“Wanda & Lonnie are the best! More than a life saver… they took me at the last minute without hesitation. And my dog Cannon really made himself at home in their lovely home in Wailuku. They are attentive, caring and very loving towards our 4-legged fur babies. And now that we’ve established a relationship I won’t bring my Cannon to no one else but them. About: I’ve spent my life around dogs, from raising my own senior pup to pet-sitting for friends and neighbors. I’m comfortable with everything from high-energy dogs to gentle senior care, including administering oral medications. I also use a patient training method for dogs that pull on the leash, and I always keep things clean—whether that's wiping muddy paws or keeping their play area tidy! My schedule is highly flexible! Since my daily routine already revolves around caring for my dog, Lily, I can easily fit in your pet's needs. For house-sitting, I can bring Lily along as a built-in playmate. If you prefer solo walks or drop-in visits, I’ll gladly leave her at home to give your pet my undivided attention I have a fully fenced yard for safe playtime and a friendly 12-year-old dog who gets along great with other pups. About: I have extensive experience in dog training and care as my Dad’s business was in rehabilitation, training and boarding for dogs. I worked as an employee for 5 years and also had opportunities to help train and care for the dogs from 12 years old. I love learning more every time I interact with a new dog. I am skilled at training dogs to get over leash aggression and constant pulling. I have worked with many different breeds of dogs and have learned a lot about how this can alter their specific needs. I have a part time job where I’m busy on Wednesdays and Fridays. Otherwise I am available to enjoy time with your doggo all day. I live on a large property with lots of fun things to smell and explore! It isn’t fenced, I intend to keep your dog close with a leash unless you feel they aren’t likely to try and run away.
