About: My partner and I live in Astoria with our dog Inky! We fostered a dog for 2 months and miss having a 2nd dog around! Currently we don't have time for a full time 2nd dog but would love to go on walks/ board other dogs with our 4 year old Inky. Both Steven and I have fostered dogs individually and together and we understand the priceless feeling of a worry-free boarding experience for dog parents! We feel that caring for other people's pet children is a true honor! I'm working part time and my partner Steven WFH some days. We go to the park most weekend mornings and like to spend the entire day with the dog(s). Whether it is at home snuggling on the couch, or at a dog-friendly coffee shop. We make sure to not leave small items (ex. airpods) laying around, garbage is thrown away, and the apartment is very much baby/dog-proofed in general.

About: We are a family of animal lovers. We have a 10-year old Husky mix and an 11-year old long haired cat (but both stay in other parts of the house). Every time we go away we struggle to find trustworthy people to care for our pets and decided we want to help others in need. I work from home and my office is in the petsitting area so I get to spend all day with the pets and take care of anything they need. Our finished basement is sectioned off from the rest of the house and the pets have ample space to play inside, as well as a 1/2 acre fenced-in yard for their exercise!

About: Hello fellow dog people! I have over 5 years worth of experience caring for and training dogs. Even though this app mainly focuses on the walking and sitting aspect, I take the liberty of also focusing in on teaching/reinforcing basic commands every dog should know, as well as behaviors that are welcomed, and teaching what behaviors are not welcomed. Positive reinforcement is the name of the game when it comes to dogs and what sets me apart from other sitters you ask? Well, the triple C’s, that’s what. Gotta be Calm, Cool, and Collected ;) I’m currently working full time and no longer am an active Rover Walker/Sitter. I’m only available Tuesday-Thursday before 2PM and the occasional Saturday or Sunday mornings. I keep awareness of the pet’s food/water intake, whereabouts, any health concerns and their mood as well. I respect whoever’s space I am in as well as the pet’s space. I try my best to live by the golden rule said by Jesus The Christ: “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you”.

About: Having had two cherished pets throughout my childhood, I've always had a strong bond with animals. Plus, my boyfriend has five pets that I adore. From feeding and playtime to walks and snuggles, I have years of experience caring for all kinds of animals. Your pets will feel loved and well cared for with me! About: I have been taking care of all breeds of dogs since I was 11. Family, neighbors, and friends have all relied on me to feed, walk, and house sit their animals. I have trained a few dogs as well and am always up for a challenge. I would love to help and provide great care for your dog/dogs when you are unavailable with your busy life schedules! I am currenlty an active college student, however I have free time for walks most days of the week before 4pm and after 7pm and boarding during the week as well. A lot of walking area around the outside of my apartment space, I also have room for a crate if need be. Lots of room indoors as well for your fur babies to move around.

About: Although I do not have much professional pet sitting experience, i really have a soft spot for caring for animals. I believe that animals are the sweetest souls and I have owned animals all my life.And with animals at home I care for them deeply. I can help with pet sitting, feedings , walks, cleaning their areas / crates, bathing , etc. I also have a tabby and a chihuahua at home ! :) And can care for additional animals (feeding fish, turtles , hamsters etc) I work as a full time teachers assistant so I work from 8am - 3:15pm. I can help anytime afterwards and also weekends full time! I can easily provide help to your pets during moments of stress and discomfort. If needed I can help them in their crates / beds. I am fully vaccinated and fully background checked in new york state as I am in the education field. Your pets and homes are safe in my hands! :)
