About: As a child I was never allowed to have a pet. In college my best friend and I adopted a puppy named Wesley. I absolutely LOVE that companionship of having a dog and providing meaningful, loving life for them. I’ve had the opportunity to dog sit for many friends and family. I am looking for opportunities to be around love dogs and help assist others as they are away or in just in need of an extra hand! I currently work 8-4pm Monday-Friday with some flexibility in the schedule. If I know I’m advance that arrangements of Dog sitting I can make my schedule work with that. I adapt to your pets specific needs. If you are currently potty training, or crate training etc. we can make sure to continue that while I am dog sitting.

“This past weekend we went away last minute, after looking unsuccessfully for someone to board our dog Holly based on a friend's recommendation. We were out of luck. I then checked out Rover and found Julie, thank goodness she was available at such short notice. Making plans and arrangements were seamless, you could tell she loves dogs (all animals) and would enjoy taking care of our Holly. Julie was 100% flexible with drop-off and pickup times, followed all our instructions for Holly. Julie sent regular pictures or communication of how the day was going, which I appreciated tremendously because Holly is a puppy and we haven't been away from her since we got her. “Colleen is THE BEST! We left our baby, Tako with her for 15 days and we already had a good feeling after meeting her and visiting her impeccably clean and dog friendly home. We received the MOST wonderful pics every day of our boy playing with the other doggies, enjoying the back yard, the sun room (his favorite I think) and of course cuddling up to Colleen and her husband on the couch and bed. Things we LOVE about Colleen....only small/medium size dogs, great space for doggies to roam and find their favorite spot, great communication and MOST of all, her wonderful manner and love of dogs. Right before we left for our 10 day trip, nori got very sick and we were worried about leaving her behind. However jinay, assured us she'd be well taken care of. “Having just moved to Long Island, my husband and I were in search of a reliable dog sitter for our dog, Kilo. We always had friends watch him in Miami, and were a bit nervous leaving Kilo with a stranger for 3 nights. Initially, we checked out some kennels in the area, and found them quite depressing.
