Your dog will be our priority!
Lots of experience, and great client reviews here! Work on first come,first serve basis. Mature, reliable, adult couple who love animals! Husband was involved with Long Island Retriever Field Trial Club for many years, and has trained to the level of Master Hunter. Nice fenced in yard. Your dog should have never shown any signs of aggressive behavior towards other dogs. Our Puggle has gotten along with any dog that she has been with. I wish to keep it that way. My animals are fully vaccinated. I expect your dog to be also. (including Bordetella, Kennel Cough vaccine) Our house is a short distance to beach, so if your dog likes to go for a walk, that is great. Also take dogs hiking in Sears Bellows County Park, especially during colder months. Please provide harness (for your pets safety) over a collar. (Plus, when walking two pets on tandem lead, harness works much better.) All dogs being boarded shall be monitored in my fenced in yard, or walked on leash. No exceptions! Our home is "pet friendly"...or "pet spoiled"! We have dog beds on the floor, but if your dog likes to lie on the couch, or bed next to us, that is ok. We will follow your wishes on how much "free space" to give. Two dog boarding, from same household, will be considered.

Jacqueline and her husband were amazing with Ellie. They were super kind, attentive, and caring, and even gave me a lot of tips for things to do in the area. Really really appreciated all of the updates and effort they put in to make Ellie feel at home.
We can't recommend them enough! We got continuous updates, photos and videos. They really go the extra mile - providing tips based on your specific dog and their needs. Ansel (our pup) has been with them three times now and they are definitely our top pick for sitters. We are so appreciative!

Cheech had a wonderful day at Jackie and Marty’s. We were worried bc Cheech has separation anxiety but he was fine and we are so happy that they were available to watch him. He had a nice fenced in yard to play in and we would definitely recommend Jackie and Marty to others.

We are so grateful to have found them! Our pup has a ton of energy and they go out of their way to make sure he goes hiking , swimming, and that he plays with other dogs. They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. This was our pups’ second stay (for almost 2 weeks each time) and we hope for this to be his home away from home . Many thanks Jackie and Marty!

Schedule
We always will be with your dog. My husband is on disability,but is able to walk the dogs and take care of them. I work out of my home office. We let dogs be dogs. They are always supervised and well cared for.

We have fully fenced in yard. We put locks on gates so no one can accidently let dogs out, and to prevent any latch failure. We do our best to maintain a nice grass surface, for your dogs to run and play.

A typical day
Often put dogs in car, and take short drive to the Riverwalk,along Peconic River in Riverhead. Dogs enjoy the people and the ducks that waddle around.
