel, forming a delightful trio. Taylor's loving and attentive care has made every experience stress-free for both me and my dog. It's evident that she has a genuine love for animals, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate and reliable pet sitter.”

About: I'll be with them 24/7—providing care, companionship, and playtime. We'll enjoy outdoor activities, regular exercise, and a fun, loving environment, with a short 2-hour break for rest and recharge. Being at home all day gives me plenty of time to focus on my pet’s needs. I can give them attention, walk them, and ensure they have a comfortable environment. It also allows me to stick to a consistent feeding and grooming schedule. I’m able to adjust to their needs throughout the day, whether it's playtime, rest, or just being there for them. I have a dog-friendly house and previously had two dogs. There’s a spacious area in front of my house for playing and walking, and I also have a crate to keep them inside if necessary. Additionally, I have a deck at my house, which provides even more space for my pet to enjoy and relax.
“As always Darnell and his wife are excellent hosts for Mocha. He is thoughtful, sending updates and pictures. Mocha is always happy and fit when we recieve her, even after long stays away from home. I have nothing but praise for Darnell.”

About: I’ve always had a passion for dogs and cats and learned to be responsible with them from a young age. I grew up with a Bernese Mountain dog, a Cavalier King Charles and a cat. After moving from Germany, in my teenage years, I have been petsitting various breeds in addition to my (then) full-time position as a nanny for infants. My husband and I currently have a 3 year-old yellow Lab named Kodi. My passion for dogs grew even stronger with him. We started basic training with him at the age of 9 weeks old and he’s become such a joy to work with. I have also participated in multiple obedience classes and have gained basic training knowledge that I’m happy to share if interested. I’m experienced in caring for senior dogs/cats and disabled pets. My dog Kodi unfortunately had to get bilateral TPLO surgeries (torn CCL) on his legs at a year old. The recovery was brutal and took over 6 months for each leg but now, 2 years later you couldn’t even tell he had this major surgery done. Therefore I’m very much experienced in caring for dogs with special needs. I’m taking a break from my child care career and would love to start working with animals again. Currently I’m a ‘stay-at-home-mom’ taking care of my own child and fur baby. Your pups will rarely be alone. Therefore very flexible, as far as scheduling is concerned, and eager to care for your furry family members. First off, no dog is too big or too small! I currently offer drop-ins, dog walking, doggy daycare and boarding. I am experienced with administering oral medication or providing care/medical assistance to your pet, if needed. I’m happy to play, feed, bathe, train, walks and just love on your fur baby. I treat all animals as if they are my children and give them all of the love and attention possible. We live in a single family home with a fenced in yard. Your fur baby can be part of our family or completely separate in their own environment if they don’t feel comfortable around other dogs and/or children. We have an in-law suite with a complete separate entrance to the fenced in yard. I’ll treat your dog as if he/she was my own! They’re allowed on the two couches as well if the owner allows it, I don’t want to start a habit. We just want your pup to feel at home.
