“So imagine the sweetest person in the world and triple it and you will get Julie. My dog is 14, blind, has dementia, and needs to be let out frequently. Basically he needs round the clock eyes on him. Julie not only did an amazing job with him but thanked us for allowing her the time with our dog. She walked him a handful of times per day (which is not easy with a blind dog) and cared for him maybe better than we do. She is an excellent communicator; she gave us updates and sent us multiple photos, making us feel so at ease. You can leave your dog with Julie knowing they are being treated like family. You can tell she really has a true love for dogs. We cannot express enough how grateful we are to have found her, we only wish we found her sooner. We LOVE Julie!”

“I left Mango with Jeff when my boyfriend and I went into the city for the night and it was a great experience from drop off to pick up. I had never used Rover before so I was a little nervous about leaving Mango at a strangers house but Jeff made me feel very comfortable and reassured me Mango would be in good hands. While I was in the city Jeff sent me picture updates the entire time! It was nice seeing Mango having such a good time with the other dogs. “I was vacationing in the Hamptons when I had an emergency medical situation u needed to attend to. It was spur of the moment and I had to fly to NEW Orleans. Jared responded to my request immediately. Heet me bring my dog to him at 2am in the morning so I could get a red eye flight. He immediately set me at ease and took Redford to okay with the other dogs. He sent me photos and videos if my pet while u was gone and my dog was having a blast! I really don't think he missed me at all! I am so grateful to Jared. He is a nice person. She easily followed the schedule we set for food and medications (multiple types with different times for dosage) and provided frequent pictures and updates, which allowed us to really enjoy our vacation.
