About: I’ve been caring for my own pets for years, including my 7-year-old dog and my cat. I genuinely love working with animals and take their safety, comfort, and well-being seriously. I’m currently enrolled in an Animal Science program, where I’ve learned proper handling techniques, animal behavior, safety protocols, and basic health knowledge. This training, combined with my hands-on experience as a dog bather, has made me confident handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I’m comfortable reading body language, keeping dogs calm, and ensuring they feel secure and well cared for. Caring for animals is part of my daily routine, and I prioritize both structure and attention. Dogs are fed on schedule, given regular supervised outdoor time in my fenced yard, and have time to play and relax in a calm environment. I am available most weekdays after 3 pm and all day on Sundays. During boarding and daycare stays, there is always an adult present in the home to ensure supervision. I am the primary caregiver and handle the majority of care, but pets are never left unattended. In my home, pets are cared for in a safe, clean, and structured environment. I’m not sure nicer, sweeter, more attentive dog sitters exist. They were so true and genuine in their caring of my 2 yr old lab - maybe even more than I am and I’m a pretty crazy dog mom. “My Scrappy (who is a 2 year old Pomeranian/ Poodle Mix male) stayed with Maria, Eric, and Penny (their fur baby girl) for 12 days. Scrappy and Penny had a meet and greet prior to booking. They hit it off. They were like long lost loves. Scrappy is one to be pretty scrappy at times, so I had to check the fence line because he likes to try to dig. They have a very secure backyard that made me feel comfortable to leave him there too. Maria said she would be out there with them, which made me feel better. But the fence was very secure anyway. Maria sent me photos and videos daily of Scrappy and Penny playing in the snowy backyard, napping together, and enjoying each other’s company. Scrappy seemed very happy and content staying with the family. Unfortunately, Scrappy had to say farewell to Penny for now. When I picked him up there was another fur friend there too, who was an elderly regular. He seemed like a sweetheart too. It was nice to see Scrappy had so many few friends. Maria’s sending us pictures and videos made me smile while we were away. It made me feel like he was doing well and he was happy and it provided me with a great sense of comfort to know he was being well taken care of. I would recommend Maria and her family for pet sitting. Maria herself was very nice and welcoming to me and my family. I am working part time so I have plenty of time to look after your pets! My schedule is pending depending on my work, but I’m usually available before 3:30 or after 5. I carry water bottles with me at all times and my pockets are stuffed with treats. My backyard is fenced and there’s plenty of areas for shade.

She sent us pictures and updates of their activities and meals throughout the day, which made our time apart from them less stressful and worrisome. About: I have had a dog at home all my life and have been volunteering at animal shelters for the past 4 years where I would walk dogs and socialize cats and dogs. I am a college student and have a completely free schedule over the summer. I can come on same day notice and can stay over night. I can’t offer my home for boarding but I can stay over at your house and am responsible and have lived alone and can clean do laundry and other tasks to keep the home clean for when you return. I can also come over and bring your dog out for walks.

About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats for years. (10+) Over the years of watching animals, for many especially the ones I see on a regular basis, I have built a strong connection with them. They are literally so special and I form strong bonds with them, as well as all pets and animals. I do my best to feed even the deer, squirrel, birds, wild turkey etc that come into my yard every day. At this point some of them even look into my windows asking, "so are ya gonna feed me or what??" lol :) There is something so special about ALL animals and that is why I truly love doing what I do, I am pretty open just require a days' notice. I am in the Westhampton area and prefer to travel within a 10-mile radius. In the past I watched animals out of my home however, at this time, I am available to check in with your pet in the comfort of their own home, feed them, go for 30 min walks, play in the yard or just hang out for companionship. I am working part time so I have plenty of time to look after your pets! My schedule is pending depending on my work, but I’m usually available before 3:30 or after 5. I carry water bottles with me at all times and my pockets are stuffed with treats. My backyard is fenced and there’s plenty of areas for shade.

“My Scrappy (who is a 2 year old Pomeranian/ Poodle Mix male) stayed with Maria, Eric, and Penny (their fur baby girl) for 12 days. Scrappy and Penny had a meet and greet prior to booking. They hit it off. They were like long lost loves. Scrappy is one to be pretty scrappy at times, so I had to check the fence line because he likes to try to dig. They have a very secure backyard that made me feel comfortable to leave him there too. Maria said she would be out there with them, which made me feel better. But the fence was very secure anyway. Maria sent me photos and videos daily of Scrappy and Penny playing in the snowy backyard, napping together, and enjoying each other’s company. Scrappy seemed very happy and content staying with the family. Unfortunately, Scrappy had to say farewell to Penny for now. When I picked him up there was another fur friend there too, who was an elderly regular. He seemed like a sweetheart too. It was nice to see Scrappy had so many few friends. Maria’s sending us pictures and videos made me smile while we were away. It made me feel like he was doing well and he was happy and it provided me with a great sense of comfort to know he was being well taken care of. I would recommend Maria and her family for pet sitting. Maria herself was very nice and welcoming to me and my family. Eric seemed very pleasant and sweet and Penny was a beautiful and lovable dog, whom I wanted to bring home with us. Lol. Glad we picked them for Scrappy. Thank you Maria, Eric and Penny!!!
